we made a reservation for an appartment in this hotel for 4 adults but we surprised that it was a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed which was uncomfortable for two a dults and no kitchen no cupboard in the living room for the other two adults but we found only microwave with cups and spoons no boiling ketel nothing, when we complained they refused […] to change it they said we cant change the room whaterever you paid is gone and you should contact your agent if you want to change into two seperate rooms then you pay now for the two rooms we told them we should pay only the difference they refused but they only brought cloths hanger for the other two adults, this hotel contains no appartment the one we reserved was only suitable for family of two kids. we were unhappy this time , by the way we told them we are regular customer this the forth time we come to this hotel, nothing was done .the worker in that time was very rude we arived ih the afternoon, so just to tell you we were unhappy unsatisfy.thanks Devamı

The hotel was surprisingly quiet even when it is close to a main road. It is next to the train station and many buses stop at the door. I highly recommend it.

I had paid for an apartment room, but since they were under construction, we got 2 rooms joined together. I told them I specifically paid for an apartment because we needed the kitchen facilities for our baby. Although we didn't exactly get a kitchen, we emptied the bar fridge and they brought a microwave in for us. Also we had way more space because […] our baby got an entire room to herself. It worked out very well considering I didn't get what I was planning on. The room was very clean, but there was one glass that was dirty- that was the only thing that wasn't perfectly clean. My wife and I stayed here on a weekend get away. We didn't know that you get a local transportation pass before we got there and that was a pleasant surprise. The room we had was small (for an American), but for two of us it was fine and very nice and clean. I would definitely go here again and go to another one of their hotels else where. We arrived at the InterCity Mainz at 9 am after a flight from Australia and train ride from Frankfurt. We knew we we very early (!!!) and thought at best we could leave our bags at the hotel and do some sightseeing, but were very impressed when we were told our room was ready and we could check in immediately. Although the view over the freeway was […] nothing special, the accommodation was immaculately clean and we had joining rooms with plenty of space for our daughter and luggage. The hotel is close to the train station it's only 4 minutes walk

The hotel is located a short walk from the train station. It is a modern hotel with all the conveniences needed. The restaurant served a very good dinner.

Convenient location, really comfortable room, everyone polite and friendly -- super modern fittings, lovely shower, etc. Good value for money, highly recommended.

This is a perfectly acceptable affordably priced hotel very conveniently located if you are traveling by rail into and/or out of Maintz. Do not follow signs from the station if you are traveling by foot. Those signs are for autos. Instead, look around and head towards the oval shaped building. Not the round one, that is something different.

Very comfortable modern hotel 3 minutes walk from station. Excellent value for money. Please note that hotel restaurant shuts at 10pm and there is no room food service after that time so late arrivals will need to make alternative arrangements for food in town centre.

One of the best stays I have ever had in Europe. Our room even had two bathrooms. WOW!

To get to the hotel you have to exit the train station via the West exit I think, not the main exit. The hotel is near a tram route so that's good. Beds were comfy, the room had climate control, and was quiet. To get the power to work in the room though you have to insert your room key in a slot to your right as you walk in which the desk attendant […] didn't tell us. My only complaint was that our 2 room keys stopped working twice and had to be reprogrammed and finally we had to get new keys, one of which stopped working as well. The value for the room was excellent. The cost to use the internet was way to expensive. We used the internet cafe near buy for a much better value.

Sehr angenehm, obwohl das Hotel an einer befahrenen Straße gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig (+funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer), nettes Personal, insgesamt völlig zufrieden.

Extérieur trop bruyant même avec les fenêtres closes. Personnels, hôtesses d’accueil parfait et exemplaire gentillesse service etc.., buffet correct, complication pour sortir du parking faire valider un billet à chaque sorti très contraignant. l'internet payant troublant ça fonctionne au millimètre.Mais séjour plutôt positif centre ville a proximité, […] même pour une personne muni d'une prothèse de jambe. De bestelde rookkamer was niet beschikbaar en dat was niet van te voren gemeld en ook niet bij het inschecken gezegd. Ontbijt op de kamer was niet mogelijk en dat voor een "goed" Hotel. Gratis openbaar vervoer kaartjes was een plus.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings werde ich trotzdem nicht mehr dort buchen, da kein kostenfreies W-Lan verfügbar ist. Ich akzeptiere nicht dass das Hotel einen Vertrag mit einem Dienstleister hat und ca. 5,- Euro pro Stunde W-Lan berechnet. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a localização do hotel, com a limpeza e conforto dos quartos e principalmente com a atenção dos funcionários. Achamos que a Internet deveria estar incluída no valor da diária.

fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet. 40 m til buss. og et par hundre m til jernbanen.

Hotellet ligger ganske nære sentrum av Mainz, ved jernbanestasjonen. Parkering er mulig på hotellet til 14 EUR per døgn. Hotellet er helt nytt og av god standard. Internett må betales i tillegg, og frokost var ikke inkludert.
