When I showed up to check-in at 1:00am, I was told that my non-smoking room was not available and that I would have to take a smoking room. Alternatively, I could wait an hour and a half (that would be until 2:30 in the morning) to get a non-smoking room. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This was a welcoming atmosphere to come to after a long work day. The excellent service provided from the staff, and the spacious comfortable room eased my tired mind. I look forward to visiting there again knowing I have relief at the end of my day!

Wow, we have to say. it was an excellent get away . The Detroit skyline was awesome, every night my fiancee and I cuddled in front of the window to view Detroit. Great room with a great view. Friendly, helpful staff. Came to see Bellator and was very impressed with the entire venue. Will be back for sure.

This hotel is like being in Vegas. It is so luxurios our king size bed was so comfy. Could spend every weekend here!!!!!

First class service from arrival to departure. Excellent recommendations were provided for restaurants with-in walking distance as minors could not go to any restaurants at the hotel (under 19). Even though the kids could not use the pool, work-out room or restaurants, we would not hesitate staying here again.

This Hotel is TOP NOTCH! Right from the front desk to the BUFFET, to the valet parking... If you aren't happy here you're hopeless!

Hotel room very dusty, leftover beer can from previous guest, mildew in shower, hairs in the sink, sheet did not cover the whole mattress, hairs on the mattress, bed was most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on.

Hotel is great fun and close to everything in downtown. Rooms are clean and quite large. Casino is adequate but poker room is excellent. Many games and great variety. Hard for kids as they aren't allowed anywhere near the casino so getting to the rooms and the pool can be a problem. Complimentary valet are fast and efficient.

Great business stay. Self-parking is free but a bit of a hike. The Valet service is free but you end up leaving a tip. Very clean, very friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Always enjoy ourselves here.even though we are from Windsor it feels like a getaway in the spa and pool area

Only 2 issues....plastic drinking glasses in the room ,for 300 plus a night surely they can provide better . The buffet should open sooner ,11 is a little late for those who want to get going with a full belly. Otherwise everything was fantastic, very clean, well decorated and amazingly comfortable for a hotel bed. The hallways were very quiet and no […] outside noises drifting in from the street. The room was great. The staff was great. I didn't appreciate the way they steered you through the casino to get to the check-in when it could have been avoided. It took 30 minutes to get from the parking garage to the check-in. It should have taken 5 minutes.

We stayed only one night but wish we stayed on longer (instead of staying at hotel in Detroit). The rooms were clean and very spacious. The bathroom was top-notch. Only downside to hotel was that the restaurants that were part of the hotel had age restrictions (had to be over 19 years old) meaning we had to go off site to eat (or order in) because we […] had underage children. This hotel takes up several city blocks and as a result is confusing and difficult to navigate. We drove around for 25 minutes just trying to find the entrance!! Almost every entrance we DID try led us to the casino and the employees were not very adept at directing us to the HOTEL entrance! When we finally found it, it was nestled behind a "DO NOT […] ENTER" sign... and then the lobby was on the 2nd floor, so we had to unload the car on the main floor and drag our 6 bags inside and up the elevator to check in. No parking was available ANYWHERE, so you have to use the valet service. We stayed in the "new" tower of rooms, which unfortunately smelled like mold or mildew or (according to my husband) "cat pee". The rooms were large and well appointed, but clearly the designers were not thinking of functionality when they came to the finishing touches. The bathroom was huge, with a tub on one side, a shower on the other and a vanity with sink in the middle. Unfortunately, only ONE bar of soap was provided, so if you wanted to have a shower, you would have to remember to take the soap from the shower when you were done and put it by the sink in case you wanted to wash your hands later. There was also only ONE towel hook in the bathroom - which was not really convenient when sharing the room with my husband... and the hook was by the tub, so if you wanted to have a shower, you had to either leave your towel on the floor, or walk across the bathroom (on the tile floor) to get it after... just not functional AT ALL. I ordered room service twice and the food arrived luke warm - whether it was meant to be hot or cold. The Caesar salad was swimming in dressing but the burger was OK. - except for the undercooked fries that came with it. I seem to remember that the hotel was advertised as having breakfast included, but that was not the case. Instead we had to embark on a half mile hike through the casine to get to a restaurant that was serving breakfast - and the food there was no Devamı

This was the second time I stayed at Caesars Windsor and the visit was as exemplary as the first. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the valet even remembered my vehicle from the first time I visited. Very impressive. I plan to come back each time I visit this area.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were all very pleasant and the lodgings were excellent. We defenitely will go back to stay.

The room was very spacious and clean - it was great being able to get to the casino - my room - dinner and a great view all while staying inside. I would definitely book there again when staying in Windsor.

if you use the free parking, and arrive after 8, expect a long walk to the Front Desk

Very friendly and clean hotel maybe cause it also a casino but had a great time. Will be going there again

I find Caesar's the best hotel and deal in Windsor if you are a gambler or not. I came down to spend Christmas with my family and we had the Christmas buffet there (making it really easy on me being in the same building). It worked out very well for all of us with some remaining for gambling afterwords. On another occation, I had to book an extra room […] for my mother in law. She was amazed at the quality of the room and called me a liar when I told her how little I paid (as she has stayed everywhere and said she was well aware of what suchy a room would cost!). Devamı

Staying on business and I found a great rate at a hotel that I have used before. Could have stayed at the Day's Inn for only $5 more.
