Cebu Parklane International Hotel - Cebu

Very nice hotel. Had all of the same accommodations that I would find in hotels in the states. I would gladly stay here again!

Parklane is very good value for money. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Room airconditioner did not cool well so got a room change from second night. small but nice pool, gym and good restaurant and good buffet breakfast. This hotel is great! Breakfast Buffet is included which was kind of a must for me. They serve till 1030am. I like the fact that they have the safe. Also a gym, pool and jacuzzi as well. All great things that I could want from a hotel.

All the amenities were great and staff was v ery attentive I was very comfortable staying here and would do so again

Mostly a good value. Good free internet in room, not wifi. Decent pool w/hot tub. Good breakfast. Short albeit stressful walk to Ayala due to traffic and construction. Hotel is reasonably decent with good spread of buffet breakfast. Bed size seems a little smaller than normal queen size bed. Bathroom decor is also a little out of date but clean. Our room faces new construction site so there is no pleasant view. Location is within 5 mins walk to Ayala Center, a big shopping mall. The hotel was well staffed and clean,and with in walking distant to a very nice mall,with plenty of places to eat and shop,and even see a good movie,I will stay here again if I come to Cebu.

Hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to transportation. Staff were very friendly. jacuzzi was cold, not working although staff at the poolside were great. Yet again no hot water in the shower. Breakfast chaotic with people sharing tables and no drinks being offered. As always very helpful and friendly concierge, door staff, porters.

Well first of all i made bookings thru hotels.com for 2 separate rooms. When i arrive for checking in, there was some delays which took me quite sometime to finally get one of the rooms. They told me to wait for another hour for the other room to be ready. When i arrived an hour later, they seem to have forgotten about it and there i was explaining […] every single bit again. When i got the the room, the room was small, toilet was even smaller. the view was ok. The service staff was courteous and helpful most of the time. Crossing the road in front of the hotel to get to Ayala was another task because traffic was always heavy. Breakfast was horrible and can be improved so as the swimming pool. i have stayed in several hotels in cebu in the past..other than the cable being out most of the time..no fault of the hotel..the hotel was a great place to stay for the convience of shopping..breakfast buffet was the best ever..the staff was always friendly and very helpful...i would stay there again if im back in cebu...

OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. NICE PLACE, ESPECIALLY THE LOBBY WAS BEAUTIFUL. OUR ROOMS WERE NICE AND POOL WAS GREAT.

Stay here regularly - generally think its a good place to stay but problems with the air conditioning in the rooms seems to be common.

The hotel is conveniently located -- it's walking distance to Ayala Center, a huge mall with a variety of restaurants, from reasonable to upscale. The hotel front desk staff appear to lack training in giving free smiles. You may walk right past them and you won't hear a friendly greeting. Waiters or servers do need training on attentiveness to guests' needs and promptness of service. Housekeeping does very good job at keeping rooms clean. Inte serviceminded alls. Tar evigheter att få toapapper till rummet när det är slut. Verkar mest tycka att det är krångligt att ens ha gäster. Frukostbuffén usel. Konstiga maträtter i all ära - men hade de inte kunnat skriva ut namnet på vad det är så man har en rimlig chans att testa. Gillar inte att ta åt mig och sedan slänga. 필리핀 물가대비 비싼 가격을 형성하고 있는데 실제 호텔 규모는 3성이고 내부 시설은 노후 되어 있다. 아침 뷰페는 부실하고 무선 인터넷은 4충 까지만 제공되는데 네트웍 케이블을 이용한 인터넷은 객실에서 이용할 수 있다. 주위에 공사중인 건물이 많아서 다니기에 불편하다

Le cadre et les infrastructures de l'hôtel, c'est un 4 étoiles +. Mais la chambre, plutôt style 3 étoiles. Avantage de la situation: très proche du méga mall Ayala, qui comprends aussi beaucoup de restaurants.

