Hotel Arista at CityGate Centre - Naperville

The hotel itself was AWESOME!!! Everything was CLEAN and eye pleasingly beautiful. It felt like heaven!!! However we stayed on a Sunday and 2 out of 3 of the on site restaurants were closed. Not a big deal, but it takes a little drive out to get to any eateries or shopping. Again, not a big deal, but I like the convenience of being able to go down the […] street and pick up stuff if I need to. Location wise it is a bit isolated, but nice and quite. I guess my main complaint would be that because they're an eco-friendly hotel (Not a complaint!!), they didn't have ice machines and the parking situation was a little unconventional. But overall, I definitely plan to stay here without a doubt on my next trip. Hotel Arista is lucky to have Mr. Gary and Mr. David with this property. Their customer service is top notch!! Devamı

It was a tremendously hosptiable location and site. I would return here any time I can. I was grateful for the sale rate so I could afford it. Normal rates would be too high. The service was extremely courteous & accommodations were excellent--spotlessly clean with amenities. It was located near everything I needed.

This was a beautiful hotel right from the start. The staff was friendly, the room was amazing, and I greatly enjoyed the TV screen in the bathroom mirror.

Great getaway in the suburbs. Excellent & next to 5 Star quality, just too far out in the financial district. Suitable if you have family or business in Naperville, or are willing to make the drive to bigger cities close by. Beautiful rooms, amazing beds, great decor, washroom was a spa vacation. My husband and I spent the weekend visiting Chicago, but wanted to stay outside the city. So when I found the Arista Hotel I thought I hit the jackpot, well I was right. The hotel had all the comforts of home and more, a true gem. I will be returning in the future. The only thing I would say is they need more parking

All was great. Especially the gym. The restaurant on site was somewhat a disappointment: very expensive breakfast buffet with limited choices and a very-very slow service.

The Four Seasons has nothing on this hotel! it is ulta super modern, unbelievable amenities, from to the tv in the bathroom mirror to the plush robe left to lounge in. I highly recommend this hotel! It was awesome! PJ

We stayed here after our wedding at Meson Sabika. The rate was great for the hotel and we were upgraded to a corner king room for no additional charge and they even left bride and groom cookies for us, a nice touch. We were very happy with our stay. We had breakfast at Sugar Toad, and ordered the buffet. They had a hard time keeping this stocked. This was my second stay at Hotel Arista and it was as great as I remembered from two years ago. Rooms are excellent, including fantastic bathrooms and super comfortable beds, 24 hour menu available, great service, HDTV, nothing disappoints.

Tthe hotel was clean, spacious, modern, and Hip! Loved the choice of Lobby and elevator music. The espresso in the lobby 24/7 was absolutely a Godsend.

Had a great experience. Very relaxing and inviting. The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only thing I would advise is that it is about 30 min drive to the high lights of the city and that is without traffic. Traffic is a big bummer. Otherwise, this hotel comes highly reccommended.

The only issue I had was that the people at Arista booked my wife and I in a double bed room (when we asked for a king or queen single bed). When asked to switch rooms we were moved to a (king or queen) bed with a horrible view. That was a little disturbing. They guest host moved us without really checking if we liked the new room.

Outstanding hotel. We will certainly stay here again. Everything was PERFECT. The only down side is the fact that there is no jacuzzi or sauna.

Our room was lovely; the bathroom 'above and beyond'. My only real complaint was that our TV couldn't get some regular channels. Also, there was only one desk clerk at a busy check-in time.

located in a sterile office park - but what a nice room! I would go out of my way to stay here when back in Chicago. LOVED THE ROOM!

I loved this hotel, I thought it was really nice and the beds they had there were amazing. However the heat/air must have been broken in my room b/c the temp got up to 78 degrees! I told the front desk and they just said they would look into it. That was very disappointing for how much money I spent on this room. And the TV was very very slow in my […] room also. The website stated our check in time was 4 pm. We had to push our traveling back to stay within this time and found out the check in time is actually 3 pm. Other than that, the room was wonderful! We had them bring a wii in for the night for my son to play and they hooked it up for us. We had a $100 charge placed on our CC but it was removed the next […] day so I'm sure it was just for incidental purposes. We will definately be staying there again. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the bathroom! Loved the wall separating the bathroom from the living space because when you pressed up against it....you could see everything! My family and I were so impressed by the cleanliness. The staff was great I was looking for a particular product and they were able to locate it.

