Excellent front desk staff, both upon check-in/out. Might want to control the squirrels, one literally, jumped on my wife's foot, directly in front of the hotel, no harm done though. Very comfortable and convenient. Excellent service also from Hotels.com. We've used them before and will continue to do so, in fact next week. Many thanks. mmcl

Staff was really helpful in getting adjoining rooms for us and you couldn't beat the price and value. Basically the same as some older Holiday Inn properties.

We were having a girls weekend, and arrived early the front desk clerk gave us suggestions of where to eat and night life. She even went the extra mile to get us in a room before check-in time. Staff was friendly and provided us with extra towels for the pool, with no fuss! Loved it!!"

BEWARE, the parking lot is very small with a tight turning radius. Did some damage to my fender when I tried to turn around in my pickup and trailer, due to an apparent circular parking lot that is not circular. Only when you get 320-degrees around to the back do you see the lot mysteriously ends...rather than continue in the natural circle. There is […] RV parking next door, but once you're in the lot you can't turn and must back-out. The room was nice, the price was great. the "deluxe" breakfast was about the most basic continental I have ever seen. But for a place right on the Interstate to sleep, it worked fine. Devamı

This was the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in over 35 years of travel! The room smelled, the carpeting in the room and in the hallways were soiled, smelly and filthy. There was a broken chair and a bed in the main entrance area, which we had to walk around to get to our room. We could hardly sleep and could not wait to wake up and get back […] on the road. We left in the dark just to escape the filth!!! The "manager" sat in the lobby and talked on the cell phone - never even looking up to see who was coming and going! We reserved a non-smoking room and what we found was a building that was completely cigarette smoke filled. The hallways and rooms wreaked of cigarettes smoke. The room was dirty, the towels smelled of cigarette smoke, the bed linen smelled of cigarette smoke, the carpets were filthy. When we turned on the air conditioner it blew out cigarette smoke […] smell. The grounds around the building was littered with empty beer cans and you got it, cigarette butts. The building was filled with mostly construction workers who lived in the hotel while working local jobs. The place is a dump and does not not even deserve a one star rating. Devamı

Our clerk that checked us in was very informative about local places to eat and w/directions. There was only one thing that bothered us the room had a smell of a wet dog. It could have been aired out better or air freshner should have been used.

We stayed in this motel on our way down to FL 2/17/12 and on our return from FL on 2/23/12. On our downward trip the room we had was nice but the problems were lighting. When we switched on light inside door no light didn't work. When we switched on the florescent light in bathroom it didn't work either. When checking out the next day informed desk […] clerk. This hotel had clean rooms and a quick breakfast in the AM (waffles, coffee, cereal). It was very convenient as it was close to I-95, and we were traveling to FLA. Don't expect more and you won't be disappointed.

HSVE STAYED THERE 3 TIMES. HOTEL IS PET FRIENDLY SO THAT IS HIGH ON OUR LIST. USE IT AS A STAYOVER ON THE WAY TO AND BACK FROM FL. HOTEL IS A LITTLE DATED BUT EVERYTHING WAS FINE. CLOSE THE INTERSTATE AND MANY RESTURANTS;M WOULD RECOMMEND/

needs to be updated and maintained much better...just a very dirty feeling the whole time.

The best think about this place was check out, room was nasty beds were not made up, showers and toilets disgusting.. the receptionist was a sweetheart however..

good rate room: was clean and it was right off the interstate.

My mistake was to stay. I do not recommend. The hallways and room smelled like a pet store. I am still trying to get the scent out of my nose. I thought the AC would help but the ac made it worse. Will never forget.

I fell thecarpets in the hallways needs to be replaced. After a tome old carpets have a smell about them and do need to be taken up.

Ok - very funky wiring of TV, alarm, fridge, microwave... carpet was dirty, outside door (to hallway) did not close, although it required a card to get in, it was open every time we went in. Waffle mix was awful. So-so. Would not stay again.

Staff excellent. Linens clean. Overall appearance of bldg. so bad, it's almost scarey. New carpet in hallway wrinkled and weird. Only there for a few hrs., but needs TLC real bad.

My needs were proximity to the highway, a comfy and clean bed, and a great price. They were met. The king bed was comfy with soft sheets The room clean and adequate with quiet surroundings and friendly staff. It is not a new nor renovated hotel - towels and other accessories, showed signs of wear and tear and breakfast was simple. i arrived at 1 am […] and left by 7 am. I" ve stayed in much worse for more money. A little dated, but very satisfied.

The bathroom had toothpaste in the sinks and the bar of soap wrapper had water stains on it so it had been in there a while. The hotel had a faint odor and the blanket had burn holes in it. They only put one night access on our key so at midnight when we were tired and just wanted to go to bed, our key did not work and we had to walk around the entire […] hotel to the front. Very good value

The staff is friendly. Bathroom could've been a little cleaner and fresher ( smelled sour) and there was no exhaust system. The hall was hot and muggy but there's good air conditioning in the room. Room rate was good. OK for a short stay.

Very neat and clean. Friendly staff and adaquate complimentary breakfast.

The continental breakfast could be greatly improved by have some fruit i.e. oranges/juice or bananas, etc.

This hotel should be shut down so they could start over again but not before teaching everyone involved with the hotel how to handle business. When we arrived at 4 in the morning the night front desk man was asleep on the counch. We walked into the room and it was over a 100 degrees in the room. There was a huge dead roach in the bath tub. Other peoples […] body hair in the beds which obviously had never been changed from there last guest. We also found some one elses lighter in the bed. Room was very clean. Checked in late at night without any problems. Did however find a few fleas in room, not sure if it is a local problem or if my room had any pets staying in it prior to my arrival.

This was a great place to stay for the night. It was conveniently located withing 15-10 minutes from either St. Simons or Jekyll Islands. The staff was friendly and responsive and the morning breakfast was sufficient.

Easy on/off Interstate. Close to mall and every restaurant you could imagine. Room was clean. Shower worked well. Air conditioner worked great. King size bed was perfect. Nice continental breakfast and a indoor pool to boot!

The hotel is fine if you just need a place to sleep. It is just old and need to be updated. I've stayed in nicer RRI's. I wasn't comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes.

Everytime we come to Red Roof Inn my husband and I enjoy the hospitality of the staff and we always find a clean room. The only negative we have would be that there are not enough electrical outlets for cell phone chargers, dvd, or laptop. But overall, the continental breakfast is good and we can rest well in a clean and quiet envronment.

The room was clean and nice. The tiny balcony outside the door was good for smokers like my husband. The rate was reasonable.
