Encore at Wynn Las Vegas - Las Vegas

What can I say, nobody does it like Steve Wynn. Encore Wynn are my favorite properties in Vegas!

Hotel room was definitely five-star quality (although lighting in the bathroom could be improved). Overall hotel decoration was a bit over-the-top, i.e. in typical Las Vegas style. Location was a fair distance from the mid-strip activity.

It was so spacious and well-appointed. The decoration was the right mix of modern and classic. The whole time I was there, I kept thinking "So this is how rich people live!" I'll be back when I have the money.

Nice suite and luxury amenities....Beautiful decor and accommodating customer service. I definitely say "Encore at the Encore".

I loved the Encore, the service, rooms, bed and food was excellent. We came to Vegas for a conference located in a resort on the outskirts of the city. We decided to arrive two days earlier to stay on the strip and found a great price for the Encore on Hotels.com. We actually were sad when we had to check out. The room was fantastic, the hotel was beautiful, but the small things were missing. Let’s start with what was good. The bed was just like home, the pillows were soft and slept like a baby. The room was impeccable and the view was fantastic from the 21st floor. Service was good and the staff always said hello. Although wine and water glasses were provided, […] when we inquired about champagne glasses we had to order them from room service for $2 apiece. The waiter who delivered them actually apologized for the charge (which I considered to be gouging in this town) – therefore I tipped him an additional $5 for bringing them. That was our first notion that the little things are not being paid attention to. One big thing, though, was that I noticed was the distinct lack of people gambling and at the shops. At 11PM it kind of looked like the volume of other casinos at around 4AM. It obviously doesn’t draw many people other than those who stay there. Maybe because the “players card” is your room key and there really isn’t a “players club”. Then about the comps… literally there are none. If you’re playing video poker at the bar, your drinks are not comp’d. If you are playing the tables, waitresses came by at 30-40 minute intervals. For dinner we went to SW, but the hype didn’t match the experience - definitely a 3 star, definitely not a 4 star. The highlight was the funnel cake desert – it rocked! That being said, the buffet for breakfast was a surprise and was well worth the nominal price. Bottom line: the major aspects of the property were well polished, but the little things were annoying. If you want to gamble, don’t go here. If you want a 4 or 5 star restaurant at 3 to 4 star prices, don’t go here. If you want to shop, these shops are over the top and rarely have customers. But if all you want is a very comfortable room – this is your place! Devamı

I am not a fan of Las Vegas! The only reason that I keep going back is that I can stay at the Oncor! It is perfect in every way. Highly recommended! Every time I go it seems to get better and better! Best spa in town!

This was my first stay at Encore but came reccomended by several friends of mine and now I know why. I have stayed in probably over 10 of the more well known hotels in Vegas over the past 10 years and the Encore is now one of my top choices. i found the staff from registration to even the tables very friendly and courteous.The facitities were spotless […] and well maintained. Had a great time in XS club and in the casino.The rooms were extremely well layed out for comfort and functionality and the architectural touches in design and furniture were great.I will be back. Great place to stay. Efficient service, friendly and quick. Housekeeping was awesome with their response time and smiles. Overall, the place to stay.

The hotel was great except for a hidden fee of 20 dollars a day plus tax "resort fee" that doesn't cover the spa at 40 dollars a day per guest. When i booked the room it said total for two nights and I put in my cc info, upon checkout I had to pay almost 50 bucks in hidden fees that I was NOT aware of!

We love this hotel and never stay anywhere else. Hands down the best customer service.

Outstanding experience - from check-in to check-out. Took most meals over at Wynn, so did a lot of walking, but the passage is well marked and we did not get lost navigating the casino. If driving, note that the Encore driveway is easy to miss - I'd read previous posts about this, but still got it wrong. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it for […] one day. Note: if you extend at the hotel desk, you have to pay the 'guest fee' a second time since the hotel and hotels.com have separate accounting systems. There is a reason that Steve Wynn is a well known name in Las Vegas as well as the hospitality market...Encore is just that - an Encore to his already fantastic Wynn hotel. There few times that I have been to Las Vegas there is no other hotel that has compared. Our stay was comfortable, clean, easy, and a mess load of other adjectives. If you're thinking […] about visiting Las Vegas and can swing a little heavier hotel bill don't miss this spot. We found it hard to leave the hotel because everything is there. We didn't venture further down the strip than Caesar's Palace because the rest of the strip seems like a waste of time compared to Wynn & Encore. Devamı

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was helpful. Loved the turn down service. They even filled the ice bucket.