3일동안 있었습니다 호텔 청결도 좋고 아침조식도 괜찮은걸루 유명하고 아얄라몰까지 걸어서 5분 차길을 건너야하는 위험은 있지만 ㅎㅎ 위치도 괜찮고 호텔도 깨끗하고 연인 친구와 지내기에 부족함이 없는 호텔이었습니다

직원들도 친절하고 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 조식도 종류가 많지는 않았지만 맛있고 정갈했습니다 외국나기사면 식사 제대로 못하니는 저희엄마도 쌀국수와 빵이 맛있다고 묵는동안 계속 아침 챙겨드시더라구요.. 그리고 무엇보다 좋은점은 정문앞골목으로 나가면 바로 3분 거리에 아얄라몰이 있다는거죠 무단횡단을 해야하지만 앞에서 직원들이 차 세워주고해서 위험하다는 생각도 별로 들지않았구요.. 택시도 잡아주고 택시에서 내리면 가드가 와서 미터기 후레쉬도 비추고있어서 더 받을수 없게끔하는 세세한점도 맘에 들었어요.. 저희 식구들은 다 맘에들었다고 다음에 가서 시티에 묵는다면 또 다시 이용할꺼예요..

세부시티에서 가장 큰 아얄라 몰과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 저희 도착한 날이 우연하게도 한국인의 날과 겹쳐서 행사를 했었는데 볼거리가 참 많아서 좋았구요. 한국 사람을 한 번도 못봐서 더 좋았던 것 같습니다. 근데 요즘은 어딜가나 중국인들밖에 없는 것 같네요 ㅎㅎ. 10점 만점에 9점 주겠습니다.

아얄라몰과 가까워서 선택했는데 서비스도 아주 좋았습니다. 그런데 아얄라몰까지 걸어가는데 차도가 하나 있어서 좀 위험했어요

아얄라몰과 걸어서 3분거리에 위치하고 있는 장점이 있다. 대부분의 주요 상점에 택시비50페소 정도로 이동할 수 있는 최적의 장소이다. 호텔또한 새로지은 호텔답게 깔끔하며, 4층에는 크지는 않지만, 수영장까지 확보하고있다. 앞으로도 세부에 방문할 일이 있다면 한번 더 지내고 싶은 호텔이다.

推荐，酒店距离ayala shoppingmall很近，走路几分钟就到。酒店服务很热情，自助早餐很好。房间不大，但是很干净。满意

우선 아쉬움이 많이 남는 호텔이였습니다. 잘 쉬고 지금 다시 현업에 집중하고 있지만, 다시 생각해보면 4성급 호텔치고는 부족함이 많았다고 생각합니다. 생각보다 좁은 객실. 화장실은 깔끔함 보다는 좁은 느낌을 더 받았고.. 부족한 부분을 개선하기보다는 가리기 위해 노력한다는 생각을 했습니다. 단점만 있는 것이 아니라 장점도 존재합니다. 장점은 아얄라몰과 걸어서 3~4분거리라 너무나 가깝게 쇼핑을 즐길수 있고 세부시티의 중심이라 이동에 있어서 편리함을 가지고 있습니다.

아얄라 몰과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 어딜 가든 위치는 제일 좋은 것 같습니다. 청결하고 서비스 정신도 우수하고 아마 세부에서 묶었던 호텔(비슷한 가격) 중에 제일 좋았습니다.

공항에서 일반택시타고 200페소 조금 더 나왔던 것 같네요.. 일부러 코너룸 예약했는데.. 처음에는 스탠다드 받았다가.. 다시 연락해서 코너룸으로... 방도 넓고, 조용하고.. 좋았어요... 다음에 가면 세부섬으로 가게되면 다시 숙박하게 될 것 같네요.. 밤에 도착해서 다음날 아침에 일찍 나와서 쇼핑이나 다른 것은 어떤 지 모르겠구요.. 편하게 잘 쉬었어요..

사진으로 보는 것 보다 훨씬 더 깔끔하고 괜찮아요. 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있어서 이용도 편리하구요. 그저 그런 호텔이려니 하고 갔는데 굉장히 깔끔하고 음식도 괜찮구요. 무엇보다 직원분들이 영어를 정말 잘하고 친절합니다. 영어를 잘 못해도 크게 불편한 점은 느끼지 못해요. 추천합니다.

