Hotel Termini - Roma

Oteli internetten ayırttım ve ortalama bir otel bekliyordum ama beklentilerimin üzerine çıktı. Gerçekten rahat ve güzel iki gün geçirdim. Yalnız son gün sıcak su kesildi ve resepsiyonu iki kez aramama rağmen çözümlenmedi. Tamircinin sabah geleceğini söylediler ama sabah da yoktu. Onun dışında bir sorunla karşılaşmadım.

You will be asked to check in at Hotel Piram. You then must travel a block and a half away to the actual hotel, which is up three flights of disgusting stairs (we dodged dog feces on the way up) and behind a dead bolted door. No staff at the location, and despite their assurances that dialing 9 will get the help desk, guess again! So when the TV didn't […] work, we couldn't ask for help on how to use it. The room was smaller than our bathroom and the bathroom was smaller than our closet! well, we did not stay at the Termini. We arrived at that address with all our luggage to find out that there was no one there to greet us or a check-in desk. By the luck of a guest that was stuck in the hotel because she could not open the door we found out that we had to walk several blocks with our luggage just to check in and walk back. It was not […] a good arrangement. Guest should be told in advance of the check in desk at another location and that there would be no security watching over the guest during the night. Devamı

Booked for two nights with a double bed. Got there on the 4th floor and saw a note that we had to check in down the street at Hotel Piram. Went there and they said we had to come back at 2 because thats when check in is. came back at 2 and she told us there was a problem with our booking (a problem she couldnt of told us when we were there the first […] time) and she rebooked us. she gave us horrible directions, she didnt even know where the new place was. we walked around for about 30 minutes looking for the place. got to the new place and it was two twin beds, ants in the room, and the bathroom was in the hallway. Had to check in with another hotel 2 blocks away, which I found a bit strange. The Hotel Termini was within walking distance (2 blocks) to the train station, which was helpful. From the train station we were able to catch the bus and get to most anywhere we wanted. Also within walking distance were some reasonably priced restaurants with good pasta […] dishes and pizza. Hotel Termini was reasonably priced, however the room was unimaginably small. If you are up for a small, functional hotel, and this is at the start of your trip when the frantic shopping has yet to take place, then yes, you can consider this place. though small, it was clean. However, will NOT recommend this place to families with children or elderly, […] as the toilet is seriously dangerous. In fact, although we are average sized asians, we found it hard to climb into the shower area, and then climbing out was like an adventure/obstacle course, and not great to do when you have just showered and the ground is wet... If we were slightly bigger, we wouldn't fit in the shower area. when i took a step back whilst shampooing, my head immediately hit one of the walls and you cannot extend your hands out while drying yourself... but the location, well, it is fantastic. I have four musts on a sightseeing holiday - price, location, safety, cleanliness. this hotel ticked all boxes. it was not in the centro storico, and was a surprisingly quiet neighbourhood to return to of an evening. nice restaurants nearby. just as all roads lead to rome, all roads lead to the termini, so it was easy to catch a bus or a subway home […] of an evening as everything seemed to be labelled 'Termini" It was clean, very comfortable, nice fittings, cheap and convenient. perfect for my family of four (5 year old twins). Getting situated was definitely interesting. Be advised that you have to check in at Hotel Piram which is down the street from Hotel Termini. When we did this we had to wait about an hour for a "coworker to show you to your hotel". The hotel we were finally brought to was no where near Hotel Termini, and was not named Hotel Termini. With that said, […] we really lucked out. Our hotel was amazing. It was an apartment suite with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and had a seating area at the entrance. The AC worked, a little too well (it was cold but we figured out how to adjust it). The rooms were clean and housekeeping came daily. The location was awesome (we were on Via Nazionale). P.s. you may have to put up with the antics of an arrogant male receptionist. My advise to be careful and not be taken advantage of. Devamı

Stayed at theis hotel for one night at the start of August, we only wanted somehwere cheapish to stay close to the termini station. NEVER stay this hotel! the hotel basically does not exist, we were made to check in at some other random hotel down the street and then they put us u for the night in some weired apartment well away from where we thought […] we were going to be. the whole experience was a real pain as it was about forty degrees and we were dragging our bags all over Rome looking for some strange 3 bedroom apartment that the hotel had sub-letted of someone on holiday... Hotel Termini is a great place to stay for the last-minute budget traveler. Full size bed in a large room with all you need in a restroom. You have to check in at Hotel Piram, which is 2 blocks away - which I wish was warned prior to climbing all those stairs.