Service was good, the room was very nice and plenty of places to get a meal.

Chic, tasteful, luxurious, real, fun, hip, ambient, must!

Stayed from thanksgiving through Nov 29. I preferred the Encore to the Wynn because of less traffic/easy access valet for my car. Stayed on the 62nd floor with breath taking views. Also preferred the suite layout of the Encore versus the open plan at the Wynn. The room service menu is awesome and available 24hrs a day. That's right! anything on the […] menu 24hrs a day. Including steamed lobster. Room was pretty high tech with electronic window shades and lights control. Free local and long distance calls; press up to 6 garments free each day. IMHO The Encore & Wynn and are one step ahead of the rest of the hotels in Las Vegas. Even the slots area at the casino is more "friendly" (open, clean, with more light...) than the rest of the hotels that I visited. The worst: Is located at one north end of the Strip and the WIFI is not cheap

Magnificent, luxurious. Too much Steve Wynn´s voice all over you, but guess you can live with it. Recommend this hotel anytime. Carlos Monterrey, Mexico

The room was awesome and more than worth the price I paid for it. The service was outstanding and I will definitely come back to stay there again.

Amazing hotel, I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Vegas

everything about the hotel was wonderful, except for the casino which was small.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but at the same time te hotel's service was not that impressive. For example, I would call in for extra towels and they almost refused to send me extra towels because I only had two people in my room!!! Like really??? I should be able to ask for 10 towels and not be questioned or told I can't have more towels! Then my […] guest also asked for a rollaway bed for my room (keep in mind I upgraded to a bigger room) but then they proceeded to tell her that it was a fire hazard! I've traveled the world and had smaller rooms and ordered a rollaway bed, but was never denied an extra bed in my room. Other than that I had a good time, but I do think it was a little rude of them to treat us that way...I spent a lot of money there and I think I deserved better treatment and service by the staff. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and accommodations exquisite and the dealers were fun and down to earth. I was treated well and even compensated nicely for my gambling activities and hotel excursions. They don't have to do that, and while I know other hotels do I could see a difference here...the Encore is the place to stay if you are looking […] to get treated like royalty and enjoy the gambling and restaurants (some of the best in the nation). Only one complaint is the confusion at certain cafes that didn't serve alcohol even though they had a fully stocked bar behind them, and the drinks are incredibly expensive if you purchase them. a Bloody Mary is $20 bucks for example. The Encore at Wynn is a very beautiful and the restaurants are amazing.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful except for three things! Firstly, when we checked in we were 20 minutes early and told a room was not ready which was fine. But they went onto say there were 50 people+ in front of us also waiting for a room and we would be allocated one when it becomes avaliable. We then had to wait an hour and a half for a […] room. Secondly was the club in the Encore (XS), despite staying in the hotel we were charged a $20 cover to enter the club (we were two young ladies!). The last thing is that room tax is not included in the booking so you are charged an additional $20 (plus tax) a night when staying. Devamı

from the ease of entering the hotel and registration to the dynamic decor in the hotel, casino and the large hotel room - I was impressed. Quick responsive service on the phone and for room service. Steve Wynn has outdone himself again and now this is the hotel I always want to stay in when in Las Vegas.

Stayed at Wynn a few years ago and had no complaints but I would not stay at Encore again. Room was on the 27th floor yet could hear the bass from both nightclubs till closing at 4am. Could also hear adjoining hotel room guests conversations quite clearly and with the front doors to each room being so heavy everyone felt it okay to slam them all night […] long. Made a 4 minute international phone call and it cost $50 as they charge 45% on top of the carriers cost. They also have signs up stating that outside food and alcohol is not allowed to be consumed within the hotel rooms, not sure how often this is enforced but seemed a bit childish to me considering the choices on offer within their own restaurants. The stay was excellent at the Encore. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the view was excellent.