아얄라 몰과 가까워서 쇼핑과 환전이 편하구요ㅋ 에어컨과 물 잘나옵니다 조식은 종류는 많았는데 그다지 먹을 것은 없습니다;;

막탄 국제공항에서 약 30분 가량걸리는 위치의 세부 시내에 있는 호텔인데 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절함. 주변환경은 한국과는 비교할 바가 못되나 중식, 일식 식당등의 식당이 좋으며 주변골프장에서 골프를 즐기기도 좋음. 호텔내의 식당 및 바도 좋음

걸어서 5분거리의 아얄라쇼핑센터까지 가는데 어려움이 없었고 직원들이 친절해서 좋았어요

Hotellet er helt greit for en natt eller kanskje 2.... Grunnen til at jeg ikke likte det så veldig var mye pga en sterkt trafikkert fler-feltsveg som gikk like inntil hotellet, noe som selvsagt medfører en del støy, samtidig som det blir litt ubehagelig å skulle bevege seg til fots utenfor hotellet. En annen ting som irriterte meg en smule var at resepsjonisten […] maste veldig om "vocheren" (bestillings-bekreftelsen). Denne hadde jeg kun på epost, likevel "måtte" de ha kopi av denne, så jeg endte opp med å måtte videresende denne til en epost-adresse tilhørende hotellet. Har opplevd å måtte vise denne før, men da har det alltid vært nok å enten oppgi reservasjons-nr eller vise dem den på skjermen. Det står jo tross alt på norsk, så hvilken nytte hotellet har av denne er for meg helt uforståelig,... Men som sagt, for en natt eller 2 er det samlet sett greit nok, men ikke mer enn det. Dersom jeg skal bo lengre i Cebu neste gang blir det heller Waterfront eller Marco Polo, da disse tross koster omtrent det samme, men er svært mye bedre enn Parklane. Devamı

A decent hotel that could do with some improvements in attitude and responsiveness. The restaurant is slow.

I stayed at Cebu Parklane 2 nights during the Sinulog festival in January 2011, but I wish I could stay longer. The room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast great. The staff was professional and the service excellent. I will certainly recommend this hotel.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, alle Bediensteten waren sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig, Sauberkeit o.k., einziger Nachteil war, dass der swimmingool wegen Renovierung nicht benuzt werden konnte.

アヤラまで、徒歩５分とても便利。レストランや買物には困らない。 マイナスポイントは、周りに工事現場が多く眺望がのぞめないこと。プールがしょぼいこと。ＮＨＫが見られないことです。楽しみの一つ、安いマッサージが近くにないこと。 この４つが、我慢できれば、ここはお勧めします。

Alles wunderbar für den ersten Schritt auf die Philippinen nach dem langen Flug. Mall gleich in 300m Entfernung, Hotel mit gutem Standard. Alles sauber und in guter Entfernung vom Flughafen (per Taxi).Beim Rückflug werden wir die letzte Nacht wieder dort verbringen.

Mycket bra hotell. Rent och fräscht, trevligt bemötande av personalen och frukostbuffé över förväntan. Ligger bara ett par minuters promenad från Ayala Mall där man kan hitta det mesta.

Both facilities and services of hotel staff are excellent. I really had a fantastic stay there. When I come to Cebu next time, this hotel must be my only choice.

I stayed in a superior room for two days. The room is nice and clean. All facilities are in good condition. Ayala Centre, which is one of the biggest shopping mall in Cebu City, is opposite the hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful. They are not greedy as some staff in other hotels requested for tips all the time. There are two things to be improved […] in the future. The first is the wireless internet. Although resident can access internet with the cable provided, it may not be the most comfortable way to them. Another is about the shower. The shower is not strong enough. Overall, I am really satisfied with the staff and the room of this hotel. I definitely stay in this hotel again if I visit Cebu in the future. Devamı
