Hotel was nice and quite clean. Not much to choose from in the area for food, other than the customary fast food places. We picked the hotel because they accepted pets. I had called to get the pet fee amount before I booked the room, and was told it was $25. but upon check in, we were charged $35 for our pet. enjoyed our stay very much , we booked our room a month in advance and actually checked in an hour early , hotel staff was very polite, room was very clean and th breakfast was very good. the only eyesoar was the construction next door. otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is brand new. A hot breakfast was served and it was good. My only complaint is that the showerhead had very low water pressure even though there was plenty of pressure at the tub spout.

Room were very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked, clean and the quality of the food was good.

Everything that was needed was provided, a calm relaxing atmosphere. Practically new and the service was great. Nothing to far away from the area.

Hotel was located close to the festival we attended and for the small town it is located in it is exception hotel.

We were surprised by the size of the room and the comfortable bed. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, and bacon as well as waffles, toast, etc. Only problem was pool was green so we did not swim. Would definitely stay again for the price.

The only problems we had was that the towell rack in the bathroom came off the wall in my hiusbands hands while he wastrying to get a towell and the stopper for the bathtub either didn't work or was broken - fairly easilky correctable problems - but the rooms should have been inspected for these type of problems before putting guests in them.

The room was clean, well maintained and seemed almost new. The staff was friendly, including a 4 a.m. check-in. Since I had business in both Beaumont and Houston the location was perfect, I would stay there again!

The room was modern looking and very clean. I didn't expect such a nice room in a small town.
