stayed at holiday inn hotel in grand forks, very clean rooms and facilities throughout hotel, and booked through hotels.com, bumpy road at first, but costomer service made it turn into a great expirence, will use and recomend them

Excellent value for the price. Well kept up hotel, the free breakfast was substantial. Walking distance to Columbia Mall. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this location to travelers who don't want a lot of extra frills but want a good value for their money.

Everything was good, and we were only staying overnight before flying from Grand Forks the following afternoon. Hotel was full, some people drove up looking for rooms as we arrived, all hotels in the area were full as well. Only complaint, minor, is that we were given a handicap accessible room which has the walkin shower and special bathroom configuration […] with no counter to put anything on. Perhaps a shelf could be put next to the sink? And we were not informed of the included continental breakfast when we checked in. Noticed it being cleared away as we were leaving in the AM. But if I had read the hotel description more completely when I made the reservation I probably would have seen it on the site. Devamı

What an unexpected treat to stay at a reasonable hotel that was clean, neat, and great for a family. felt like a king. We will be back.

This is a great place to stay with a family ,wonderful location if you are on a shopping trip. it was also nice to have the breakfast included which was very good.

We had a restful stay, breakfast was good and service was good. I would stay there again.

Overall it is not a bad place to stay. conveniently close to the mall with a walk through just outside a side door. Having an onsight cafe, microwave in room to go with the fridge would be nicer. availability of cots would help as the beds are only 2 doubles in a room stated to sleep six.

Great location. You can walk to the mall and the nearby restaurants. Price was right. Didn't have time for the pool or hot tubs but they did look good. Will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location and within walking distance to the Mall / restaurants etc. I like that there is ample parking available and that the spots themselves are very big. This hotel has a very nice pool and court yard area, great for families to enjoy. This is one area that I would give a 2 thumbs up to. The continental breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary but nice enough. No one left hungry. I thought the rooms themselves were mediocre, tiny bathroom, lumpy pillows, not enough towels given for even the 2 we had […] in the room. The noise level in our room from the hall and rooms above and beside was a little loud. If anyone was filling the tub or taking a shower we knew it. Besides that the room was clean the service friendly. If you are going for economy, this is a great place. Being a bit of a 4 star girl myself I like a bit more out of my hotel stay then the bare necessities. Devamı
