B-Aparthotel Montgomery - Brüksel

I love the Apart-B Hotel and stay there for my business trips to Brussels. It is across the street from the Metro, in a great, upscale neighborhood, and close to parks and amenities. I had a strange experience during my last stay. At about 8:30 am, I had a knock at the door by a maintenance worker who insisted that he had to check something in the apartment. […] Despite my protests that he had woken me up, he insisted on doing the maintenance check. It only took a minute, however, I would have appreciated a notice or something from the hotel upon my arrival to avoid the embarrassing surprise. Devamı

The location is good for me, it is very near the Metro of Montgomery by walking less than 1 min. But around the hotel is no shop. The service of the staff is nice. Only if you booking the Hotel at Hotel.com, you need to reconfirm by yourself to take the access code because this is a service apartment mode, it has not Rezeption service.

The unique duplex was nice & comfy. The only hiccup we had was that the safe box with our key was not working & there were no staff present (there's no on-site registration desk). We had to knock on a resident's door and was lucky that he was extremely helpful to call the hotel staff.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. But make sure you phone the office to get access codes to enable you to enter the hotel, if you need parking make sure again you arrange this in advance with the hotel, parking is limited. The apartments were fantastic, and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel for people who want a cheap and good stay in Brusselsl! […] The metrostation was 20 meters away from the hotel, so easy excess to sighseeing. Devamı

Excellent location at the Montgomery metro stop, with short walk to restaurants, shops, local parks and cafes, and grocery store. Adequate living bedroom and bathroom space for three even with third bed in living area in our apartment suite. Kitchen supplies were good. Be warned that the kitchen area is very compact. Our space was a little jaded. […] Walls need a new coat of paint, and the furniture is beginning to look worn, and the carpet in the entrance hallway is stained. The rooms needed a spring clean, as the place was a little dusty in the corners but not dirty. The coffee machine was not clean on arrival. Daily cleaning was satisfactory, however the towels and bathroom supplies were not always replenished daily. Access to service personnel was by phone to a remote location, weekdays only, from 8 am to 8 pm. If you arrive back late, you do not have means to fix minor complaints that do not constitute an emergency. Access to the room is using a swipe card but only one was provided. This specific ground floor apartment was quite noisy due to the adjacent automatic garage door which woke us repeatedly during the night and early morning. We would consider staying here again but not in this specific ground floor apartment. If you plan on being out a lot, and dining out, the location is wonderful, in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Horrible management. The check in process is absurd. There is no concierge in the building. Someone is supposed to leave you an access code and a key to get in...but they never do so you wait for someone to let you in. You are several Metro stops outside the city. You have to sleep on a convertible couch, not a bed. There was no WiFi as promised. Our […] minibar was empty. There was no laundry detergent as promised. Oh and the power went out several times during our stay. This shut down the elevator and the electronic access to the floors from the stairwell. Many of us were stuck in the lobby for hours. We arrived at 6:00pm on a saturday, only to find that the hotel does not have a front desk or any kind of reception. The door was locked and no one was around to let us in. Went to the hotel across the street and called hotels dot com and they said it wasn't there problem that it was between us and the hotel. Finally found emergency contact info for […] B-apart and called, the person (who barley spoke english)then gave us a code to get in and another code for a lock box with our key card. The room was nice but the shower was super small and didnt work very well. The bed was a fold out couch that was extremely uncomfortable. Forget about ordering extra pillows because there is no front desk; in fact, forget about any assistance at all. If your new to Brussels and only staying a few days I would definately NOT recomend this hotel! The internet was 9.50 euro a night and only worked the first night. The phone didn't have any dial tone so I couldn't have called the front desk even if they had one. If you check the fine print at the bottom of the hotel info page you will note that it does mention that the hotel doesn't have reception and that you have to contact the hotel to get the codes. This was not expressed in any emails we received from Hotels dot com. Had I known there was no front desk, I would never have stayed at this hotel. Devamı

There is no onsite staff. Lost electrical power in the 3rd floor lobby and the elevator. Didn’t get any help from the on call agent, had to maneuver through complete darkness to get down via stairs. Very unhelpful staff..

It was a great apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. You could stay here happily for a prolonged stay. The location was also great. Very close to the metro and tourist sites.

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel et proches de toutes commodités, boutiques, superette, parc. Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé.

