Rodeway Inn Fort Wright - Fort Wright

As I walked in the hotel afterbNlong day of work no one was at the front desk, I rang the bell on the desk and no one came. After 20 minutes of ringing and screaming a girl comes out of the back and walks behind the desk and ask if she could help me. I tell her I booked a room with Hotels.com and she looks up my booking and tells me that she needs my […] credit card because I have to pay for the room. I showed her my confermation and then she asked for my card again and said I need to pay them directly. This went on fornsome time and I finally received my room key. As I opened my door I switched the light on and it did not work, I called downstairs but received no answer. As I found a light that did work I saw a larger room with a fridge and microwave. I was happy with the room the service just sucked. The ATM did not work, but the breKfest was good. The bus was very convenient from downtown to this location. Dominos is a quick food option from location as well. I would stay at the days in next door next time, the staff is much nicer and the place is cleaner. I had to go to this hotel the next day because the girl at the front desk could not help me with a issue I was having. Devamı

The hotel is in pretty bad shape on the inside. The heat was not working in the lobby so the employees were wearing coats. The hallways were dirty and the room never got warm with the heat.on high. I travel a lot and I would never go back.

Stayed here two nights, came to town to see the West Virginia-Cincinnati game Saturday and Steelers-Bengals game Sunday. Location was great for Paul Brown Stadium and there's a bar across the parking lot. The hotel was a disaster. We had NO hot water in the shower either day. When we informed the man at the desk about this, he explained "hotel is full." […] So, I guess if you want any hot water in your shower, check to see the hotel's occupation that night. I never thought I had to be concerned about this, but here I guess I do. The hotel was in terrible shape, one of the electrical outlets didn't work, so to charge my cell phone I had to unplug the fridge from the fire-trap outlet plug. The hotel was very outdated and in poor repair. The rooms were clean and much larger than rooms in more modern hotels. The location was great - there is a nice sports bar that shared a parking lot and had awesome food. We went for a football game so it was a good fit but i would never have stayed here on vacation or with my family. They checked us into a room that had not even been cleaned yet. The beds were a mess & no clean towels. THey changed the shhet but was had to ask for clean pillow cases & clean towels.

This was my first trip to Connecticut for a Music Festival, and I wanted a hotel that was close to the downtown area and within a reasonable price. This hotel was close and the price was right. I was skeptical at first from reading the reviews but I called the hotel to verify some of the complaints that were made and I was assured that those issued […] were corrected. Also if you don't want to drive into the city there is a bus stop right out front that will take you into the downtown area. I would stay here again Devamı

The rooms carpet was filthy and the room smelled horrible not to mention when I lifted the pillows it was infested with bed bugs!

This hotel is a very affordable and close to attractions. Hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

My room was not clean, the TV did not work wires were hanging out of the wall. Sheets on the one bed were torn and put back together with super glue, my shower knob broke in my hand so I did not get a full forced shower. Asked to move to another room for second night and the only room they had the light above the sink did not work, the TV remote did […] not work but it was clean. I would never stay there again, they need to do a lot of work and updating. This hotel is an older hotel. It was once a Ramada Inn and has since been bought by Rodeway Inn. If you are looking for a place to crash after a ballgame then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay...this isn't it. That being said, the staff was very nice and helpful. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable and while things seemed tidy and clean, it was hard to tell due to the overall shabbiness of the entire hotel. Staff were helpful, but when the only option for a continental b'fast is making your own waffle, toast, or cereal, I'd pay extra to get a better room vs. a minimal breakfast with staff that are just as n […] ice. This hotel was not the most eye appealing but it was only 10 minutes from the Cinci airport. It is close to a few gas stations and pretty easy to find. The room was in pretty good shape as the outside seems to need some fixing up. Seems to be settled in a rougher looking neighborhood, but I did not have any problems there. Hotel was dirty & smelled bad. Dark, obvious stains on matresses & box springs that were hard and outdated anyway. Hotel staff was not polite. Housekeeping was obnoxiously loud in the morning and even asked me if we planned on staying much longer when I went down to breakfast (3 hours before check out time). Breakfast was not good. Had cereal with no […] bowls or spoons & warm milk. Small cups for beverages barely got you two drinks per cup. Several ice machines were broken, and vending was a joke. The toilet in our room did not flush and the water in the shower was brown. They say you get what you pay for... well then this hotel still owes me quite a bit! The Rodeway Inn was clean, bathroom, beds, everything was just right for the price, A 2 star motel w/ 5 star rating,We felt comfortable staying here,"worry Free" close & convienant to downtown Cincinnati, this must be a Steeler motel, every yr we come "Steeler Fans" always staying here at the Inn, w/ a nice restaurant next dr, Thanx again Hotels.com […] for another great place to sleep Devamı

Everything about the hotel was dirty. Floor, Windows, Rooms. I know that you get what you pay for and that this is an old hotel. But it only takes a little elbow grease to get it clean. When I complained about the sheets and spread they acted as if I was being such a bother. The hotel is an older hotel, but clean. The staff was very nice, and the continental breakfast was good, especially for the great price.

We requested to check in late since we had an event in which to attend. We arrived and the service was fast and efficient even at 1am. The room was a little dirty. We had two chairs and a table--the chairs had unidentifiable stains; the bathroom smelled a little scuzzy; some of the towels looked dirty and old. But, really, we only needed to sleep. Carpeting was disgusting - very stained. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Spent part of second night in my car sleeping. Mold on shower curtain and in bathtub. The only reason we stay at this hotel is due to the location, which is close to the people we visit. When I first got to the hotel I had to wait 20mins to check in. Then when it was time to check in the girl at the desk kept answering the phone. We were tired from a 5hour drive from chicago. She asked someone else to help us. Then get to the room it wasnt clean. At check out the same girl tried to bill me twice. Even though I was 'upgraded' because they could not find my reservation, that upgraded room was less than 40 yards from extremely busy I75 and at a bridge so that each of the numerous trucks every five minutes produced a loud bumping noise over the sounds of the many cars. This place is in terrible need of upgrade or updating, there was rust in the […] bath tub floor and access to restaurants was several miles away and difficult to locate.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
