"Exceeded our expectations"

When we're on a cross country ski trip we like to be able to prepare breakfasts and lunches, the facilties at Copperstone we're great for this. "Beautiful condo but a 40 min drive to ski hill"

The housekeeping service was lacking. They did not clean the bathroom sink and mirror or wipe down the kitchen counters, etc. The gym could use some more equipment. Service was very good, and staff engaging. Room was clean, and full-sized appliances allowed me to cook a complete Thanksgiving dinner! This is an ideal hotel for people traveling with their dog - there's plenty of scrub around to take the animals to stretch their legs. We enjoyed the beginning of our vacation here. The staff were very accomodating in providing my wife and I with a very nice room upgrade. If was very peaceful and quite here, which was nice. It felt very much like home here. Only, downside(and a very small one) is that it's about 15mins from Canmore. However, that's not far at all to drive and we found […] it worth it because we dined at one of the coolest restaurants in Canmore called Tapas. Seriously was amazing! The room was ready when we arrived and we had a great view of the mountains even though we were on the main floor. The hot tub could have been a little warmer, but I suppose it was set a little lower for the families that were using it. "Awesome resort"
