CiampinoHotel - Ciampino 41.80951, 12.5916

A nice hotel as close to the Ciampino (Rome) airport as you can get. There is not a lot to do in the surrounding area, but as an overnight before a flight it was more than adequate. The pool was sunny and warm. There was quite a bit of airplane and train noise, but not wholly unreasonable given its proximity to the runways. There is a grocery store within walking distance for a break on those European water and soda prices.

Hotel didn't really live up to expectations. OK for an over nighter before or after a flight but eat before you arrive and be prepared to pay for the taxis. The room was large and clean as was the en suite and the shower was hot and good. However the breakfast was a bread roll/croissant and drinks not a buffet and half my bed springs were missing so the bed sagged!! Also not easy to get to without cost as taxis charge 20 - 25 euros to the airport and no public transport to airport. The hotel restaurant wasn't open and we struggled to find food on a sunday night. Managed to find a burger sports bar 5 mins from the hotel eventually but the area is not one that you want to wander around in after dark!!

Air condition fungerade inte. Vi visste inte att flyget störde så otroligt. En "Utomhuskoncert " spelade långt in på natten så man kunde inte sova för öppet fönster. Svårt att hitta dit. Jag trodde det var mycket närmare och bra förbindelser. Det har varit enklare att bo inne i Rom.

Nära flygplatsen men inte gångavstånd. Man hör flygplan starta och landa hela tiden så jag rekommenderara bara till dom som ska stanna någon enstaka natt! Bra pris för ok rum.

Ingen luftkonditionering och väldigt nära flygplatsen

La struttura è rifatta da poco, in buone condizioni. Gli arredi sono semplici, ma nuovi, i letti non comodissimi, il frigobar vuoto, la colazione continentale un po'avara...Insomma, qualche piccola pecca, ma tutto sommato è una sistemazione comoda e pulita, adeguata al costo.

Sono arrivato intorno alle 17,00 e noto un signore in pigiama che si sta recando alla reception, mentre mi allontano per raggiungere la camera lo sento protestare e penzo al solitomaleducato di turno.Arrivato in camera mi accorgo invece che ere impossibile farsi la doccia in quanto mancava l'acqua calda.Telefono alla reception e mi dicono che si è appena rotta la caldaia e che il tecnico stava arrivando.Per farla breve l'acqua calda non c'era nemmeno la mattina successiva. Come dire che ha Roma nonci sono tecnici che possono inteervenire in tempi cosi lunghi.

A partir du moment ou l'hôtel est pres de l'aeroport, y'avait de fortes chances à ce que ce soit bruyant mais à part pour ceux qui se couche tôt, il suffit d'aller faire un tour ou un plongeon dans la piscine. Personnellemnt j'ai trouvé que la climatisation était plus bruyante que les décollages d'avion, à chacun de tester. Sinon l'accueil a été sympathique et la patronne nous a donné de bons tuyaux de resto pour le soir ( exemple : il boccale ou le jimanji) supers les deux.L'hôtel par lui même aurait besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation, piscine compris. Hôtel idéal pour un départ dès le lendemain en avion car l'aéroport est tout proche et facile d'accès. Evaluation moyenne.
