Excellent, highly recommended, no complaints.

The hotel was easy to get to. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and knowledgable of the area. The houskeeping staff did an excellent job on the room. The hotel itself was clean as were the hotels. No complaints about this hotel and would recommend without hesitation

Clearly the service was great, the breakfast good, but the price on that particular visit was way over priced for the room.

The stay was very nice and worth every penny

Was in town for a leisure, and the room was perfect. TS Lee was blowing through, and didn't even realize it until I opened the curtains. Staff was great, and the rooms were pleasant.

Was great to find a pet friendly hotel that did not make me feel through this web site and the easy way it was to make my reservations after i had made the wrong date and was able to make a change that save my day after a long drive from texas. The hotel was great and was nice to find a very clean room with a great bath room to shower in.

We are in a non-smoking room that had been smoked in. It reeked, and was particularly bad because we have two small children. We also requested a double bed, and instead, had to pile four of us into a king bed. Finally, it was very expensive because it was the holiday weekend.

Our experience was wonderful except for the hard bed and the tiny bulky pillows. Some people prefer a firm bed I, however, love a good soft bed with not so thick pillows. Guess I should maybe start bringing my own pillows. ;) Our room was very clean and the service was top notch! Very clean and bright. Nice gym and business center. Have not stayed in a Holiday Inn and did not know how nice they had become. Handy having a laundry on each floor.

My husband and I were very impressed by the quality of this Holiday Inn. It's SO different than how it used to be. It has an upscale quality about it and the front desk representatives are very professional and polished (and frankly, could just as easily be working at a Ritz-Carlton). The room was extremely comfortable (especially the bed) and everything […] was lovely. We did find a black plastic fork in our room (in the TV armoire), but everything seemed clean. The TV is great, and the room's layout is such that the room is very quiet. The only thing we'll suggest is improving the service at the restaurant. Our first waiter, a young woman, was very nice but had trouble understanding English; ultimately a very professional waiter came out and brought up the rear but we were significantly delayed in getting our breakfast. Everything at this hotel is first class (except the prices) It is a freshly renovated place - lots of style and very comfortable. Holiday Inn has come a long way. If I had not known better I would have guessed that I was in a boutique hotel!

This hotel must be very new because it was very nice and clean. I'm in my early twenties, and this has been the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Not like your mother's Holiday Inn. The desk clerks were very attentive and made sure to acknowledge you when you entered and exited the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and decorated. Had paid to get the King bed. At checkin I was told they overbook, so I had to no choice but to take a double. Some of the features in the room didn't work, and when I called to speak to maintanence, I was told these items didn't work, only to find out they just didn't work in the room I was given.

No problems at all. Good location. Friendly staff. Good facilites. Definitely recommend

I was amazed on how wonderfully clean this hotel was. It was nice, new, fresh, clean and relaxing. I highly recommend it!

We have nothing but praise for this hotel. Holiday Inn has come up with a winning model. The stay went as expected, and that's all I can ask.

i really liked everything about the hotel except for the mis leading free happy hour snacks at the bar the sign should read monday thru friday only not free snacks from 5-7 or whatever the time frame was. the staff at the sports bar was not friendly or very fast for that matter. loved the hotel though and the bed was super comfortable.