Pas de réception, ce qui peut poser problème. Je l'ignorais. J'avais heureusement un tél portable. Le contact téléphonique a été correct, mais la première personne m'avait donné un numéro de chambre erroné. Isolation d'une chambre à l'autre et d'un étage à l'autre à revoir quant aux infrastructures sanitaires car c'est bruyant et donc peu agréable. Pour […] la machine à café, nous n'avons pas trouvé dans le commerce les capsules adaptées, prévoir un autre système ? Nous n'avons pas eu recours à la connexion WIFI ni aux services supplémentaires, donc pas d'avis sur le sujet. Falta mantenimiento general, ejemplo, la puerta del apartamento del cuarto de baño esta completamente estropeada y no funciona, la luz de la campana extractora de la cocina no funciona. La cama debería ser una cama no un sofa cama . Si no sabes inglés ( noes el caso), tienes un problema para entrar el primer día.

Жил с семьей в этом отеле в течение двух недель. Сам отель хороший, удобные комнаты (нас было 4 у нас был 2-х этажный номер). рядом метро... но, до центра далековато. Обслуживание и уборка очень средняя - совсем не на 4 звезды... я бы сказал на 2. Внимание! в данном отеле НЕТ РЕСЕПШЕНА, что бы войти в отель нужно знать код, что бы войти в комнату нужно […] в ячейке взять карточку, для ячейки также нужен код. Прежде чем поехать, позвоните в отель и узнайте все необходимые коды, а то придется стоять под дверью и звонить им. Devamı

Hotel was wat oudbollig de kamers zagen er niet uitnodigend uit. Afzuigkap keuken was kapot, toilet spoelde niet goed door en kamers roken niet fris.

Her er der styr på bestikket i skufferne. Der er sagtens plads til en familie på 4. Dobbeltseng på høj repos og god sovesofa (sofaseng) Til 2 i den meget højloftede "stue". WC og bad er adskilt med bad på repos (op ad trappen). Der er ingen vask ved WC'et - lidt underligt. køkken med opvaskemaskine og Nespresso brygger. køleskab med effektiv fryseboks. […] Fin bar- restaurant lige til venstre. metroen og tram lige til højre. Lo mejor de los apartamentos es la amplitud que tienen. Las camas son grandes y con sábanas y toallas super limpias. La zona es muy tranquila y con una terracita en la misma acera muy agradable para alguna cena. Lo peor es que no tiene recepción, y la entrada se hace un poco fría.....

Lors de la réservation, aucune info concernant les conditions d'accès ( code porte d'entrée) La douche est dans un état lamentable. Le climatiseur se vidange au sol. Le lit est un simple canapé convertible!! Par contre, l'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville.

Excellent location at Montgomery, well cleaned and full apartment equipment. BUT Poor bed (fold out couch only!) fridge that was not possible to close. Electricity failure total blackout in hotel and room for several hours. Maybe my bad luck, maybe symptomatic for the hotel...

we used the duplex room for 4 persons in Brussels (Montgomery), the price was really very cheap! the room was huge, beautiful, silent and warm; thanks to the little kitchen it was very comfortable to have breakfast in our sleeping clothes! and we had a wonderful view on the town from the 5th floor! the metro station is just 100 meters from the door. […] i recommend it to everybody likes to be authonomous and hates the narrow hotel rooms. i wish to live there! ;-) Devamı

Très bon hôtel. Le métro est situé à deux pas; on peut donc laisser la voiture garé dans les rues adjacentes et faire les visites tranquilles. Le stationnement est cependant très cher... bien situé, dans un quartier résidentiel.Proche du metro, qui méne vers le centre. Appartement luxueux et trés lumineux, bien équipé. Excellentes prestations.seul bémol sur le prix du petit déjeuner,un peu trop élevé pour le rapport qualité-prix. Accueil téléphonique irréprochable.

chambre propre et spacieuse, mais la déco et le mobilier datent un peu malgrè leur bonne état général. le lit est un clic clac, il fait beaucoup de bruit mais reste néanmoins très confortable. Belle sale de bain, mais pas de baignoire, la douche à remou est gtrès ancien et compliqué, ne donne pas envie de l utiliser.

Dejlig tæt på metro, der kører lige til centrum. Rummeligt værelse med plads til 2 på hem og 2 på sovesofa. Lille thekøkken med det der er nødvendigt. Et rigtig godt tilbu […] d. Devamı
