Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel - Hanoi

Its too close to a major road, very noisy room, and its not very clean, bathroom came out of the Ark, we were glad to leave next morning.

We stayed at this hotel one night, after having read the okay recommendations here at hotels.com. HOWEVER, the hotel is located directly next to the busiest street in Hanoi, so a lot of noise is there... The breakfast buffet is not really anything to write about. Spend another 50 usd and get a 5 star hotel.

Great service, big, beautiful rooms. Neighborhood noisy but all of Hanoi is noisy!

Do not look any further than this family owned small hotel. I traveled to hanoi with no plans nailed down and they helped me have an incredible week adventure for very little money. Be prepared to enter Hanoi though. It will be unlike anything you have ever experienced.

Hotel location was acceptable, right in the hub of the old quarter, 5 min walk from the lake, staff very courteous, willing to help, Rooms sizing is good, decor is very colonial but nice, cleanliness in bathroom can be improved, breakfast was acceptable, Outlook from room was a disaster, although room was at back of Hotel and much quieter than a front […] of Hotel room. It is just located near by the high way therefore to noisy. On the other hand it is not far from the city center which is 10 minutes walking distance. Crews are vey helpful.

We picked the hotel based on the photos on the internet and their room descriptions which included "fireplace", "furnished balcony" and the like. Sadly, these things don't exist plus the rooms look worn. If you are unlucky enough to get a room facing the front make sure you bring earplugs to be able to sleep - the hotel is right in front of a freeway. […] Have to say that staff were very friendly and helpful but overall it's overpriced for what you get. I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi. The overall quality of the hotel is good for the price. The breakfast is limited. Overall the hotel is worth the money.

Om man jämför med andra hotel med samma pris så får du lite mindre än vad du betalar för. Detta hotel hade nog i sin glans dagar en högre standard. Detta betyder inte att vistelsen var otrevlig utan bara att jag bott bättre för mindre pengar och mer centralt - t ex Gia Bao. 这是我们在越南住过最差的酒店了。房间很脏，有很大的霉味。还没有热水。服务员的英语水平很差，根本不懂我在说什么。两天没有热水，我们要求退房，还自退了一半。真的很差的地方。

Pænt og nydeligt middelklassehotel - rimelig pris, god beliggenhed, fin betjening - morgenmad ok uden at være fantastisk - ok til prisen. Betjeningen venlig og imødekommende uden at være anmasende.

事前のレビューをみて、コストパフォーマンスが高いこと、キャンペーン中で3泊すると一泊無料になるという理由などから4泊しました。部屋やFamily Suitをとりましたが、４７平米という十分なスペースがありますが、ベッドルームとリビングスペースは仕切りがありません。Suitとはちょっと違うなという印象です。またバスタブ有りとの情報でしたが、シャワーブースがあるのみでバスタブはありません。１Ｆのロビースペースの奥がダイニングスペースになっており、ここで朝食が取れます。でも人目を気にする人は部屋で食べたほうがいいでしょう。私も２泊目から部屋に朝食を持ち込んだり、外で買って部屋で食べました。 　窓からチュオンズオン橋の往来が見えます。交通量は多く活気に圧倒されます。４Ｆでしたが防音窓であったためか、 […] 音は気にならずに寝られました。 　宿泊代の安さを優先する割り切りが必要でしょう。ホテルの滞在そのものを楽しみにしている人には不向きです。 　スタッフのサービス精神は非常に高いです。ルームサービスはビザ等が頼めるのですが、無理行ってフォーを買ってきてもらったりしました。英語が多少通じるのでリクエスト次第で何かと助けてくれます。 　洗濯物のサービスは非常に安く、使わない手はありません。 　総合的にみて、お値段相応のホテルです。手取り足取りではないですが、スタッフと相談すれば快適に過ごせます。 　 Devamı
