"Good place for stop-over during I-40 trip"
This is a fairly new facility. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The young man at the desk was very courteous. We had been on the road for about 8 hours and this stay was just long enough to sleep and have breakfast. We were in the breakfast area at about 9 a.m., and the coffee (in large carafes) was bitter. "Customer Service was great..."
Customer Service was top notch. Breakfast was good but the room was so-so. It was clean and comfortable but just didn't seem like the other Fairfields I have stayed in. I would stay here again.
The hotel staff was very polite, decor was modern, nice, and everything was clean. The outdoor hot tub was very relaxing after a long day, and it stayed open later than other hotels I've been to. The price was a bit high for us, but comparable to others for what they offer, although the breakfast could have offered a few more items... I've seen a lot […] more food at less pricey hotels. "Pricey, but nice stay"
This was an unusual weekend in that we stayed in 3 different hotels on 3 consecutive nights. Comparing this with the others, we thought it overpriced compared to others in the area. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. Would consider staying again if not so $$.

"Fairfield Cookville TN"
New hotel so of course it was very clean. Comfy beds and extra pillows. It was a great place to stay and we will definately stay there again.
"Good price for the room"
This hotel was practically brand new when I stayed there; and, naturally, everything was very clean. For the money, you can't beat it. My only complaint would be that it is a little difficult to find since you can not see it at all coming from the east on I-40, and it is not on the main road after you exit.

"Very nice stay"
Hotel has a great location, friendly staff and a beautiful lobby and rooms. Does not have refrigerators in the room which would be a nice tough. Hotel staff very accomodating and very friendly. I will most definately return.
