Has a bus stop in front of the hotel and very eas transportation to the airport as well as to the city centre. Has a perfect service. Individual care and problem solving dynamics with smiling faces.

It was totaly wonderful. The price was really reasonable and we were not expecting that much quality and good service. The staff were all kind and they were all very welcome. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. When I go back to Dublin I will definetly stay there again. It was more than what we were expecting.

Otel çalışanları son derece sıcak kanlı ve yardımcıydı. Internet ulaşımını 3 gun boyunca halledemeseler de, odadaki kalorifer çalışmasa da, çalışanların iyi niyeti nedeniyle hiç bir sorun can sıkıcı olmadı. Odayı gezici radyotörle ısıttık internete de koşedeki internet kafeden girdik :).

"Great for the price, cheap and cheerful!"
Good location, not right in the centre of things but still close enough! Good price for accomodation in Dublin and although the room was small it was clean and there was a shower. Staff were polite and even let my friend in (in the middle of the night) when she locked herself out without complaint! Breakfast was good with unlimited juice and coffee. […] Overall a good stay! The entire place was disgusting. I don't think you should even list the Avondale as a property. The only thing nice I can say is that they had security downstairs. I didn't even want to take my shoes off the carpet was filthy. It was over priced compared to other places I stayed in the same price range. I paid for a hotel and it felt like a rundown […] youth hostel. It was so bad I looked for another hotel. Devamı

I would not recommend this hotel, rooms are old and dirty, service isn't good. The location is good, very central, but there are many other better quality hotels in the same street.
"Nice people - basic and cheap"
Nice place, extremely good location for everything! But you might want to take earplugs if you are put in one of the front rooms as you can hear everything on the street. Oh and an extension lead is a MUST, because there is only one plug socket in the whole room!!!! Very annoying!

stayed here, no frills guesthouse, very helpfull happy staff, small but excellent breakfast cooked well, great location, excellent price
"No wifi"
It tells it has got free wifi access but signal was unstable . I asked a receptionist where a closest internet cafe was. He answered a place in a practiced manner. On third day when I came back to the hotel, receptionist told me that I should have checked out in that morning. It was actually another receptionist's mistake he didn't tell his colleagues […] I added another day. Devamı

"Avondale House"
Stayed for 1 night. Just wanted a bed in a private room at a low cost and decent location for going out in the CIty Centre. This hotel meets all these criteria (although I had to share toilet with the other guests). The staff were friendly as far as I could tell. Breakfast was included but I did not try it. If you have any other requirements than those […] above I'm not sure if I'd recommend the hotel, it is not in great shape exactly - most furniture are broken to some extent and the curtains in my room were ripped. No venue for a romantic getaway! It was ok to sleep in, but I wouldn't want to spend much waken time in it. Devamı

"Avondale Guesthouse - tæt på hovedstrøget"
Vi boede på dette lille familie hotel i tre dage. Værelset er meget lille. ingen møbler ud over to senge og en brusecabine. toilet på gangen. morgen mad der serveres i kælderen er udmærket. Det er ikke nogen høj standard, men sengene var rene. Hotellet er fint til prisen.

"Avondale Guesthouse - prisvärt och rent"
Hotellet ligger bra till i Dublin med nära till det mesta, två kvarter från Busaras och en knapp kilomerter till Temple Bar area. Rummen är små men rena och personalen är tillmötesgående. Den Irländska frukosten är helt OK. Vi har bott på hotellet ett antal gånger och anser att det är klart prisvärt.

Hotel très bien situé et pas cher par contre : sale, bruyant et très mauvais accueil dans notre cas.

Hostel très bien situé, chambre minuscule mais douche privée. Petit déjeuner copieux. Accueil très sympathique.
"Convenient though basic"
Convenient location, 5 min walk from Bus station, 10 mins from Temple Bar area. Busy street, but (at least in rear-facing rooms) no traffic noise. Ventilation is not good though – stuffy and hot in the room even with window open wide. Be prepared to carry your bags up four flights of stairs. "Guesthouse in sehr schlechtem Zustand; laut"
Die Lage des indisch geführten Guesthouses ist recht zentral, was aber leider der einzige positive Punkt ist. Der bauliche Zustand ist sehr schlecht: Zerbrochene Fensterscheiben, das Fenster läßt sich nicht schließen (Griffe abgebrochen, daher extrem laut durch die Hauptstraße und kalt), bei den Toiletten läuft ständig das Wasser durch, die Türen lassen […] sich nicht abschließen, beim Wasserhahn läuft mehr Wasser zur Seite raus als ins Waschbecken und Wände im Zimmer sind schmutzig. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig und wird nur zwischen 8 und 9.30 serviert. Zimmer sehr klein. Lieber 5 Euro mehr investieren. Devamı
"Trop bruyant"
En plein coeur de Dublin, donc plûtôt bien situé, mais gros gros problème : sur la dizaine de chambres de l'hotel, la majorité sont située côté rue, alors que celle ci est très passante. Quand on est entré dans la chambre, on a cru les fenêtres ouvertes, mais non, c'est le double vitrage qui n'est pas efficace, donc on a pas dormi plus de 2h dans la […] nuit (heureusement, le lit est bon).
