On this trip to Delhi I stayed in several hotels in the $25 to $45 price range. The best of these was actually the first one I stayed at, Hotel City Star. The Hotel is not in a very good location. It is basically an old hotel , where some interior decoration has been done to cover the filth and dust.Would not recommend for someone travelling with a family .

Staffs are helpful in general except internet technical service. They could not solve the WiFi problem. Unable to connect WiFi. Big problem for business people. No wire connection. Restaurant is good.

Having toured all over India for the prior 2 months, our New Years stay at Balagi Deluxe in Delhi was unexpectedly good and easy. The Hotel restaurant was quite good, and the Hotel manager was most helpful in arranging a car to Agra and beyond. We'd gladly recommend the Balagi to friends and others.

Very Very Bad service. No value for money. I have booked for 3 persons, but they offered mine 3rd member to sleep in the floor.So, I have shifted to a 3 beded simple room. Wastage of money only. No pickup form Airport/Railway Station.

We (my hubby and me) were there on holiday, actually to celebrate our wedding anniversary. we were expecting the hotel was really nice like how the display was on its website. but it was quite different than our expectation. however, we found this hotel good depending on the charge we were paying. all the staffs were really nice; housekeeping, kitchen […] and other staffs including security guard. food was really nice, lots of varieties for braekfast and which was provided free( free means included in the price of room charge). In overall , the hotel is suitable for all people who dont want to waste more money. I will recommend for other people to stay in this hotel if you are going on holiday. Before I go on holiday i had read all of the reviews from other guests who stayed in this hotel. i want to request to some of them please dont always complain but try to appreciate as well. think once about the money you pay for your room before you complain about the quality. i will definitly stay in this hotel if i go back again. Situated in the dusty and crowded area of New Delhi. The environment/location of the hotel made us think of transferring to a more expensive one but when we go to the room, it was very new and clean. i communicated with them before i arrived at the airport.i said i would arrive there at 9 o'clock pm.when i arrived ,they did not appear.and i paid money to take airport express.when i reached the hotel,the staff at the front desk gave me the key ,and asked someone to lead me to the room.the room is at the third floor.but a waiter told me that the deluxe […] room is on the 4th floor,not at the third floor.i think they are fraud . the window can not open,and the tv can not hear the voice clearly.there was no hot water in the washing room. The hotel had promised a domestic airport pickup and they had a Maruti Eeco pick us up on time with a friendly driver. The checkin process was smooth and the room itself was clean with both the bed and bath in good condition. We had gone for a family vacation to Simla and were using this hotel at Delhi on the way to Simla. The staff at the reception […] are courteous and helpful. As we were new to Delhi, they offered enough assistance in terms of places to see and how to get there using Metro. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. The food was good. Balaji hotel is located in the heart of Delhi and has excellent connectivity to various popular tourist spots and business markets. The rooms have been remodelled recently and are very comfortable. The hotel also has a roof top restuarant which servers very nice food. The neighbourhood is not that attractive but I guess thats the price one has to pay […] for proximity to railway station. The room was disgusting...filthy! Sheets were just about ok, but the rest was not good... blood stains spattered the walls, dirty floors, bathroom smelly and very old looking, NO natural light at all it was like a cell. We booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one, even though we lost out on the money. Vivek hotel down the road is much better. […] As for service, lets just say they were keen! OVER KEEN! When you have just landed from a long flight, the last thing you want is someone knocking on your door every 5 mins to 'check if everything is ok' or to bring you things in dribs and drabs, e.g, towels, toilet roll, soap etc. Just bring it all in one go and leave us alone!! I have backpacked around extensively throughout the world, I know that us backpackers expect not much at all in a room, just cleanliness would be nice.... but this was just too disgusting for even the most hardy of backpackers and it wasn't even that cheap. We had a reservation and prepayed here on the site. We arrived in the evening and as soon as the manager saw us he send us of to another hotel. We tried to find out why we couldn't get our room but he just told us some jibberish. The other hotel was just down the street but was not satifying at all! The rooms where not clean and the hotel was not comfotable […] at all. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel because they can't be trustet and you are not sure if you get the hotel you requestet! Devamı

Very satisfactory compare to the price. Free pick up at the airport is also available. You can enjoy Chicken Choumin in the hotel restaurant which is excellent.

