The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner - McLean

Hotel was very nice and service was excellent. However, a coleage of mine stayed for the same two nights for 300.00 per night, where I paid 400.00 per night for same type room. He used orbitz. Can you make up the difference? Thanks, D. Reeves 228-249-2235

My wife and I stayed here after an anniversary dinner at Marcel's. Overall, our stay was satisfactory given the reasonable room rate. However, the pillows were not very good -- very small and too soft -- so if that's important to you (as it is for me), be aware.

Unfortunately, there is construction underway near the approach to the hotel making it a bit difficult to access. I requested that all feather products be removed from my room prior to arrival. It was done; I was happy. Just wish I could have turned up the room's heat during the freak October storm. Note: this is not a complaint.

The Ritz was great. Room was prepared wonderfully and the staff was great. The food service was quick and very good. Made our stay wonderful. Recommend the Club suites.

I was fairly disappointed with the overall experience, considering this is a Ritz Carlton. I didn't feel like I was staying anywhere nicer than an average Marriott. The lobby was beautiful, but the rooms were very average. I purchased the bed and breakfast package and had to pay extra for my meal, which didn't make having the package any more convenient […] because it only covers the meal up to $60. We ordered 2 meals, fruit and coffee and exceeded that amount. The hotel was attached to a mall, but was otherwise in the middle of a business district. Convenient, but in the center of a suburban sprawl. There really wasn't anything interesting or special about this hotel. Devamı

Saturday night stay -- everything well done as you would expect from the Ritz. Lots of families which made for some noisy moments but overall wonderful.

The bed was big and comfortable and the room was immaculate. My only complaint, albiet a small one, was the water pressure from the shower. It was not high enough. This could have been because a lot of other guests were showering around the same time I was though.

Great place to relax and unwind while being surronded with luxery. Convenient to fine dining, shops, and spa.

I stayed here for my sister's wedding and it couldn't have been better. Aside from the absolutely perfect wedding reception, my stay here was wonderful. Everyone is so attentive and the hotel couldn't be in a better location. Connected to Tyson's Galleria, I stayed to shop and dine in the mall the next day. Room service breakfast was really something […] to wake up to and I would have stayed longer if I could. I only booked the room for the night of the wedding to avoid driving home (30 minutes away), but I plan to return soon for a weekend getaway. Devamı

first rate,could not have been better

Never stayed at a Ritz-Carlton, and was very pleased. Nice sized room, clean, marble bathroom with decent sized tub. Beds have a down mattress topper and down pillows, so be warned if you have allergies. They are difficult to find, but they are attached to a large very nice shopping mall, with plenty of wonderful restaurants, all within walking distance, […] so that was lovely. You do have to pay for parking, $30 a day for valet, or $5 for every time you leave the parking garage. Luckily we arranged it so we only had to leave once! Room service for breakfast is definitely over-priced, go down to the restaurant, or go out for breakfast. Service was excellent, everyone very friendly, snacks and beverages are frequently found in the lobby, as well as complimentary wifi in the lobby as well. When we mentioned at the front desk that someone had knocked on our door to deliver a paper at 6:30, which we hadn't requested, they were very contrite, and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay make up for it. We couldn't think of anything, but the very friendly front desk attendant said she would think of something to surprise us. That evening we came back to find six chocolate covered strawberries in our room! They have a nice fitness room, pool, and spa as well. We didn't get to use the pool unfortunately, as they are only open during the morning and evening of weekdays. If you are willing to pay a little extra for the wonderful service, it is definitely worth it! Devamı

What you expect of the Ritz and they delivered.

Friendly, conscientious staff; well-maintained, clean facilities and rooms; close proximity to two enclosed shopping centers, one attached to hotel; easily accessible from Dulles Airport and via hotel shuttle to Metro station.

The service was very poor and the rooms too small. Very small bath room without a shower door. The hotel did not have the feel of Ritz, it was more like a 3 to 3.5 starts.

Great location connected to the Mall, service is absolutely great, I've never stayed at The Ritz before and with this kind of service it is easy to become a loyal customer.

This was a great hotel with great service. The room was well decorated and the refridgerator in the room was well stocked. It was an superb room for the money!

It was indeed elegant, clean, antique-ish(if you like that style). Housekeeping was great. The twice a day cleaning is like being on a cruise We were there to see Color Purple at Kennedy Center. It felt good to leave the hustle of traffic in DC and return to Tysons. Our hotel was in a calm, low-traffic corporate area, connected to the mall. We walked […] over to Tysons II for a smoothie. Value for the money was excellent and the room was beautiful with exquisitely comfortable beds. The location and convenience of the attached mall can't be beat.

Hotel de catégorie, très agréable, et le prix obtenu par internet était très raisonnable! A noter cependant que cet hotel est situé en Virginie, à une trentaine de km de Washington DC, mais assez près de l'aéroport de Dulles (25$ pour un taxi). Sa localisation permet donc de visiter une zone très verte et différente de la capitale... On ne se sent pas […] réellement à Washington... mais on y est en 30 minutes (45$ pour un taxi). Devamı