The Hotel Termini was in a great location - right next to Termini station with its airport trains, regional trains and Rome's two 'tube' lines. However, having reached the hotel and made it up 3 floors, I was rudely told to go to the hotel parma to collect the keys. This was a bit further down the street. The staff at Hotel Parma were lovely and they […] had a beautiful roof garden, but as I didn't have a hotel parma room number, this wasn't always so easy to spend time up there. Another disappointment was that I had booked with breakfast, which was at hotel parma. However, they kept forgetting to put this on the system, so every day I had to check whether it had been updated so I could eat the breakfast without trouble. This added an unnecessary frustration to my stay. Also of frustration was that the 'English' breakfast wasn't as advertised - an Omelette and sausages isn't exactly fried eggs, beans, hash browns etc. However, the room itself was perfect. Devamı

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station (about 5 min walk). Nevertheless, the room was very quiet. The room was not very big but sufficient and very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

This hotel was very cheap and in a good location.. but dont expect very much!

I arrived at the hotel in the morning and after knocking on the door for awhile with no response, I went to a wifi cafe to get the phone number. No response on the phone either so I had to call hotels.com who told me check-in was at another hotel a few blocks down the road. I checked in and stored my luggage at this hotel until the afternoon when I […] could get my room. Hotel Termini is on the 3rd floor of a building with some other hotels and the lock to the outer door was really loose and looked like it could fall out any day, it was not very secure. Inside, there is no reception and as I was staying by myself, I did not feel very safe with nobody there and a bad lock. The air conditioning was leaking and there was a big puddle of water on the floor of my room. I was considering if I should go and complain when I saw a knife stuck in the wall in the hallway! This was the final straw and I went back to the hotel where you check in and asked to stay in one of their rooms. They were very rude to me and did not care about any of my problems and said there were no other vacancies. so I had to call hotels.com again who rang them and after some arguing suddenly there was a cancellation and they put me up in an apartment down the road which was fine other than a strange smell. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to save money. It is also literally a stone's throw from the Termini railway station. There is a bit of noise, however, from the tram nearby. The only real negative aspect is check-in. You must check in quite aways down the street because there is no reception desk at Termini. For the seasoned traveler, […] it is a good place to stay. We chose this hotel for one night because of an 8AM International Flight that would require a 550AM train ride from the terminal. We ended up being placed in an apartment 7 blocks further from the terminal. Although the staff seemed to consider this a normal and acceptable practice, neither had ever been to the building we were placed in. They escorted […] us to the building (after making several phone calls just to figure out the address), had to guess which floor it was on and at no point helped us with our luggage. When calling to ask for suggestions on getting to the terminal as fast as possible, we were told a manager wasn't available to answer any of our questions and were soon disconnected. Appliances and TVs in the room did not work. On check out we were told that the hotel had lost our credit card information. We didn't complain (figured by that point it was useless and just wanted to get out of the hotel), but tried to give a small suggestion regarding their listing and directions to the hotel. We mentioned that one of us actually has a marketing job in the hospitality industry to preface this suggestion. The clerk responded by handing us a receipt and said "Yeah, ok, sure. Have a nice day. Good bye." This was the same staff member we had at check in. Her clear disregard for customer satisfaction was jaw dropping. I understand that we didn't book a 5 star hotel. I understand that nothing is perfect and even the paying customer has to be flexible. I also know that we probably had a "perfect storm" of bad luck with this stay. I have never left a review for anything I have booked or bought online, but I can't explain how shocked I was by the rudeness our clerk. I would strongly recommend anyone avoid this establishment. This a VERY simple hotel. The location is very convenient. Tipical European hotel room: small and tight. The elevator only fits 2 people with maybe 1 small bag (don't be shocked). Check in is at a different location 3 blocks down (there are no signs to tell you that - bit of a pain after you made it up to the third floor). No reception desk and breakfast […] not included. The "hotel" was no more than a few small rooms on the 3rd floor of an apartment building that had been turned into many "hotels". when we arrived I had to walk another 4 blocks to pick up our room key and check-in. the room was small and right on the street with a ton of noise. there was mold growing on the walls and plaster flaking off too. a truly […] bad night for this frequent traveler. beautiful apt. 2 of the tv's didnt work. and it was initally difficult to find and had to go to a different hotel to check in and it was confusing, but once i was checked in and settled it was a wonderful apt.

This hotel was nice for the price. Everything was clean. It was hardwood floors and there was a new bathroom. It was only a block away from the train station and most everything else is still in walking distance. Good value for money. Good location. Hotel Check in is at Hotel Piram street/via Amendeola 7. Check the map and plan for it, it will save a bit of hassle. Clean room, basic no frills.

oferring appartement style romme that is a must! great staff sevices! in the midle of all the sight seaing ( could walk with in 45 min.)

