This very new hotel has a sleek modern design. It is very much a business hotel with all the basic services but falls short of luxury conveniences. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are expectedly small and very clean with many nice amenities from a massage chair to a PC in every room. The aging computer however does not make up for […] the lack of wireless internet. The location is excellent if you are ok with a short commute to get into the heart of Tokyo. The relatively new Shinagawa Seaside subway stop is just below the hotel, but is not technically part of the Tokyo metro so you will usually have to add a stop or two to your trip. The hotel is in a very new business complex with several restaurants, convenience stores, a coffee shop and a huge grocery store within 100 meters of the hotel entrance. Seaside? Define seaside. If you are looking to be on a beach then just forget it. there is no beach within cooee of this plac, but you can see the ocean throught the river docks. The hotel is a mere 2 stations from the Tokyo Big Sight, it was where we needed to be. Room was tight - expected in Japan, but the lack of space for a suitcase was an issue […] they need to address, we used the chair and massage chair for our 2 suitcases, so was not relaxing as could be. As place was fully booked and we left our booking until last minute, we got saddled with a smoking room which they tried valiantly to aerosol spray the air fresher Did a pretty good job of it too. Staff were as helpful as I come to expect of all Asian Hotels. This is definitely a hotel for those of you that need to be near the places around it. SO would recommend this hotel for business people needing to be in this vicinity and not wanting to pay the earth. Devamı

Great Hotel, better than what I was expecting. Clean, nice view, and with a train station at the Hotel basement.once again, great hotel.

A little bit out of the way as requires train travel to get anywhere. The train station is directly below hotel so that was bonus. Most Tokyo and beyond destinations require two trains. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms are a little small if you wish to spend other than sleep time there. G & L Nicholls - Australia

Ambientacion moderna y de muy buen gusto. Muy amables y serviciales todos sus empleados.Si bien no se encuentra cerca del centro esta a metros de una estacion de subte, por lo cual comunicado con todo ToKYo.; El tamaño de la habitacion no era grande pero mas que aceptable y los muebles estaban muy bien organizados , por lo que uno no se siente apretado Mi […] habitacion en el piso 22, tenia una maravillosa vista a la ciudad con el monte Fuji de telon. 飯店位於臨海線品川Seaside地鐵站上方, 附近環境優良寧靜, 樓下有JUSCO百貨可就近購物, 地點適中. 日本飯店的房間普遍較小, 此飯店亦同. 唯有一簡易按摩椅可消除逛街後的疲憊身心.

El hotel está impoluto, la habitación es bastante grande (respecto al estandar japonés, claro) y tiene unas vistas estupendas. La única pega es que la estación de metro que hay al lado no pertenece a la linea JR, por lo que hay que hacer trasbordos, a veces más de dos, para visitar Tokyo. Una muy buena opción de alojamiento a precio asequible.

Cet hôtel est super ! L'accueil ainsi que le service y est impeccable. Les conditions sont respectés et le haut débit l'est vraiment... L'hôtel idéalement placé malgré le changement obligatoire de ligne. Cependant, l'accès au métro se fait en moins de 5 minutes et on peut très rapidement accéder à tout Tokyo. Pour les situations critiques, un convenience […] store est disponible 24h/24 au rez de chaussée, toujours utile en cas de petite faim ou soif... On vous recommande donc très fortement cet hôtel magnifique, très agréable et peu onéreux. Devamı

This Hotel is very nice and clean. The lobby and the rooms are very stylish and comfortable. The staff is friendly even though most of them speak very little English (which is very common in Japan anyway). Sunroute Shinagawa Seaside is not near the city centre, but it is very easily reachable with the metro. We really liked it and highly recommend  […] it. Devamı

雖然算是比較郊區.飯店下方即是地鐵站(私鐵)不過也是極為方便.生鮮超市.餐廳都有非常方便.是一個很好的商務飯店.家庭遊覽也是不錯.到迪士尼好像也幾個站就到.飯店週遭的地鐵站也有維納斯廣場可以進行購物.下次有機會前往東京也會以這一家飯店為第一優先.
