Confortel Atrium - Madrid

I go to this hotel twice a month. The staff are lovely. In my last stay I got the feeling that they are not authorised to respond to customers complaints. A gentleman was quite unhappy with his room and usually you would expect the staff to do a goodwill gesture but not here. The rooms are nice for the price but air con is very noisy. Excellent hotel. Friendly staff and room was almost perfect. We upgraded to a junior suite and loved how modern the room and the hotel are. Only issue we had was with the heat - a bit too hot to sleep at night, but I think that could have been fixed if we complained. For those who want to stay on a budget and use public transportation from downtown to this hotel. A trip to the airport costs by taxi about Euros 16-20. Hotel room was clean except for some dust on the desk. Hotel and neighborhood were safe and with staff readily available. Safe is available in the room but there is no handle on it. Informations for […] using the phone are misplaced somewhere in the room, better look for it upon arrival. We had no way to call the reception, let alone for an emergency. After returning from the reception, spouse found the printed paper. Overall, hotel is safe, clean, well lit and functional with emergency stairs on the outside the building. Hotel mentions breakfast available but it does not reveal its cost (Euros 17 in Nov 2011); a little deceiving. Wireless internet is available in the room (high speed). Devamı

Really a nice treat, there were a few minor issues, but overall the food was good, the rooms were cool contemporary with large balconies and large bathrooms. Walk in shower (which was not working totally well, but sufficed) and tub, toilet and bidet. Nice TV Set up with a small living room and separated desk area and comfortable bed with nice pillows. Perfect hotel if you have an early flight at Madrid airport the next morning. It is close to the airport and quite close to the city as well. It is in a nice clean area. The Hotel rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. I was able to park overnight for free outside. Free wifi worked very well!!

A little bit away from the city center, but metro accessible (~1 mi). Nice area it's located in, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!

We stayed here two nights and the hotel staff was incredible! I got sick at the hotel and they gave me the name and information about all the farmacias around the hotel and called a cab. They went over and beyond in helping out!

Booked via Hotels.com with special discount on Friday 13 May :-))) Decent place for business stays though too far from nearest metro station (Arthuro Soria 15 min walking). Nothing to fault really apart from its free Wifi : drops out intermittently, HTTP via proxy and DNS doctoring to boot.

Very nice hotel, but a bit far from city center. If your want a place close to airport, this is the choice. A 10 min. bus is the inexpensive route.

Very new hotel with big, clean rooms. Its 12 minutes walk from a metro station and takes about 15 minutes on the metro to get to the centre. Didn't eat in the restaurant but there are a few places a few mins walk away. Close to a shopping centre. Great hotel for the price.

The hotel is a bit pricey for the area. The location itself is only good if you work close by. Otherwise, it is far from the city center and not even close to a metro stop. They do not have 1 iron for customers to use in the building, so an expensive laundry service is the only option. The internet was over wifi and worked fine. Отель располагается в ооочень неудобном районе. До центра добираться долго.в номерах всегда пыльно. Постель перестилается, НО НЕ МЕНЯЕТСЯ. Это самая печальная сторона отеля. Плюс проблема с полотенцами и халатами. В фитнесе не присутствует человек, который следит за техникой безопасности.

La distanza dal centro è stata un po' condizionante.. nel senso che per brevissimi soggiorni perdere un paio d'ore per andare e tornare dal centro non è il massimo (data la lontananza, circa 1 km dalla metro). Per il resto un ottimo hotel... anzi anche di più... le stanze sono davvero belle e confortevoli, abbiamo utilizzato anche la palestra all'ultimo […] piano, davvero bella e ben attrezzata. Einzige Punkte, die man bedenken sollte: Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert mit Bus (gleich um die Ecke; auch sehr günstiger Transport zum Flughafen) oder Metro (15min entfernt) etwa eine halbe Stunde. In Hotelnähe gibt es nur wenige, teure Retaurants, so dass man abends schon in der Stadtmitte essen sollte. Zwei Straßen weiter gibt es jedoch einen […] Supermarkt. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder! Estancia adecuada, pero nos despertó el servicio de habitaciónes a las 8:30 aporreando la puerta. Hotel nuevo y moderno. Aunque está alejado del centro y de la estación de metro, con el autobús 53 se llega al centro.

Soy cliente siempre que voy a Madrid, por relación calidad/precio. Lo recomiendo.

En general buenas instalaciones y excelente trato de Los empleados, pero tiene fallos que no son propios de un 4 estrellas (no hay enchufe de corriente que funcione en los baños de todas las habitaciones y la nevera de la habitación no enfría)

Muy nuevo y cuidado, atención a detalles, servicoo muy atento, gran relación calidad-precio; recomendable

El hotel muy bien pero nuestra habitación apestaba a tabaco y no pedimos que fuera de fumador. Lo peor fue el baño. El bidé estaba sucio y con gotas amarillas imagina de que.. y la bañera con algún pelo sospechoso. Si no fuera por estos detalles la impresión habría sido muy diferente.