Close to train station and to the office of "Green Line" hop-on hop-off bus tour. Very clean room, perfectly clean towels. The bed in not comfortable, the room is extremely small. Breakfast should be way better, coffee was cold.

right near the main termini in Rome access to the metro lines and railroad quint rooms breakfast served to you room just what we were looking for not high end but european cute

greate price, good location, nice clean room, overall all good

very good hotel. easy to find, about 200m from the station. just remember the number of the hotel on the road though as the sign is pretty small. the actual hotel is on the 3rd floor. there are hotels on all the other floors too, and a main entrance into the building. you have to check in at a different hotel-welcome piram hotel, but its on the same […] road and about 100m away so no problems. hotel was nice and clean, good air conditioning,safe in the room. u eat your breakfast at the hotel down the road (same one u check in at) but it was nice. although would have appreciated some fruit choices. the choice is bread, jams, yoghurts, donughts, croissants, tarts. i found the juices too sweet. the coffee machine however was awesome. no faults really. we never really met anyone at the hotel apart from the cleaner, the only really correspondance we got for questions and advice was from the hotel down the road. No puedo brindar comentarios sobre el hotel Termini, porque cuando nos presentamos con nuestra reserva de habitación triple, en el hotel donde debe realizarse el chek in los días festivos, nos informan que no tenían disponibilidad. De allí, un dependiente nos trasladó a pie, bajo una espesa llovizna, a un departamento ubicado en Via Nazionale a varias […] cuadras. El despartamento era muy confortable, moderno, y muy acogedor. Pero, para tomar el desayuno debíamos trasladarnos hasta el hotel. Devamı

Posso ritenermi pienamente soddisfatto per il servizio reso e per la disponibilità del personale, sia gli addetti alla reception e sia gli addetti al facchinaggio sono stai gentilissimi e professionali. La stanza molto pulita ed accogliente, l'Hotel è bene ubicato ed è facile anche a piedi raggiungere i punti salienti dell bella Roma. in realtà ho avuto un upgrade e sono soggiornato nell'hotel piram dove bisogna fare il checkin. l'unico neo la tassa di 3 euro per soggiorno a roma

comodissimo x prendere entrambe le linee della metro. molto pulito. l'unica inconvenienza è che il letto matrimoniale è composto da 2 letti singoli quindi anche 2 materassi singoli, quasi impossibile da dormire. del resto soddisfatti!! ah e poi ho scoperto che la colazione inclusa era una bufala, ma ci si aggiusta!

Knölig incheckning då den var på ett annat hotell (Piram) ett par kvarter bort. Ingen information om detta på dörren på Termini. Som tur var så blev vi informerade av en gäst om detta.

Hotel au 3eme étage d'un immeuble avec d'autres hotels. Les communs sont tres dégradés et il n'y a pas de reception (il faut aller au Welcome Piram Hotel à 300m, ce qui justifie le prix), mais une fois passé la porte on ce retrouve dans un hotel exactement semblable au Piram Hotel (meme mobilier, meme decor). Nous y retournerons tres certainement bientot. […] car tres pratique en face de Terminni et pres de toutes les commodites. Devamı

Terrível experiência. Primeiro apesar da reserva em um hotel, você descobre que o endereço do hotel e diferente do informado, e que tem que fazer o check in em outro lugar. Depois do check inn o hospede tem que andar cerca de dez minutos ate chegar em um prédio residencial e ficar em um apartamento sem serviço de quarto. Não bastasse isso , eles recusaram […] fazer o check inn do apartamento de minha filha por desc.º fiar que ela iria dormir com o namorado, apesar de eu ter assegurado que não. Situação absurda!!!!!minha filha acabou tendo que se hospedar na casa de uma amiga e não me devolveram o valor que eu já havia pago do quarto dela. Devamı

Rörigt med check in på Hotel Piram ett par hundra meter bort. Väldigt litet rum, nästan ingen plats för bagage men rent och välstädat. Trevlig perdonal när man väl kommit till Hotel Piram för check in. Bra läge alldeles intill Termini stationen med tillgång till all kommunikation.

酒店距离火车站比较近，但是，房间小，浴室小，房间内部很破，墙壁长霉，更可怕的是连蘑菇都长出来了。

Fräscht rum med luftkonditionering. Något struligt vid incheckningen som visade sig vara på ett annat hotell än där man skulle bo.
