Very nice hotel, nice rooms except for the kick flush toilets in the bathrooms. It did not flush properly and when I called to have someone come to my room, they said there was nobody there to fix it?

The hotel itself was nice. The room was pretty. Location was close to good food. The problem was housekeeping. Only after complaining to the front desk about 5pm did they refresh our room. We had the breakfast buffet both days- first day was fine. Second day it took a lady with her son complaining to get kitchen to send out food @8:30am?!

This is a fantastic hotel. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. Very clean in all areas of the facility. Beautiful up to date rooms. Nice in-house bar/lounge allows you to have a great drink before heading up to your room. Great location for easy in and out in downtown Harrisburg. I was very pleased with the room and the staff. They were helpful and polite. I will have to return to Harrisburg for business again next month and I will surely return to that hotel.

Great stay, although I stayed for a night! It was much BETTER than the Hilton down the street - was not pleased with that hotel at ALL!

Was only in hotel for the night staff at front desk was nice room was nice and clean. Bar was nice at the end of the day of travel. Would stay there again

All was well except the temperature of water in the shower was too cold.

The room was cold and would not get warm until I made a request for an adjustment. Also, following painting the desk legs there were plastic drop clothes left in my room until I requested they be removed. The request response would be highly rated. Desk staff and valet were very friendly and helpful.

Whether the parking attendent, the front desk or the help in the kitchen after its closed, they are all ready to reach out and help.

Really enjoyed the overnight stay here...made doing business in the area less stressful, since the hotel was close to everything I needed for my business stay. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is right downtown. Only a few blocks from "Resturaunt Row." Location is just fine. I stayed on the 8th floor, which is designated a "Quiet Floor." That obviously means nothing. There was some kind of Navy/Marine Ball going on and those people were anything but quiet. Noisy all night long. The valet […] service also leaves something to be desired. They pretty much fetch your car and throw your keys at you. Good luck getting them to help load or unload your car. At least you dont have to tip them. I would probably stay here again, because of the location, but not on a weekend. Too noisy. I may check out the Hilton, which is only a block away, the next time I am in town. Devamı

it was sleepless night as we were booked next to a raucus party.consistant inconviences with malfunctioning heat,elevators,pool.A very poor experiance.The staff thru this this was very pleasant pleasasnt.Upon leaving have to scrape salt off rear window.Thank you for that

Had a quick, but restful stay. The beds were very comfortable and room clean. Despite facing the street the room is very quiet.

Great stay. Recommend staying on higher levels away from late night revelers/college kids. They mistake the rooms often...in the middle of the night.

This hotel works out just fine for a night in downtown Harrisburg, PA. Other nearby hotels are much more costly without additonal benefits. Desk staff are cordial and polite.

The rooms were not very clean but tolerable. I didn't have much choice due to the location of my conference but the service was good and the people were very nice.

For an in-town hotel one would expect guest parking. Only valet parking available at $18/day. Staff was superb.

I stayed on the 9th floor of the hotel over Labor Day weekend. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff were pleasant. My biggest complaint (which I made to the front desk after my one night stay) was that I could hear motorcycles, cars, and even pedestrians on street level. Not satisfied at all. I paid for the hotel for two day In full and I park in their valet parking which was $18. I was hoping to pay when I check out, but the next day when I try to enter my room, the key was not working . When I call front desk, they Lock me out because of the parking. When I checked into the hotel, the room I reserved (a room with 2br) with Hotels.com was not available, but a room with one king sizd bed was available. Apparently, my hotel was an "overbook" and I had no idea! The manager was kind enough to find a room that could accomodate me and my family. The room was very small. The bathroom was very small. The […] "heated" pool was very cold. I thought parking was available if I wanted it. Instead, parking is required (it's $18/per day), because there's really no where to park on the street. Downtown Harrisburg... UGH... we went to find a find a place to eat around 7:30pm. Everything was closed, except for Momo's BBQ and a pizza shop. Momo's won, and the food's pretty good! Even the CVS closed at 6pm!!! There were a few bars open, but there's really no night life or open restaurants, after 6pm! Outside of a courteous front desk staff, I don't see any reason anyone with a family would want to stay at this hotel. Devamı

We did not arrive at hotel until about 1 am. The check in took a long time (a good 20 min wait), due to people in front of us could not seem to get finished. Rooms were lovely but no booklet or guide to tell you check out time or amenities. I think that was by accident. We had to go to front desk to find out where pool was located. Price should have […] at least included parking or continental breakfast. Otherwise very comfy. Have to pay for valet parking or take your chances w/metered parking on street. Devamı

Unexpectedly nice customer service and welcome at the front desk. She was warm and unusually helpful and eager to offer little amenities that make life nicer. The staff really stood out - well done!

