As expected, HIE lived up to their reputation. The hotel was very nice, clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a great hotel. The location was excellent. Right off of I-10. Close to the Mall Of Louisiana, Tiger Stadium, and great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the room was immaculate. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also good. Overall, I give this hotel a 5 and would definitely stay there again.
"Best Holiday Inn Express on our tour"
We traveled extensively this past winter and stayed at Holiday Inn Express and Suites many times. This was the cleanest and nicest one we experienced. The breakfast was wonderful too and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We will return for sure!

the hotel was nice, but the walls are paper thin. we could hear every door close, or slam, and every footstep in adjoining rooms and the floor above us.

"Holiday Inn Express in Baton Rouge, LA"
From the time we checked in, to the time we left, the staff was very nice and pleasant to work with. Next time we are in the Baton Rouge area, we will definitely be staying here. The location of the hotel to other businesses and attractions was convenient, and easy to get in and out of. On a scale of 10, i rank this Holiday Inn Express a 20. "Awful Service Staff"
Cut short my trip to get out of this place and make sure my family was safe. Long story short - got some money stolen out of my wallet(stepped downstairs to have my breakfast). The service Supervisor was mocking and dancing behind my back when I was getting back to the room. I accidentally turned back to get something I left behind and she was showing […] signs behind my back. She stopped suddenly and turned around and walked away. Could go on a full blog writing about it but will save yourself some time. Hotel is all nice and updated as it is relatively new but the service staff were horrible. Stay safe and happy away from this place.. By far the worst experience I have ever had.. Devamı

We had a very pleasant stay at this holiday inn. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was very convienent. Hotel was new and updated, very nice!

What an awesome overnight stay. We were met with southern hospitality ,clean room, oh so comfortable beds.The area was shopper friendly. Before heading out the next morning we had a breakfast that was TOP rated. (with a view of hot air balloons) Will be back!

Terrible. Dirty room with stains on blankets, large human hairs on the bed and towels, and incredibly loud guests. I literally left the hotel didn't even stay the night.

The hotel was very clean, great staff, good breakfast. In a nice area as well. Very close to several restraunts (TJs Ribs very good). Close to a Wal Mart and Academy Sports as well as mall. Only about a 5 minute drive from waterpark (if you are interested).

the room was nice. the location was great. but when we took at two and four year old to the pool. they were children in the pool playing with a tennis ball throwing back and forth. jumping off all the sides in every end. the tennis ball hit my four year old at which time i went to front desk to complain and it seemed to not matter no attention was given […] to my small childrent or others that were out there. two other families plus mine had to leave the pool because no one would help us. Very easy access to I-10.The staff were very friendly and polite and the rooms were clean and quiet. Very satisfied, and would stay again.

I don't know how Holiday Inn found so many nice, friendly and courteous people to work in one hotel but you did! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was perfect. I will definately stay here again!

"Very clean Holiday Inn Express!"
My husband travels to this area often, this is the hotel he stays in most often when he does. We (me and the kids) tagged along this particular trip. We had a pleasant stay aside from the influx of boys for the ball tournaments. We didn't even attempt to get to the breakfast bar due to this large crowd. The staff was very friendly though and the boys […] were not very loud. So we did enjoy our stay and will of course use this hotel again! Why are all of the chains beds of equal hardness? And why can't ANY hotel do someting about the same sausage and eggs served at breakfast. Ugh.
The hotel have shopping centers and stores close by.

"Great Hotel"
The hotel staff was very friendly. The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Room was very clean and very easy to get to off of the interstate.

This property is virtually brand new - you can almost still smell the paint. Large rooms are very comfortable. Location behind TJ Ribs is also a plus.
