Naples is a dirty, run down, port town. We were only there for one night to catch a cruise ship the next morning. I am soooo glad I paid a little extra for a quality hotel. If you've never been to Europe, you should know for the most part the rooms are small and some only have a shared bathroom on the same floor as you, not always one in your room. […] This hotel was brand new and on par with hotels you expect to find in the states. Nice room, comfy bed, big bathroom with whirlpool tub. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged for breakfast where a lot of the places we went to were complimentary. the hotel was more like for business persons, but still it was ok. not that far from the train station or the touristy city parts, and across the pier for the ferry boat to Capri. the neighborhood wasn't that good but the condition of the hotel was very good.

Wouldnt rate. Shower unit in need of repair, grimy and needed a good clean, fridge bar in room poorly stocked, gym equipment sparse and needing service, sauna and steam not working. I left early on last day as had an early flight and asked for carry out breakfast - very disappointed and left it in reception on way out.

A beautifully appointed, ultra modern hotel, well positioned between the port and railway station, which suited our needs. (Though some distance from the better restaurants, which required quite a walk) Public rooms excitingly decorated with modern art and furniture. We stayed in september. The hotel itself is very modern, although some of the features are not too functional, like trying to turn the shower on. The issue is the surroundings. You don't walk to leave the hotel at night to go for dinner as you feel very unsecure. Naples is a city to avoid, very dirty and a sense of people are watching you and ready […] to take advantage. Location is easy (close to ships and boats to Capri, etc). Hotel has tried very hard to be ultra cool but is just another hotel. Clean, comfortable and OK. Very quiet and staff was a bit short but did offer the support needed. Not much worth seeing in the area but fine for a overnight transfer hotel. No real complaints.

Before entering the hotel, I was disappointed. The location of the hotel is not one recommended for tourists. Although I am not familiar with the location, it appeared to be unsafe. Upon entering my hotel room, it appeared to be clean. However, when I went into the bathroom, the toilet and bath were both covered in hair. The internet offered to guests […] (for a fee) was not worth the money spent, given most of the time spent on the internet was spent searching for a signal. Enjoyed 6 different hotels on our honeymoon trip & this was the worst of them. Location seems central but it is old town & is a really rough neighbourhood. Receptionist recommended we pay for secure parking across the road due to Naples reputation which was a bit ridiculous at 20 Euros a day. Having to pay extra for wifi is also strange. A male member […] of cleaning staff walked in, without knocking, on my wife after she just got out the shower. Not a great experience at all. This hotel is in an excellent location! Not far from the center of town, a walking diatance from the port where you catch the ferries to go to Capri and other islands, and on a main street, easily accessible to caps and other public transportation. The rooms are simpe yet modern. all you need really for Napoli. The breakfast is a bit lame, buts the […] staff super friendly. They called a cab for us anytime we needed to go somewhere. We found the shower not easy to use.No curtain and nowhere to hung shower head on the wall. Wi-fi internet weak signal but expensive (15 Euro per day). Location good close to the railway station , metro and the shopping area.Rough surrounding area but not unsafe.

Overall, the condition of the hotel is good however the service given to us in the reception was ridiculous. We mistaken our check out date (one day earlier) and when the staff hears that we asked about procedures to check out one day earlier, his attitude immediately became cold and ignorant and gave us a feeling that he doesn't want to talk to us […] anymore. In the end, we stayed in the hotel for another day and we asked for directions (which bus to take) from the same staff (as we bought train tickets to rome on the wrong check out date and we needed to change the train tickets). Disappointingly, he told us that we can walk!!! We specifically asked for bus information to go to the train station yet it seems like he was "angry" with the fact that we wanted to check out early. Rude attitude and bad service continued when we checked out the next day (same staff) and this really gave us a bad impression towards the hotel. Devamı

The hotel is very clean and friendly. A good location that is just the right distance the first train station. This ensures you a seat and it is a much easier station to work with. A word of caution ASK TOTAL PRICE FOR TAXI AT AIRPORT BEFORE GETTING IN. It should cost 20-25e. They will charge 45-50e if you dont work out price first.

