We had had a very enjoyable stay for 3 nights but our trip was spoilt on leaving. We checked out and got a taxi to the airport and 10 minutes later the driver handed us his mobile phone and said it was Hotel Reception wanting to speak to us. Then they accused us of having had several items out of the mini bar and not paying! I was so upset and humiliated […] as we never even looked in the mini bar so did not know what was in there. They kept accusing us and I assured them they could finger print us and prove we had not opened the mini bar. This really ruined the trip for us which was a Mother's day present and really upset me. SO I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE MINI BAR as I am a good person and to be accused of something I did not do was very humiliating and upsetting. Devamı

Superb hotel in the quiet section of bustling Taksim area in downtown Istanbul. 5 mins walk to Metro station and the shopping and dining street of Istiklal Caddesi. Excellent value for money as it could easily passed as a 5 star hotel in terms of luxurious room, bathroom, amenities and comfiness. Will definitely stay there again when in Istanbul

Great hotel and location, staff were very friendly and helpful, they all spoke English from what i experienced. I would definitely go again and stay at the same place. My issues with the hotel were, (and these are not deal breakers, as I would go there again): the wifi was for one device only, and not very stable signal, but was free so can't really […] complain. The bath was slightly damaged and I didn't feel comfortable having a bath and had a shower instead, even though i really fancied a bath after a long day walking around the city sights. Was too tired to request a new room and just accepted it as is as i was only there for a few days. Also even though the shower/bath had a full glass screen with a rubber seal under the glass, the rubber seal did not go all the way to the corner which meant the water escaped all over the bathroom floor and it was quite a lot of water, as the shower head was huge so it splashed quite a bit. Which is a good and bad thing, shower was amazing and had good pressure. The room was kinda small-ish but quirky too so that's not really a bad thing, but the bad thing was the view, I was looking onto the adjacent building and their satellite dishes and air con roof units, so there was a constant humming noise. The room temperature was not adjustable in this particular room, it was fairly warm in the rom, and I opened the window (which could be fully opened) the noise of the roof air con units was even louder. I know all these things could have been resolved with one phone call so i am not trying to paint a bad picture of the hotel, i was just too tired to deal with it when i got back into the room, I only noticed all this after I got back in the evening to sleep, and I had already unpacked during the day on my arrival. Breakfast was expensive so I chose to eat out with all the delicious food offered in Taksim square there was no need to pay the hotel prices, but each to their own. The hotel is newer, away from the main traffic and noise of Taksim Squre The rooms were nice, but the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. They did speak English, but so does almost everyone under the age of 30 in Istanbul. The transit station is close, but the walk is across a very busy intersection where 'right of way' takes on a whole new […] meaning. The cafes around the hotel are expensive and not very good. They will try to lure you in which became a problem, put up your hand, avoid eye contact and keep walking. Hotel location is great , very convinent, direct airport shuttle bus to Takshim and walking distance to the hotel. Also walking distance to the Metro to access to the tourist attractions and shopping area, great for family. Hotel provided fresh fruit for the first 2 days staying. Very friendly hotel staff and able to answer all our queries.

The best hotel ever I had been stay in... And most excellent thing people/ staff there are so great & always smile and helpful

My self and my family were very satisfied with this hotel from all aspects. I strongly recommend this hotel

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbüffet. Freundliches Personal und kleiner aber feiner SPA Bereich im Keller. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich werde dort wieder buchen....