hotel design situé dans un quartier calme, un peu difficile à trouver à partir de la station de métro (mais en taxi c'est à peine à 5 mn, ou en bus ). Sans quoi super agréable,petit déjeûner très correct et copieux, il y a un room service avec des petits plats sympas et pas très chers pour le soir après une journée de marche, on peut aussi se rendre […] au bar le soir pour prendre un verre ou se restaurer, la situation de cet hotel par rapport au centre ville est un peu éloigné, mais la ligne de bus qui se trouve en bas de l'hotel vous dépose à quelques pas de la puerta del sol et ça vous prend 35mn (ce qui vous permet d'apprécier la ville). C'est le 3ème hotel que nous faisons à Madrid et si nous y retournons nous reprendrions celui-ci à conseiller Devamı

muy bien situado y personal muy amable

Hotel grande y muy cómodo, con un gran ventanal a la calle. Silencioso y tranquilo, incluso hay para aparcar en la calle enfrente del hotel (fuimos un sábado...). Muy amables en recepción tanto en la entrada como en la salida. Muchas parejas jóvenes. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, pero lo quitamos y al final no nos hizo falta. He estado muy a gusto en el hotel . Está muy nuevo, limpio y bien mantenido. La decoración es moderna y agradable . En cuanto a la situación no está muy a mano del centro a pesar de que pasa el 53 que te deja por el centro de Madrid. El metro queda un poco lejos.

Siempre voy a este hotel porque me encantaba pero a partir del sábado no voy a volver más, me han dado una habitación sucia pero sucia sucia, con la puerta del armario rota, un frio en las instalaciones comunes por ejemplo cafetería que fue donde cenamos y era horrible el frío. Yo cambio de hotel y eso que me encantaba.

Comodo, algo desantendido el fin de semana pero por lo general un buen hotel

Molesto por la mala actuación y coordinación del servicio de limpieza en un hotel de estas características. Tras la primera noche a las 9:45am tocaron la puerta y abrieron inmediatamente para limpiar. La segunda noche, para evitar lo anterior, puse el "no molesten" y no sirvió de nada. Eso si, esta vez fue a las 10:30am. La situación del hotel es buena […] para negocios, no para turismo; ubicado en una zona empresarial que los fines de semana esta vacia y algo alejado del centro aunque con metro a 10 min andando. Precio razonable, fácil de aparcar y con parada de metro a 10-15 minutos andando. Justo al lado de la M30 por lo que el acceso es bueno. El hotel tiene un diseño moderno y las habitaciones son cómodas. Incluso disponen de revistas para hombre y mujer en las habitaciones. El servicio es amable y atento. El único problema que tuve fue con la conexión […] a internet. Que no fui capaz de hacerla funcionar a pesar de poder conectarme a la red disponible. Otra pega es que en verano, las habitaciones orientadas al sur reciben mucho sol en las cristaleras y cuesta mucho bajar la temperatura dentro de la habitación. De todos modos es un hotel recomendable tanto para viaje de negocios como para una visita a Madrid con tu pareja. Devamı

Hablar mal de este hotel es todo un riesgo, ya que es nuevo, de diseño, amplio, agradable,mantienen habitaciones de fumadores,(una de las razones de mi elección), un trato muy agradable,y además un excelente precio; es decir, se podría hablar de una gran elección. Sin embargo no quedé satisfecho, y posiblemente no vuelva a él; son varias las razones, […] quizás cosas que a otros no importen, pero sí a mi: No soporto las habitaciones con cristales herméticos sin la posibilidad de abrir la ventana, el bar casi no existe, apenas una pequeña barra que lo insinúa y solo durante unas horas limitadas, para mi es indispensable tener un sitio donde tomar un café al lenvantarme, y no tomar un menú de desayuno en el comedor, aun así me dieron la opción alternativa de entrar a él para tomarlo. Es un hotel donde se controla demasiado el consumo energético, así los grifos del agua tiene un caudal limitado. Tampoco entiendo como se puede hacer un hotel de esa embergadura y poner unas televisones tan "pequeñas", (en los tiempos que estamos), desde la cama cuesta verla, la cama pese a ser grande, la sentí muy dura, quizás un colchón anticuado y barato, así como el mal funcionamiento de los ordenadores y de internet. En definitiva y por hacer una comparariva, diría que este hotel es un gran coche con un motor muy pequeño. Devamı

Perfecto para viajes de negocios. Muy tranquilo y confortable. La atención de los empleados muy buena.

Hotel moderno y de diseño bien ubicado y con excelente trato. Sin embargo podrían mejorar en productos de higiene para el confort del huesped, por ejemplo en nuestra habitación había sólo un gel y un champoo para dos personas, no habían gorros de baño ni cepillos de dientes etc. etc., tampoco teníamos toalla de bidet. El hotel está muy bien cuidado y ya he estado varias veces en él. Pero las camas son durísimas, y no puedo dormir, termino con dolor de espalda y sin dormir. Por tanto, si el descanso no es bueno, el resto aunque esté muy bien, no interesa.

A medio camino entre aeropuerto, recinto ferial y centro. El buen hacer de la gente de confortel junto con unas instalaciones modernas y funcionales, y un precio asequible hacen de este hotel uno de mis favoritos de Madrid. José Manuel.

El hotel está en un barrio excelente y, aunque no es una zona centrica, está bien comunicado por bus con el centro de Madrid. Hasta el metro hay un paseo. El personal muy amable, el hotel muy cómodo, tranquilo y bien equipado. El parking, que según el anuncio no era gratis, nos dijeron que podiamos dejar el coche allí sin cargo alguno. El hotel está muy bien calidad precio. Las habitaciones no son pequeñas, están limpias y decoradas de forma moderna. El servicio es bastante amable. El único pero es que está bastante lejos de todo.
