Friendly staff, comfortable bed, large room, good buffet breakfast.Good internet in room.

The hotel was just great - parking good and the position is fantastic - We wish we had known how wonderful the place was we certainly would have stayed longer. Oh and so cheap!

I have been to this hotel twice now for work at the local shipyard, It is very close to the ard so is ideal if you are working there. The water front hotel is also close to any bars and resturants and only a short bike ride or bus journey to some nice small beaches. Staff are very helpful and friendly and speak perfect English if your like me and useless […] at French! Hotel very clean and modern and buffet breakfast isnice with good selection. The hotel was wonderfully situated at the port with restaurants, bars, etc very close by. The staff were considerate and very helpful. The rooftop pool was quite small and overcrowded, thankfully the beaches are about 15-20 minute walk away. Parking is available, however the spaces were very narrow. I would recommend a room facing the water, as construction […] is still underway behind the hotel and it tends to get very loud, not to mention dusty. Devamı

this is a very new hotel, it actually still smells new! the decor embraces its location adjacent to the working port/ship yard of La Ciotat. indeed the port merely adds to the character of the place, and we never noticed any noise from it. the fawyer of the hotel is a stones throw into the marina, and the town itself is typical of this part of the coast, […] with many restaurants, an old town, a beach within walking distance, it is excellent for both relaxation and culture. for a small town there was a lot to do, with art galleries and exhibitions and a jazz festival, as well as a 'semi permanent' fare in town that opened at night, which would be great for kids. Nice decoration, clean, comfortable and not noisy (from other rooms). Some activity on the port side but quite charming and very silent on the other side. Nice area. The hotel just open one month before so still some little details which have to be fixed . Swimming a little too small for all the guests but with nice view on the port. The view has all the old ship building cranes etc. very much in sight, but a part from that this is a rreally nice location. The hotel had a great room and we really appreciated the pool and hot tub on the roof terrace. Really nice!

il est dommage que certaines chambres soient visibles des passants de la rue, coté entrée du garage, et des occupants des immeubles autour de l'hotel

Muito confortável e limpo. Café da manhã caro. Localização fácil, em frente ao porto e com grande oferta de restaurantes e bares. As janelas não são totalmente a prova de som. Melhor reservar quartos mais no alto ou na parte de trás do hotel. O funcionário João é o mais simpático ever.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und daher nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Das Hotel war aber sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Eine gute Lage, da man in 20min in Marseille ist oder in 10min in Cassis. Die Stadt La Ciotat selber hat nichts zu bieten, also man muss nicht unbedingt Zeit einplanen um dieses Städtchen noch zu besichtigen.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. En ville proche de tous commerces, génial pour les soirées, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. De plus il y à un parking. Grand plus la piscine sur le toît. Je le recommande.

Au vu de la note et des commentaires que j'avais lu, j'ai été déçu de cet hôtel. La piscine n'était pas en fonction. A notre arrivée le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. La climatisation non plus. Donc très bruyant avec la fenêtre ouverte. De ce fait très mal dormi! Dommage!

Personnel compétent, service de qualité, Night auditor de bon conseil. Seul bémol, la chambre n'était pas faite 2 jours sur 3 a 17h, alors que nous quittions l’hôtel a 9h le matin. Un tres bel hotel que l'on peut classer dans la categorie haut de gamme et comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent...Tres bon rapport qualite prix,ce qui ne gache rien.

Très bel hôtel avec toutes les commodités à des prix très intéressants. Le seul petit souci est l'isolation par rapport aux bruits extérieurs....surtout les chambres avec vue sur le port. Neues Hotel mit sehr schönen, hellen Zimmern, sowohl vom Bett als auch vom Balkon aus hat man einen super Blick auf den ganzen Hafen. Einzig die durchsichtige Glaswand zwischen dem Wohnbereich und dem Bad ist für manche sicher etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig... =)

Keurig Hotel met goede kamer. Uitzicht aan de achterkant zeer matig maar achter is wel beter want je hebt geen lawaai van de markt die elke avond voor de het hotel op de boulevard is. Zeer gezellige boulevard met veel vriendelijke en rustige Fransen. Restaurants goed voor weinig geld. Bij La Grotte uitstekend gegeten voor Euro 80 waar je in Nederland […] 160 voor betaald. La Ciotat is een aanraden voor mensen die niet de platte Nederlandse of Engelse toerist wil tegenkomen en die zich ook niet aangetrokken voelt tot de chique van Nice en Cannes. Devamı

This hotel is good value for money and on the face of it is in a great location. That location however proves to be not just its great selling point, but also its only problem. We had a room overlooking the harbour and thoroughly enjoyed its location and views over the old port until night fell and we tried to sleep (after 1am). The bar next door provided […] a great source of drunken singing and music until after 4am when the keyside fighting started and the nightclub further up the harbour emptied its clientele onto the harbour under our window. There is nothing the hotel can do about unsociable behaviour during the summer holiday season, but the balcony sliding doors are not sufficiently insulated to prevent the noise sounding like it is inside the hotel room. This spoilt an otherwise great hotel with friendly staff, who did their best to move us to a quieter rear facing room and make the best of a situation that (from their response) is obviously not that uncommon. It's just a shame in developing the hotel, more was not spent on soundproofing the front rooms. Devamı

Un hôtel très agréable; bien situé sur le vieux port de la Ciotat; décor design élégant; chambres spacieuses et confortable; jolie déco (mention spéciale aux salles de bain); un hôtel qui vaut davantage que ses 3 étoiles

Très bel hôtel avec un standing remarquable. Situé vraiment sur le port de La Ciotat, la vue coté mer est parfaite ! Petit bémol tout de même : les bruits de la rue sont parfois gênants lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte. Le petit déjeuner est aussi assez cher.

loin des plages (30 mn a pied) et des calanques (15 et 20 mn)

Bon hotel dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont propres, bien équipées, l'ensemble est quasi neuf. Quelques petits bémols , le bruit dans les chambres donnant sur le port ( travaux, musique dans le restaurant de l hotel le soir ), l'accès au jacuzzi , hammam et sauna pas possible (hors service ). très bon emplacement sur le port , choisir une chambre soit vue port soit vue sur les crêtes pour la baignade calanque magnifique à moins de 10 mn à pied
