Oaks Casino Towers - Brisbane

I had pre booked a 2 bedroom apt but on arrival was given a 1 bdr apt. After calling reception it didn't take long for the other room to be unlocked the rooms were a great size and bathrooms clean. Serviced every day was a bonus. Laundry in apt convenient. Staff were generally helpful when we asked for assistance. Excellent location close to Casino […] and Queen Street mall. We had an excellent view of the Southbank presinct and river and huge balcony. Would definitely stay there again. Priced accordingly. Devamı

The room at Oaks Casino Towers was a beautiful big 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom spacious apartment overlooking the river, Southbank and casino. Definitely the pick of hotels we've stayed in. The service was fantastic. Sharyn was wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be back!

A great hotel, very clean and the staff very friendly. The location excellent. A pleasure to stay here. Will be back again soon.

Hotel parking was very hard to find, and was expensive , when you were a full paying customer, over all the Oaks was a great place to stay with magnificent river views.

Great location really central and the pool is awesome. Hotel room was great but the bathroom was disgusting. We asked for the leaking shower which flooded the bathroom to be fixed and it wasn't, we were lucky not to slip and break our necks. Staff are lovely and helpful. It is just a street distance to casino. And close to Brisbane river. You can take a walk across the bridge to South Bank or take a walk along the river. It is very relax.

Very centrally located. Choose an apartment on Riverside and the view is lovely. Close to cinemas, central shopping district and the river.

From the front desk service and housekeeping to the wonderful view of the river, my stay at the Oaks Casino towers was definitely memorable. Will return.

As I said parking was very inconvenient as there were no signs on display for the hotel parking and it was not explained to us on booking where the parking was. The staff were helpful and friendly however the cleanliness of the room left alot to be desired. The shower had mold in it and the master bedroom window had a forehead mark left on it. We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment on the 28th floor. The room was clean and had everything we need. We had an ok view of the city. The bed was huge and comfy. The location was excellent - just across the road from the casino; less than 5 minute walk to the queen st mall. Everything in the city and southbank is within a reasonable walking […] distance, eg 10-25 minutes. Overall I was very happy with our stay, but there were a few things that could have been better: - a view over the casino and river would have been nicer. From our balcony we could hear the noisy cooling fans on the roof of a neighbouring, shorter building. - the bathroom design was terrible. I didn't mind putting up with it for 2 days, but it would have annoyed me if we stayed longer. - there was no tourist information in the room or visible at reception. It would have been nice to have some brochures/maps to flip through. Devamı

Hotel tres bien situé et tres confortable, piscine trés agréable avec trés belle vue; seul bémol le parking n'est pas compris et souvent complet, si l'on est en voiture le stationnement est assez problématique (ou cher) au centre ville.
