We could hear our next door neighbors getting ready early in the morning. They were not being especially loud. The walls were paper thin. Also, hall noises all night. Could hear slamming doors. The hotel was clean and nice otherwise. Maybe it was just our particular room?

Relatively new property in new area. Take a stroll through the Hall Office Park, across the Tollway, for some excellent outdoor sculptures.

overall the Hotel was nice, but they stuck us on the top floor all the way in the back of the Hotel. When we returned to our room on Sat. night( around 10:00 pm), there was some sort of event going on in the banquet room right under our room. The music was so loud that even with the TV on we could not sleep. When we called the front desk, they could […] only say, they were sorry. The Hotel was not at all full, so why did they give us a room right above the event. Our children and grandchildren recently moved to Frisco, so we were hoping the would be a Hotel we would stay in when visting them. That is why we booked with Hilton, thinking that the name stood for quality. We will not stay here again. Devamı

It was a good stay, every body that worked in the hotel were freindly and very helpful. The room was very clean and neat. It was close to alot of good resturants and alot of shopping stores.

This is a newer hotel, which is a plus. It had a clean, newness which we enjoyed. But, it had a couple of negatives. The beds were a type of sleep number bed. We hated them. One of them wasn't functioning correctly, so it was hard as a rock! The AC unit was incredibly loud kicking on and off. That made for an unpleasant night. I guess I'd still recommend […] the hotel based on location and price, but make sure you put the AC unit on continuos fan (figured that out 2nd night) and that the beds are working like they're supposed to. Great place to stay only had one complaint, one night the sheets had an odor but I believe that they were changed and my girlfriend didn't mention it again.

This is a good quality, quiet hotel. I had some minor problems with the housekeeping staff who started knocking on my door between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and seemed to think I was inconveniencing them by not being out well before checkout time. It's always a pleasant surprise when you arrive at the reserved hotel and find it to be everything you hoped it would be. Not only was the facility up to my standards, but it was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. In town to visit family and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice in hotel.

i always stay at this hotel when i visit the area, I really like Frisco a lot. great location for the business i was in town for and the staff was friendly. beds are pretty tough, but still a nice place, very clean

Extremely comfortable and very large room for exceptional price. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was better than most restaurants! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Perfect location, close to mall and other shopping, groceries, and in a community setting. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I do not like is that there is […] not an indoor pool. The only thing bad I have to say is that the ice machine didn't work on the fifth floor.... Other than that it was clean and the staff was very nice.

Very comfortable & clean room. Called for extra blankets & was told 15 minutes but had to go get them myself after 30 minutes. Otherwise nice stay.

A very nice Hotel. Room was nice, warm and comfortable. The dinning and bar area was unique in that it was easy and fun. Great place to meet and talk with friends. We will use this Hotel again when back in the Frisco area.

We did not know the area but it was convenient to all of the areas we wanted to visit that weekend. The staff accommodated all of our requests and were very pleasant. My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend and would certainly stay here again.

This is the second time we've stayed here and both times were extremely pleased. The staff are friendly and helpful. I needed a safety pin and they searched the office and found one - which I returned the next morning. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Close to Stonebrier Mall, McKinney, Frisco, Plano the Dallas North Tollway. Clean, comfortable adjustable beds. If needing clean and good hotel this is it. Good value for price.

My last two stays at Hilton Garden Inns have been exceptional. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed, and large. The staff are superb. The only tiny, tiny drawback was a lack of in-room entertainment options, and that can be resolved with personal technology. It is nice to stay in a hotel that will still put clean glasses in a room, instead of plastic […] or paper cups. A bigger trash can might be nice too. Devamı