この年始に一泊しましたが、インドもかなり寒い中、お湯がほぼ出ず、出ても温い水でした！ しかもチョロチョロで全く使えませんでした。 さらに、３人で利用したので、エキストラベットを頼んでいましたが、用意されてなく、部屋に通されてから用意を始め、出てきたのは10センチぐらいの厚みのマットレスでした！ それをドアの前に直置きで寝ました！ びっくり！ また冬場は屋上レストランのオープンエリアも使っていなかったので、 あまり泊まる価値はないと思います。 フロアごとにいるのかわかりませんが、 ドアマンはとても親切でした。 ただ、次の日デリーを回るのにロビーのトラベルカウンターで タクシーをチャーターしました。 お願いする予定ではなかったのですが、 観光箇所も離れていたので、空港まで送ってもらうプラン […] で利用しました。 ドライバーはとてもいい人で全くの追加もなく、 親切に案内もしてくださり本当に素敵な一日になりました！ 結果オーライです！ Devamı

Ich übernachte im April 2012 für 5 Tage im Balaji Deluxe und die Probleme fingen bereits am Tag meiner Ankunft an. Im ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht (bei 40 Grad Aussentemperatur). Nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden gab mir das Hotelmanagement schliesslich ein anderes Zimmer. Dort funktionierte die Klimaanlage, hing jedoch bei 20 Grad […] fest und lies sich nicht regulieren. Das kostenlose WiFi im ganzen Hotel funktionierte vom ersten Tag an nicht. Jeden Tag wurde ich damit vertröstet das am darauffolgenden Tag das Problem angeblich behoben würde - passiert ist jedoch nie etwas. Lediglich am letzten der 5 Tage meines Aufenthaltes funktionierte es in der Lobby, nicht jedoch in den Zimmern. Warmes Wasser funktionierte abends ebenfalls nie, sondern immer nur morgens. Ebenfalls sehr störend war die Tatsache das die ganze Nacht hindurch auf den Fluren sehr lautes Telefonklingeln zu hören war (das von hausinternen Telefonen stammte). Andere 'Highlights' in diesem Hotel waren u.a. Aufzugknöpfe die regelmässig erst nach 20-maligem Drücken funktionierten, Wasserhähne die man plötzlich in der Hand hatte oder aber man kam abends ins Hotel zurück und es fanden sich weder Handtücher noch Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer. お湯もちゃんと出ないような安宿に泊まっていたので、ここはお湯シャワーもふんだんにでるし、オイルヒーターもあったし、朝は最上階でビュッフェもついていたし、設備的には満足でした。 ただ、ホテルに電話してもなかなかつながらなかったり、送迎込みで予約したのに、電話をしたら近いから自分で来い、といった感じで取り合ってもらえませんでした。対応は非常に悪かったです。

Sauberes Hotel und sein Geld wert! Gut ist, dass es in er ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt. Auch das Restaurant des Hotel ist empfehlenswert - leckeres Essen zu günstigen Preisen.

ニューデリー駅から徒歩５分くらいにあり、コーンノートプレイスやメインバザールにも徒歩で行けるので立地は良いと思います。スタッフの方は親切でお部屋も清潔。シャワーはお湯が出ます。ホテル内のレストラン美味しいです。 ホテル‐空港間の送迎サービスがあると書かれていますがホテルの人に確認すると無料で１回だけ空港へ迎えに行くことはできるが空港へ送り届けるのは無料ではないとのことで５００ﾙﾋﾟｰかかりました。

Det var ett helt greit hotell. Personalet burde lære seg å smile litt inn i mellom. Maten var god, veldig greit at det var inkludert frokost, men utvalget var labert. 5 min kjøretur med tukktukk til hoved shoppingsområdet.

Generaly after 5 different hotels in India Balaji Deluxe was my best hotel.Western looks clean and very good food.Close to the railway station but in very quiet street.I would reccomment that hotel to a friend!

Das Zimmer war super aber es gab kleine indische Details: man sagt bitte saubermachen - sie tun es nicht. Man sagt nicht saubermachen zweimal und sie kommen einfach ins Zimmer, sie machen sauber, geben aber kein Toilettenpapier, Handtuch, etc. und wenn man danach frägt erwarten sie Trinkgeld? oder man sagt NICHT saubermachenund obwohl man da ist, die […] Tür nicht aufgemacht hat, kommen sie einfach mit dem Generalschlüssel rein. Sonst war alles sehr gut auch das Restaurant wo man gut und billig essen konnte. Devamı
