The decor is really nice and well kept. The breakfast was AMAZING for the price of FREE!! Staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for a late check out and was allowed to stay until 2:00 at no additional charge!

We stayed for one night with our kids and our dog and everything at the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant who gave us restaurant recommendations as well as directions to the restaurant we chose. There were fresh baked cookies and iced lemon water waiting for us in the hotel lobby upon our arrival (very […] unusual for this level of hotel and a very nice touch!). They even gave us a treat for our dog when we checked in! The rooms were impeccably clean, as was the lobby and the dining area. Every time we saw Steven (the General Manager), he had a smile on his face. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and seemed committed to making sure our stay was a success. He went out of his way to give our kids cute little dinosaur toys at breakfast. All in all, a VERY pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to our family and friends. Devamı

This was the nicest non luxury hotel I have stayed in and nicer than some 4-4.5 star hotels I have stayed in. The owners take great pride in their property. Employee's were very helpful and knowledgeable about area attractions. Rooms were super clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We are repeat guest. Great hotel, great size rooms and very fresh and clean.While we were having bkf.,the owner of the hotel stopped by and wanted to know if all was ok.Mgr of hotel was very helpful selecting places to see and dine in Glen Rose.Our 2 grand-daughters 8&5 joined us for bkf and the staff surprised the 8 yr.old w/some birthday items.Memories […] were made and she will always remember her visit.We look forward to the next visit. The management and staff went beyond the norm to make sure my kids and I were cared for. They were all very friendly and checked on us several times . The hotel is extremely clean and nice. Highly recommend.

No one told me that this hotel had NO elevator, which was no fun for two seniors with knee problems. Also, who ever heard of a hotel not serving breakfast at least until 10:00am on the weekend. I went to front desk at 9:05 and service desk told me they stop serving breakfast at 9:00am!! ON A WEEKEND????probably will a oil this hotel at all cost next […] time. We go to Glen Rose a few times a year and usually stay at the Comfort Inn, which is GREAT. I thought we'd give this place a try. I was very surprised because I was expecting it to be better. The beds were SO hard it was ridiculous. The bathroom door didn't close and the bathroom was dirty. The refrigerator didn't get at all cold, even on the coldest […] setting. This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was great from the front desk to the service staff. The woman cleaning the breakfast area in the morning was very, very sweet. She should be recognized. I cannot remember her name but she was on duty Saturday August 4th and is hispanic. She was great! the only problem we had was the bed was uncomfortable. I had three issues during my stay. The first being a closet door that would not close unless you fiddled with the door quite a bit. The door had been jury rigged with thick double sticky tape and it obviously didn't work. Second, while I could connect to the internet through a direct LAN cable, I could never get internet over wi-fi. I called downstairs […] but this was never fixed. There were two wi-fi signals. One was available but the code given to me for my room (the same one I used for the LAN connection) did not allow me access this one while the other signal was too weak to reach my room. I suspect the latter was for visitors and the hotel likely needed a repeater to boost the signal to some rooms. Third - a thing to note for families - the ONLY children's channel they carried is Cartoon Network. I actually like Cartoon Network BUT the network beigns its adult programming (Adult Swim) at 9pm which leaves kids with no other options and yes, kids on vacation like to stay up later than usual. A hotel in a kid friendly destination with only one kids channel that only broadcasts kid appropriate programming half the day, is short sighted. These were mild annoyances but not ones that I would have expected to encounter Those aside, the hotel was clean and pleasant while the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. In general, this is a good hotel. Everything's new, the location is fairly convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice -- you can tell this is a newer hotel -- but our bathroom was not quite as thoroughly clean as I would have hoped. Since everywhere in Glen Rose is close to Fossil Rim, this was a nice place to stay. The pool was refreshing and clean. The room was also clean, but the beds were quite hard. Other than the beds, it's a very nice place.

Everything was clean, everyone was friendly & the breakfast was great. The kids enjoyed the pool & free evening cookies. We are so glad you allow small pets! We never travel without our 14 year old blind Boston Terrier.

The desk clerk was especially friendly. Freshly baked cookies were waiting for us. I was traveling with three grandchildren. The kids loved the pool. With a free breakfast the next morning, I thought it was a super value.

Nice and clean hotel. Short drive to Fossil Rim and Dinosaur Valley. They even had a bounce house, carnival games, and movies set up for the kids over spring break. Excellent service too.

This hotel is great. Clean, clean, clean. Staff were very polite and very helpful. Our rooms were as nice as the 5 star hotel we stayed at two days prior! We had two rooms, 3 kids, 3 adults and we had a ball. Breakfast was very good too. What a bargain! We will be back for sure.

We went to Glen Rose for a family vacation and the hotel service was only good. The cleaning ladies more friendly then the front desk. The pool was to small compared to the photos we reviewed on the computer and not to satisfied because there was no cover for us to have while at the pool. The refrigrator was not cold to keep our food cold.

We stayed there on a trip to Glen Rose for our 8 year wedding anniversary. We had a fabulous time and especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and exercise room. The staff were all very nice also.

From beginning to end this stay was very delightful. Hotel staff was very friendly, curteous, and helpful. The amenities were everything you would want in service oriented activities.
