All the personel working at the hotel are very helpful, always ready to serve you at any time, with a presonalized treatment. You wondered the difference when you stay in a big hotel in Buenos aires where the relationship is very impersonnel. The hotel is located on a busy, lovely street in the Recoleta. It's convenient to many spots, including the Recoleta cemetery and shopping. The front desk staff was very pleasant and courteous, and helpful with logistical issues but less so with concierge/activity type questions. Breakfast buffet was fine. The gym was so humid that it felt like a sauna. […] The hotel "spa" has a hot tub that it was nice to soak our feet in after a day of walking all around. Our room was bright and airy. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice view onto the street. The bathroom was spacious, with nice touches. Although they offered free Wi-Fi, Internet service was abysmal. Buenos Aires is a very walkable city, and this hotel is very centrally located close to restaurants in Recoleta, close to Avenida Libertador, and close to subway stations that can take you just about everywhere else. The hotel was clean and sleek--very minimalist, which is vintage Buenos Aires. And the continental breakfast was great as well--good service, […] tasty food. This hotel was well located in the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. It was just a short walk from the famous cemetery and weekend market, as well as great restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Having arrived on Saturday, we were able to take advantage of the excellent bus tour of the city that they provided. Serviço excelente, percebe-se que os funcionarios se esforçam para atender bem. Quarto confortável e buffet de café da manhã muito bom, ainda que possa melhorar alguns detalhes (encontramos guardanapos com marcas de batom 2 vezes). Localização muito boa, mas o barulho da rua pode incomodar alguns, especialmente nos andares mais baixos. Recomendo e pretendo […] voltar pela boa relação custo x beneficio - a melhor da Recoleta. Wir wurden im CasaSurArt Hotel überaus freundlich aufgenommen. Die Lage zu den guten Einkaufsstraßen und auch Restaurants/Cafe´s ist erstklassig, das U-Bahn-Netz ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu allen Unternehmungen hat uns die Rezeption immer kompetent und freundlich zur Hilfe gestanden, wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

El Hotel es muy tranquilo y es difícil creer que uno se encuentra en el mejor punto de una ciudad tan cosmopolita. El hotel cuenta con detalles de calidad y lo mejor es poder abrir la ventana que da hacia la avenida Callao!!! Excelente !!!

Excelente hotel com um surprendente custo beneficio! Ficamos em um suite muito confortavel, espaçosa, com uma decoração moderna e aconchegante. Recomendo sem restrições.

CasaSur is the boutique hotel by definition. The hotel is charming and chic, and the rooms are luxurious. We had the best experience with this hotel. First, their location couldn't be better: one block from the Recoleta Design Center, three blocks from the Patio Bullrich Mall, walking distance to the National Gallery. The rooms are beautifuly decorated […] and furnished. We got an upgrade in our room because the next day was my friend's birthday (where do you find nice front desk people like that?). The suite they gave us had a living and a bedroom, and two fully operational bathrooms. The toilleteries they present is L'Occitane (!) and everything they have in the room is first quality (somewhat pricey, but that's how it goes with good stuff). The down point in this otherwise impecable hotel is the humbleness of their breakfast buffet (service is excelent, though). But to those who are familiar with Argentina, breakfast is definitely not a main meal for those guys... Stay at CasaSur; you won't regret! Devamı

ducha do bide nao funcionava,pedi reparo 2 vezez e nada; cafe da manha:o pessoal nao dava conta de atender a todos,ficando sem pao,sem suco de laranja e chegando até o pao ser servido gelado,a limpeza das mesas ficava a desejar.; reposiçao de materal no quarto deficiente,faltaram repor toalhas,tapete de banheiro,agua mineral,barra de cereais,sabonete […] e papel higienico. Tive problema na reserva,mas o hotel é muito bom

O quarto em que me hospedei, apesar de espaçoso e confortável era muito escuro, as paredes recobertas com tecido cinza e a varanda com vista para um vão em nada contribuem para melhorar a falta de luz natural do ambiente. Muita água escorria através dos boxes de vidro dos chuveiros para o chão dos banheiros; as duchas também necessitam de manutenção […] e reparos; os amenities da marca francesa L'occitane um mimo de excelente qualidade. O café da manhã precisa melhorar, porém o serviço do hotel de maneira geral é amável e atencioso. Recomendo o hotel pela localização, conforto das camas, pelos amenities e pelo serviço gentil, mas com certeza farei escolha diferente caso retorne à Buenos Aires. Devamı

Nos ha sorprendido la calidad de la atención. Nuestras experiencias previas de Buenos Aires no fueron ni de cerca tan cálidas como esta. El hotel es elegante, cálido y limpio. El personal amigable y servicial. Nos encantó la experiencia y de seguro volveremos.

Excelente hotel. Muito bem localizado e com instalações de alta qualidade. Ótima cama e um banheiro com uma ducha deliciosa. O único ponto que sugeriria melhorar é o café da manhã que achei muito pobre para um hotel dessa categoria.