The direct area around the hotel isn't the prettiest, but I didn't think it was unsafe at any point. Within walking distance of pretty much everything in central Naples. Very nice hotel but poor neighbourhood At admission of concierge, you do not walk in this district at night, you have to get taxis if you want to go out. Immediate area is run down, dirty and they don't tell you about the 8 lane highway outside the front door, yes, 8 and the locals like to use the horn Trips to Pompeii, vesuvious, amalfi were great […] but very expensive. The concierge got us a deal with a collaborative cab firm which turned out to be more expensive, jump in any cab and they will do the same or 80 euro less. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It's very clean and modern. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is actually pretty tasty. However, the surrounding neighborhood leaves a whole lot to be desired. It's filthy and I felt unsafe walking around even during the day (but especially at night). Clean, modern, comfy beds, great buffet breakfast and for some reason we were put on the 6th floor in a suite our first night which had a big balcony with city views and a big spa bath.

We stayed in H2C Napoli for 4 nights mainly to travel from there to Sorrento and Capri as it was more convenient. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable, good selection at breakfast, but the only downside- location! It was very close to central station, 10 mins walk to Garibaldi station, just in the end of Corsa Garibaldi, and the neighbourhood […] is not the most pleasant, rubbish everywhere, dirthy and homeless sleeping in the streets, not the greatest first impressions of Napoli. It wasn't very easy to find too, we had to ask locals. Overall OK, but due to the proximity of the area of Centro Storico and station, I would recommend a hotel closer to the Castle on the Via Partenope, it is much nicer there. Devamı

Hotel was very modern and clean, however, room smelled of wet carpet. Hotel reception gave us air freshener, which helped a little bit. Breakfast was plentiful and good...best croissants ever tasted outside of France.

we chose this hotel becos of its 10 minutes walking distance to the ferry to capri. We took our own sweet time to take our breakfast & walk there to catch a ferry to capri, without knowing that there is long queue for the ticket. if the hotel staff gave us information on the queue, we would have departed earlier. Oreana at the front desk was incredible! She helped us with all the information we needed. This hotel is a great place to stay because you can walk to the ferry to Capri or to the train station to Sorento or Pompeii. The city of Naples seemingly is full of shady people and it's dirty so beware! We saw "organized" pick pockters and thieves on the trains […] in Naples. Everything was run down and full of garbage. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good with large selection. Laundry service excellent. Reception staff was very accommodating and changed my room from a room with stand-up shower only to a room with bathtub when I requested. No problems. There is a charge for Internet and the connection is a bit slow.

Beautiful hotel, maybe 5 min taxi ride from train station....about 10 euro. Very helpful staff, inroom wifi way too expensive as was the hotel restaurant. Felt very safe walking everywhere!! Super close to great shopping and all the attractions. Downside, room was super tiny! 2 suitcases and a stroller, made it super tight! Also, the church bells ring […] every 15 from 8 am to 11 pm!! It is a 15 minute walk from the train station so if you have a lot of luggage, a cab will be about 15 euros. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Occasionally the ultra-modern design gets in the way - it took me 5 minutes to work out how the sink tap and the shower worked. We were worried that the hotel was on the busy road close to the docks, but my room on the back was very quiet. It is an easy walk to the cathedral and to the old town.

The area around hotel is not that nice but naples as a place is not too nice. it is a great hotel if stopping over in Naples for one night and moving on. H2C Hotel Napoli was the cleanest and nicest thing about Naples. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The elevators were very small, the internet access was extremely expensive per hour, and there was a bell ringing outside our room every half to one hour.

When we got to Napli at 9pm at night and we saw the streets, not so clean and all the locals around outside, we were a little nervous about our stay in Napoli being 3 generations of females and I am the only one who speaks Italian. However, the staff of H2C really went above and beyond. First, all staff spoke English. Second when we got there, the young […] man working the desk asked if we had eaten and then recomended a resturaunt about 2 blocks away. He then had the cameriere escort us there, after making sure they could accomodate my diet (the resturaunt was great too) and then one of the waiters escorted us back. They arranged an awesome tour of Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius for the next day. After the tour, the chef at the resturaunt prepared a gluten free meal for me, that wasnt on the menu. They even gave me a US-European electrical converter to charge my camera with. From check-in to check-out we just felt like we were being wll taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone, especially women or families with young children as I felt they cared for us as they would their own families. Devamı
