Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa - Mesa

Great location, close to fabulous restaurants and shopping at Riverview or Tempe Marketplace, close to freeway access (although no freeway noise at all), nice pool, good breakfast... the whole family was extremely happy!!

I was so impressed with this hotel. Big room, very clean and modern. Excellent service. Perfect for business travel.

Very nice hotel, only stayed one night but would not hesitate to stay here for multiple nights, only negative is some air traffic noise.

Nice place, very good breakfest, some plane noise, little more guest noise than I would have expected.

We have stayed here four times and have not been disappointed. Great staff! Nice comfortable rooms and a good location for our needs.

We enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Place, but the mattress was so soft it was extremely uncomfortable. The only other comment was we made sure to hang our towels up since we don't mind reusing them for such a short stay, but even though our towels were hung as directed we got new towels, so we just put our do not disturb sign out. The motel is not centrally located but it is affordable and has very nice ammenities.

We arrived about 11:00 p.m. for check-in. The computers were down and we had to wait about 30 minutes before getting a room. We were on the same floor as a basketball team so there was some noise. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The view was a gravel pit or something of that sort. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. When we tried […] to use the phone it was out of service. Even though we had paid for 7 nights, the hotel allowed us to move to another hotel with no penalty. The hotel staff were great. Always smiling and ready to take care of whatever you desire. I had a little trouble with the phones. First, I could not call out, but, the desk made the call for me. I would suggest an automated system because no one answered on Christmas morning when my daughter tried to call me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout and were able to stay until 2pm (normal checkout is 11am.)

The hotel location was great for freeway access and restaurants. The hotel staff are nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They are very helpful and make you feel like they want to do better and make you feel welcome and important.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It's well-maintained and comfortable. There are convenient tv/s located in every corner of the lobby, the rooms come with a small living area and fridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful...bountiful continental breakfast and yummy cookies at the 24 hour cafe. Luv this place!!!

Wonderful bargain for the money. Great staff, friendly, and accommodating. Hard to find in the precise location, but worth the effort. The number of shops and restaurants are more than sufficient to satisfy the most picky guests. The only small drawback is that there is no airport transport arrangement.

Exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and the location was awesome!!

This hotel was beautiful, the staff was attentive and the room was comfortable witha large couch that made hanging out in the room very comfortable. We really enjoyed it.

I frequent this place monthly, and I never have any issues. Definitely worth every penny! Smells really good when you walk in too...

Very nice hotel, beautiful pool. Wish we had been staying longer. Complimentary breakfast was good, but nothing special. There was also the capability to order a quick full breakfast, same time/same place, ordered at a "fast-food type" window, prepared while you were having your cereal/bagels/yogurt/coffee buffet. Most convenient.

I was very satisfied with everything. For the price everything was above bar and I plan on staying at the Hyatt Place again. Staff was friendly and helpful.This location was freeway close. Shopping, and restaurants were easily accessible.

Right off the highways easy to find. Large, comfortable suite with kitchenette, immaculate and well-appointed. Desk was large enough for both grandkids to do their homework! Outside pool was great.

Our entire stay was so pleasant. The desk clerks were very helpful with directions. The free breakfast was good and you could order any item you wanted which wasn't offered on the free spread. The staff working the breakfast were very good and friendly. The maids did a beautiful job cleaning our room.

Everything was first class. Plenty of shopping and food close bye. The staff and room were excellent.

We chose this hotel because it was only minutes from family; but the size and comfort of the rooms, the wonderfully helpful and cheerful staff, and the Starbuck's in the lobby will bring us back again and again.

We loved the Hyatt Place so much that we returned for two nights at the end of our road trip - the kids wouldn't hear of going anywhere else. Everything was just as it should be. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by the front desk and thy were so helpful. They gave me a tour of the hotel and informed me of amenities that I hadn't read of. The rooms were so nice and the dining services were amazing. I will most definitely use this service again.

I think I'll stay here more offten;)...

Awesome room. Second time we stayed. Queen sofa sleeper I think, so we had six in the room comfortably. Great breakfast. The pool had a little too much chlorine and one daughter reacted to it. Other than that, it was a really great experience.

Quality hotel in the mid price range. Great management and staff. I will use them again on trips to Phoenix.

I chose this hotel because of the 4.9 (highest is 5.0) customer review ratings on Hotels.com. The service, amenities, and cleanliness were all that the rating stands for which is VERY SATISFIED. I was super-impressed and will stay there every time I am in the area!!

It was the best and friendliest staff service we have had in a long time. The facility was top notch. Only concern was that in record setting heat the room thermostats had locked controls to prohibit freedom of adjusting settings, would have liked it a little cooler than 73 degrees at times. But really nice otherwise.

After 5 nights and 3 different hotels this was probably the best. For the price and its location nothing could beat it. If I had to complain about anything the liquor was a bit pricey but you would probably pay the same amount at a club. Granted my brother and I went to the Walmart down the street and picked up a 6-pack, which your not suppose to take […] to your rooms, but oh well they never caught me. We stayed here when we were attending a concert nearby. The hotel didn't have 24 hour room service. However they were nice enough to shuttle us over to an Ihop at 1 am after the concert. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Was a little surprised with the under window mounted ac unit. For a new hotel I would expect a better ac system. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in recently. Not only was it clean and well maintained, we found the desk staff to be friendly, helpful and professional.

AC was a little noisy, but not a deal-breaker. Room was clean, food was good. Only regret was not having time to get in the pool--it looked fantastic! Good hotel for the price.

My husband and I could only stay one night at the Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa but after seeing the hotel ( the room, the pool, the patio ,the lobby bar and the business centre ) we wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel was highly rated and we were not disappointed. While checking in, we were offered a tour of the property instead of just a map with our room circled. The hotel design was very attractive with some nice amenities. The room was larger than we expected and also had all the amenities we expect. After coming back to the hotel late in the evening, […] we were very pleased to find that we could buy a sandwich and beverage in the lobby. The breakfast was simple and good but hot food was not included except at extra cost. The hotel was very quiet with no traffic or outside noise at all.
