I can't say enough what a wonderful experience we had staying at the Bentley. We booked for 10 nights, so we were certainly nervous that it wouldn't be all it appeared once we got there, but it was that and more. We had a room in the back, off the street, so that might have influenced our experience of noise, but I was stunned at how quiet the room […] was - there were even major roadworks being done over a few days and we heard not a peep. The staff was excellent and promptly responded to any needs. The room was much more spacious than most I've experienced in London, and had much better ammenities (great water pressure, a whirpool bathtub, etc.). The hotel is small, which allows a lot more attention, but still has all of the ammenities such as a spa and nice cozy bar. We also enjoyed a lovely high tea in the lobby area. We travelled all over the city throughout our stay, and their location was great - quick walk to a good Tube stop, and easy to reach by cab from many locations. You could not ask for better accomodations in such a posh and convenient location! First class hotel with first class staff!

Nice location, good restaurants in walking distance, friendly staff. Because the hotel is small it does not have all the amenities of a large hotel, but it is elegant and comfortable nonetheless.

The single most important feature of The Bentley is its location more than anything else. While its rooms and service standards are good, there is nothing particularly remarkable to highlight. However, in my opinion, its location is even better than higher-priced hotels in Trafalgar or Piccadilly. The hotel is located one minute away from the Tube, […] and there are eateries and restaurants of various budgets nearby. There is also a Tesco (supermarket) just at the end of the block, where tourists can easily get supplies, top-up cards for pre-paid mobile SIMs etc. V&A museum is a few blocks away and Harrod's (and Knightsbridge shopping area) are very walk-able (maybe 15mins stroll). Moreover, its location on the Tube network is what makes it more valuable than more central hotels. Being on the Green (District) line gives you easy access to the entire north bank of Thames (i.e. Buckingham, Westminster, St Paul, Natl Gallery, Bank, Tower of London etc). Being on the Blue (Piccadilly) line also provides easy access from Heathrow airport, to King's Cross railway, Green Park, Covent Garden, British Museum etc. This is something that the other hotel I stayed at, Hyatt Regency near Marble Arch, could not offer. I'm no expert on London, but as a tourist spending less than a week in the city, you can cover all the major attractions staying in a hotel near Gloucester Road. Bentley worked just fine for me. Sidenote: The water at Bentley left a very slippery feeling when used to rinse off soap/shampoo/gel etc. At first I thought all of London's water bears this property, but other hotels and public toilets I went to did not have this issue. I do not know if my room is the only anomaly in the hotel, but I'd think it should be the same for every room since they draw from the same water source. In any case, it is not a major issue and it did not really bother me. Devamı

The reason of my never go back is due to its very poor house keeping service because I found one of my belongings was missing after they cleaned my room.Although not valuable if missed will make my remaining trip very uncomfortable and thus degree of happiness reduced. Complained to the manager in charge, seems polite, yet no solid response. I have […] never got such kind of experience in a so called five stars hotel like this.No matter how good other services of the hotel have performed, losing thing in a guest room is unacceptable to me. 休暇、女一人旅で利用。 駅近３分と、あまり離れていないのですが、車や人通りが全くと言っていいほどないので、大変静か。とにかく「安らいだ就寝」、「ご飯をゆっくり食べたい」人には大変落ち着ける。 安眠妨害の要素が一切なく、隣の部屋の音声も全くないように配慮の効いた部屋割りで、ほとんど客室も埋まることがないくらい、地元の人や欧州の人にしか知られていない状態のため、日本人はおろかアジア人もまったくいないので、その辺りが気になる人には大変お薦め。 平日の朝７時から８時まで、朝食ルームに客が私を含め２名と、どれだけの人が泊まっているのか不明ですが、２泊した一日がそれでしたので、時間をゆっくりホテルでお気に入りの朝食を食べたいときには大変好都合。また、焼きたてのデニッシュは大変香ばしく、カリッとして中まで […] 温かい状態ですので、朝一（７時）での食事が良いです。クラッシック音楽が流れるレストランは、ソファエリアがプライベートも保たれ優雅に食事が出来ます。トラディショナルの食事に加えてビュッフェの食事も着くので、たくさん食べたい人には尚良いでしょう。 １Fには無料使用のパソコンが２台。必ず１台は空いています。フロントやバトラーのサービスはフレンドリーで好感が持てます。 部屋はそれなりに年期が感じられますが、ジェットバスが付き洗面台も広く、それなりに設備も良く、窓の明かりが少なく開放感はないものの、しっとりと窓際で何かするのでない限りは清潔で少々光が暗くても特段リラックスするのには影響がありません。強いて言えばシャンプーが合わないので、日本人であれば自宅から持参するか別のホテルの残りを持って来ると良いでしょう。 食事をするところはそれなりにありますが、それほど安くもなく食べるところも大して美味しくはありませんので、中心部に比べるとそれは劣ります。 静けさ以外の要素が特段見当たりませんが、音がうるさいと眠れない人や、辺りの周辺エネルギーに過敏になりすぎる人（人が居ると疲れる）には、環境に関わらず、利用すると安らぎを得るのにはすごく効果が上がりやすいので、眠りの浅いタイプの人は、ここでなら何も考えずにパッと眠りにつくことは可能であっても難しさは他と比べると少ないです。 Devamı
