Very nice hotel room and good location!

Although the hotel is not in the centre of the city and right near the shopping district, the tube entrance is right outside the front door and it is only a 10min ride to the Duomo. The Duomo stop brings you right to the Duomo and all of the shops. The main train station is just a 10min walk (with luggage!! so probably quicker without) and the buses […] from the airports arrive and depart from here. The hotel itself is really nice, and very comfortable and the staff are great. Only complaint would be that breakfast staff were not as good, and breakfast offering was very average, especially considering the size of the hotel. Otherwise, fantastic. Devamı

The hotel is well placed right on top of a metro station although in a slightly of out town location. However, it is on the main metro line into the city centre and so it is very convenient. Would recommend.

Very nice & flexible staff -they gave me a room at 10am, even though official check in time was at 1pm; they let a guest of mine in even though that was not planned for. Rooms are tidy & nicely furnished, bathroom also very good. Sauna & turkish bath are not large but, overall good. We spent a total of 6 nights in 3 different hotels in Italy on our vacation and the Crown Plaza in MIlan was the best by far. The staff was cheerful, helpful and polite. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was fairly average in size with a really big bathroom including a double sink. The furnishings were stylish and the bed was comfortable. […] The nicest thing was the lighting in the room. This was the only room that had good enough lighting to read in with comfort (it's tough getting old). We had to leave early in the morning, so we did not have a chance to try the breakfast. The location was a short walk from the central train station. The M3 Metro line (yellow) is on the corner. It is only 10 minutes by Metro to the heart of the historic center city. Free Wi-Fi was available as well as a good selecton of TV in English. We highly recomment this hotel if you are headed to Milan. Devamı

We really liked this hotel because it was centrally located and right outside its door was the Metro train. Ideally located to move around all over Milan. It was clean and real value for money.

Metro station just outside hotel door to visit the various tourist sights or shopping areas Not a great neighborhood in area around train station or hotel facilites and staff were very good

I attend the Milan Salone with my brother every year and decided to stay here. Was a bit upset when they did not have a twin bedroom as per confirmation. However we were put up in 2 separate rooms for the three nights. Service is great, friendly staff and the breakfast is fantastic value. Definitely recommend. i will be back.

This was a great find of a hotel in Milan. It's right outside of city center but literally located at a Metro stop. It made coming and going to different places very easy. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and the service was great. The room size was surprisingly large and the bathroom was even better! Excellent hotel. Situated close to Central Station and beside metro station.

Going from more innovatively rated hotels of Lake Como, it was great to be staying in an honestly rated 4 star hotel. Great rooms, good bar, and well located next to the Milan Metro system. Concerige could do with taking a happy pill but apart from well recomended!

Plus points: Easy to find from Central Station. Very well presented and modern hotel, with very nice contemporary rooms. Very clean throughout with plus fittings and decor. Negative points: Location- the hotel is a good hours walk away from the main shopping district and restaurants etc. There is a handy tube station next to the hotel, but these stop […] running very early leaving you with a regular £15 taxi ride to get back. If you have a car beware- parking is charged by the day and it isnt cheap (i think it was 20 EU per day). Breakfast was £15 per person per day and was very basic (toast, cereal and fruit- plus some very dodgy scrambled egg if you were brave/ stupid enough). The bed was a killer, definately not for those who like some support from their matress. The pillows were also like rocks. Reception service was average, the staff being very blunt and not very friendly, (although the restaurant staff, barman and cleaners were all pleasant). The gym is VERY small, maximum two people at a time really. Television only has two english channels, BBC World news and CNN, both of which get very boring after 10 minutes. There are some films available, but cost 8 EU a pop. The Hotel itself is stunning but everything else??......... average, average, average. Devamı

Crowne Plaza er rigtigt lækket. Værelserne er moderne og flotte. Det ligge ca 20 min gang fra den gamle bydel og ca. 15 min fra brera bydelen som har en masse restauranter og barer og er hyggelig om aftenen. Doumo kan nås på ca. 40 min gang eller en taxi til 12-15 euro. Hotellet har wifi (betaling men ikke voldsomt dyrt) og parkering til 20 euro. Vi […] var meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Devamı

Rather small but very quiet and stylish rooms. Kind personal and very practically located. (Metrostation in front of the hotel) I would choose that hotel again!

豪華客房的空間還是很小, 小到放不下兩個30吋的行李箱, 所以感覺很不好, 但是很慶幸的是旅館人員即刻給予更換, 兩張單人床的客房空間是好了一些, 只是廁所的排水設備不良, 住兩天廁所都是基水狀態, 真的感覺很不舒服, 在不加賈的狀況下, 又沒有其他可以接受的房間可以選擇, 所以只好忍耐了. 但是旅館的交通位址確實很方便, 離中央地鐵站很近, 也離米蘭市區很近, 吃飯逛街還是很有效率. 旅館的優點總體說起來應該是人員的服務態度很好, 但是就客房設備跟外部設施來說確實很不像一家四星級旅社, 所以可以改進的地方還是很多的.

2 meter til metroen som tar deg kjapt og enkelt ned til Duomo og Montenapolione. Hadde litt problemer med nøkkelkortet da vi kom, men fikk byttet rom med en gang og fikk 24t gratis internett som kmpensasjon. Veldig bra. Men internett burde vært gratis etter min mening. Veldig fin uteplass i baren. Lite treningsrom.

Das Crowne Plaza Milan City liegt nur wenige Minunten vom Bahnhof weg, eine Metrostation ist gleich beim Hotel

Everything was great, except the one night when the aircon didn´t work as it is very hot in Milan. It was fixed early next morning. Hotel was right on top of a metro station, and had a very nice resturant on the first floor.

très propre , salle de bain est magnifique et tout fonctionne à merveille, chambres très calmes malgré que la station de métro se trouve à l'entrée même de l'hôtel