Very nice hotel, very modern we were inpressed when we stepped in the door. The front desk staff was great very warm. Greeted us right away and we were on our way to our room quickly. We booked this hotel because of the pictures and the location was very close to the premium outlets in Chicago. The community of Naperville was very clean and felt safe. There were endless options of resturants, shopping and entertainment was also close by. If in the area again I would definatly stay here, very clean rooms and very helpful staff.

I ordered breakfast and had hair in the pastry. called and returned everything except apple juice. they charged me for that juice. a hotel that big i expected they would make everything complimentary but i guess bigger the hotel, cheaper they get

This is a very beautiful and modern hotel. My room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very cool, the mirror has a TV in it so you can watch tv while getting ready or while soaking in the deep bathtub. I cannot say anything negative about the room or the staff. I can say that there is nothing around the hotel. Its in an arean surrounded […] by office buildings. I had a few meals at the hotel using room service. The first was was a portabello mushroom sandwhich with fries. There waws something gritty in both the sandwhich and fries and it just didnt taste good. I ordered oatmeal for breakfast twice and that was fine, nothing special. The other meal I had delivered was a pesto fettuccine and a sunchoke soup. The pasta was aweful...all stuck together and sooooo salty. The soup was good. There is a restaurant across the street a ways from the front of the hotel and I would get food there, not from the hotels restaurant. Devamı

The Arista is a great hotel. A bit of a gem in the area. Convenient to retail of all kinds on 59 and the Interstate (88). The service is great, rooms are great and now they even have a health club. Two thumbs up!

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The free access to the work out center was great. The only negative was the cost of breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Very expensive for cereal and a banana!

three families stayed over christmas -- and all had excellent experience. Food/bar was great retreat every night, coffee in lounge was a welcome wakeup in the am. We stayed here for one night after a Christmas party in the area. This hotel was very quiet and clean.We were greeted by friendly staff. They do advertise valet parking but there was no one around. When we asked the front desk at check in she stated that they could park the car if we wanted. This was not necessary though as it seemed that there was […] ample parking nearby. This may have been an issue if the hotel was busier, but for our stay we had no problem. We had a King room and it was very spacious. The bed was fitted with a premium down comforter and pillows.I thought it was very comfortable which isusualy difficult for me to stay as I sleep on a temperpedic at home. The Bathroom was roomy as well. We were particularily impressed by the tv in the mirror. Very close by to Fox Valley mall and Chicago Premium outlets. I had made reservations for a room on a Friday for a friend's wedding so I thought this was a great place to stay. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the rooms. I was driving past the facilities Thursday evening and I wanted to come in and ask where the reception would be as I had never been there and the gentleman at the front desk gave […] me a dirty look and did not seem to want to help at all. Like I was a burden for being there. I was on my way out the door and decided to see the lobby and he starts to follow me around the lobby with his arms crossed, almost attempting to intimidate me so I would leave so I left. There was no sort of acknowledgement for stopping by. The day of the actual wedding was the day of the reservation and I had gone back to my room and was attempting to call room service to order food. I called the lobby more than 10 times and nobody picked up. I thought maybe it was an issue with my phone so I looked up the main number to the hoteland called that as well with the same result. We attempted to call multiple times for 15-20mins and nobody picked up so I went downstairs and found the same gentleman from the night before attending to other customers. I thought it was quite rude that he didn't bother to pick up the phone once and put me on hold or ask to call me back. There was another gentleman that was very nice and offered his help. But its ridiculous it had to resort to me coming downstairs to talk to someone. The place is nice but some, not all, of the people that work there lack what it takes to provide good customer service.
