Arjaan by Rotana - Dubai Media City - Dubai

Not a great place to stay. Its a construction site. All the local tourist places are quite far. You need a taxi to go anywhere as its 15-20 drive from the Mall of emirates and jumirah beach. Very disappointed with the stay and staff.

Very nice and clean hotel located quite near Dubai Marina (walking distance, maybe 1 km, though pedestrian walkways are little tricky around the hotel). The room was large and equipped with dimmable lightning. Stylish bathroom with bathtub and separate shower made it very spacious for two people. Also the another small toilett was practical. The location […] of the hotel could be better, since there is no restaurants or shops right next to the hotel and walking to the nearest Metro station takes about 15 minutes. Still, you can walk to the Dubai Marina when you first learn how to cross the streets while pedestrian crossings are missing, when you leave the hotel premises. The hotel facilities were good, including a little grocery kiosk and wellness services. The gym with high-end workout equipment and dumbbells reaching to 38 kgs deserves definitely a special mention. The only negative feedback we give for room description that promises sea-view. Well, we had kind of "sea-view" from one small window and it was very limited. In my opinion "sea-view" means that it should be from the balcony and not just through some tiny window . The fact that we even paid extra for this kind of room for having the sea-view makes it even worse, though probably this extra didn't go wasted since it provided us a room from 24th floor with larger rooms. We (middle-age couple on vacation in Dubai) stayed at the Arjaan from the 7 till the 12 of April. Since it was our wedding anniversary, the duty manager upgraded us to a 4 bedroom suite on the 28th floor, with magnificent views on the Palm and the Dubai Marina. The hotel complex has all conceivable services at hand, including a bank where you can exchange […] money at very good rates. We did not test the pool (too many other things to do) but from our 28th floor balcony it looked very nice. There is plenty of parking space, and, because of the way Dubai is spread, renting a car is both advisable and cheap, and fuel price is, by European standards, dirt cheap. This hotel was really nice. The room was big and we had three balconies. The service is excellent! The location is close to The Palm on one side and Dubai Marina on the other side.

Friendly and efficient staff, great huge-sized rooms although the view from the particular one was not spectacular. Location in Media City near to metro, and even on walking distance (20 mins) to beach. Great and pleasant stay and for future a good option again.

Family hotel with wonderful design , the place is well maintained, the location is too far i recommend that you rent a car if not you'll struggle to get a taxi and you'll pay more .

Wonderful service. Because of an overnight flight we arrived at 6:30am. We didn't expect a room to be ready but asked anyway. They gave us a room without hesitation and what a room it was. For what I normally pay for a regular hotel room I got a full kitchen, living room, dining room, large bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The service was unparalleled. The […] front desk was eager to get us whatever we needed. They were glad to call a taxi, set up a tour, provide information or whatever we needed. The only downside is the location but it's not a big problem. It is not within walking distance to the metro and there is a fair amount of construction going on in the vicinity. I would recommend the Arjaan to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Devamı

My family and I stayed at the Arjaan Dubai in late March. We found the rooms spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Our air flight came into Dubai in early morning. Being laden with luggage we went directly to the hotel, thinking we could leave it there and come back later when we could check in. Instead the […] check-in staff graciously checked for availability of our room (this was 8:30 am!). Finding the room not available they offered to let us into an upgraded room at no extra charge. We had a wonderful stay in this room and this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel, the staff, and the management who clearly put our needs as their first priority!! Devamı

Det er et fantastisk hotel. Super god service, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Alt i alt har det været en fantastisk ferie. Hotellet kan varmt anbefales til alle.

Super dejligt hotel, men det var lidt triste omgivelser.....byggerod alle steder.

Erittäin siisti ja hyvä apartemento tyyppinen hotelli. Iso asunto jossa kaski parveketta kaikki mukavuudet. Mikro tosiaan puuttui. Hotelli lähellä metro asemaa ja Dubai Marinaa. Hotellin uima-allas siisti ja mukava. Palvelu hyvä. Suosittelemme lämpimästi.

Supert hotell, kjempeleilighet med flere terasser, god plass. Treningssenter og basseng ble mye brukt, alt i alt meget bra. hilsen familie på 5

Tillmötesgående personal och stora, rena rum. Fint poolområde men väldigt mycket väsen från barnpoolen. Låg lite avsides men taxi var billigt så det var OK. Promenadavstånd till Dubai Marina och metro station Nakheel. Skulle nog välja ett mer centralt hotell om jag reste tillbaka.

Dejlige værelser men ikke altid så god service fra personalet. Og hotellet ligger lidt øde. Man kan kun komme rundt med taxa. Hotellets souk havde kun én lille butik.

豪華なリゾートアパートメントです。 部屋も広すぎるくらいでしたが、ゆっくりできました。 3ベットルームに対して3つのバスルームもあり、満足でした。 hotel内にコンビニもあります。 ただし、お酒はおいてありません。 リゾート気分を味わいたいならお勧めです。ただし移動するなら、taxiです。 部屋によってお湯の温度が低く、ゆっくりお湯を貯めて入れませんでした。エンジニアが来てもダメでした。