Harrisburg-Amazing they found my bestfriends wedding ring that he lost in the room and called us back right away!

Hotel was great. Clean, comfortable, accessible to nearby farm expo center that we were there for. Valet parking was convenient with the limited available parking nearby.

Great place and location. Drove through town before I decided to upgrade. It's worth the extra 20 for this.

This property was a little more urban than I was expecting. In order to keep the car safe we used the valet parking which was $18/day. Not bad considering another hotel nearby was charging $22/day. There are a bunch of nice restaurants a few blocks away, but you have to pass by the transit hub and there were a bunch of people loitering which didn't […] make us comfortable. (one night someone got arrested there) Overall the room was nice, but small and the fixtures were not to the standards that I'm used to in a Crowne Plaza. My stay was a very frustrating one. First of all, it was a little difficult to find parking. From every review it seemed that this would be a luxurious hotel. The lobby was neatly cleaned, but once I got to my room it took an hour to get the internet to work. I had to go to the lobby and call a third party for assistance. Also, the hotel did not even […] have a HD or Plasma TV's in the room. On top of that the cable would not let me access ESPN to watch the NBA playoffs. When I took a shower, the drain did not work properly which meant about 3-4 inches at the floor of the tub. The workout facilities had problems with their televisions on the treadmills and it was less than be desired. I was surprised to hear that this hotel was in the same company as Holiday Inn. The staff was helpful and kind. But for the price and amount of updates they need to make to this hotel, I would not stay here again. Devamı

You couldn't ask for a better location! Right in the middle of downtown Harrisburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking for your car, so no worries there. I have seen some complaints about the cost of parking. Quite frankly, if you can afford that then you probably should stay in a cheaper hotel in the suburbs. Hotel has a great location on the edge of downtown Harrisburg. The rooms are neat and comfortable. Parking attendants are prompt and courteous. People at front desk are very nice. But... service in the restaurant is very slow, my room heater was broken and my room looked out onto the air handlers which roared all night.

Enjoyed my stay, but ran into multiple issues in the restaurant. First, the only waitress on duty ignored me and my family at the front desk for over 10 minutes. When we decided walk away, she finally came over and acknowledged our presence. The next night we went in for dessert. Ordered peanut butter pie (3 slices). Waitress asked if we wanted ice […] cream on the side. We said yes. When I got the bill, she charged us for SIX desserts. 3 pies and 3 ice creams. With tip...over $60!!! Lesson learned: stay here if you have to stay in Harrisburg (which I don't recommend). But, eat somewhere else. Devamı

This hotel is located very close to the busy downtown nighlife in Harrisburg. Everything was of average comfort and quality levels. The bar was very nice, especially the lounge area. The drinks were quite overpriced however. The lobby is beautiful but i was very dissapointed in the room itself. There was a great deal of wear and tear, especially the […] ceilings. The room was very small and a mish mash of different decorating styles. The drapes were bordering on being sinfully out of date. The windows were not very clean and were kind of outdated and scary. If there was a ventilation fan in the bathroom, it was either not working or worthlessly cheap. A poor bathroom vent in a cramped hotel room is a no-no in my book. The toilet was as loud as a rocket which was distrating. There was also an awful droning sound that made it hard to sleep. It sounded like there was somone vacuuming upstairs for the entire duration of our stay. We stayed on the seventh floor so the city noise was not too bad, I am sure it would be obnoxious at lower levels. After all is said and done, I would probably not stay here again. If I did it would be to try the resturant and pool, or to hit up the bar again. Devamı

Right in the downtown area, close to restaurants and shopping, while also being easy on and off the highway. Two complaints, though: Our room didn't have a coffee maker, but the hotel has an excellent restaurant and room service was both fast and reasonably priced. Room was clean, people were nice, but the old clunky heating and A/C unit in the room was loud, hard to regulate the room temperature, and made it hard to sleep.

Great location - safe to walk around at night. Valet parking very handy!

This Hotel looks great. Very nice location. Only downside is that u have to pay for parking. I think that will ALL Hotels parking should not be a concern. The room was nice, comfortable beds, and a very nice indoor pool. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. Just forewarn about valet parking.

The hotel was clean. I was especially impressed at the attentiveness of the hotel staff to my needs and their professionalism. The lobby is small. the room was small but comfortable and clean. It seems to be a little older interior. Only a little 'worn' but not dirty. Again, a good match for the good price. I attended a conference at a competing […] hotel 1 block away. that hotel with a name that you'd expect at least some quality actually was what i expected this hotel to be; a spacious comfortable lobby and large rooms. they were exact opposites for one another. All of that said, i saved about $30.00 a night on the crown plaza and was satisfied with it's location from the train station and the accommodations for the price. Devamı
