Nothing fancy here, but if you just need a clean place to sleep and shower for a reasonable price , it works fine..

Very nice staff, clean room, good location closed to Hyanis.

West Yarmouth location so not swanky or Cape.. but entirely adequate. Staff was very pleasant. There were reasonable local non touristy deli like places to eat close by. If you want the outer Cape beaches start really early in the morning otherwise this location is too far away.

We were very satisfied with this motel. The room was clean and renovated. The bathroom needs a upgrade too but we were very comfortable. The staff is very nice. I would go back there.

What renovations are they talking about? The room I stayed in smelled moldy and looked it as well. The carpets weren't vacuumed there were peanuts on the floor and sand everywhere. The walls had been repainted that's all I could see as a "renovation" . There were boards coming out of the walls like a tree house, but they were painted to match the walls […] (great cover up). There was plenty of coffee but no maker, whats the point? There were flies in the room as well. The shower/tub was dirty (looked like hair/dirt was in the tub). There were holes in the walls. The linens were fine, the beds were definitely made (whooptie-doo). And on the way out, I was driving through the parking lot and watched a housekeeper fold a stack of clean towels on the pavement while on her phone (like she was putting the clean towels on the dirt/pavement) so that was a refreshing site upon exit. The hotel was not what I had expected from reading the other reviews. The staff was nice to us, but very rude to the people in front of us. The room was surface clean only. We were even afraid to leave our stuff in the room so we kept everything in the car. Next time I will spend more for a better room.

Though not the worst place I've ever stayed at, it was certainly one of them. The place looked seedy, there was only one employee on duty at any given time, the rooms (though apparently recently renovated) looked ok at first, but upon closer inspection, out was not. If possible find another place to stay.

Room condition was fine. Not at all what was advertised though. Hotels.com said it had all premium channels and free wifi, and it had neither.

I dont have any idea how this Hotel has a 3 stars...i really didnt like as expected due to so many reasons, the parking has no ciment, its on sand...the rooms smell very bad and many other reasons i didnt like it. Not recomended at all!! sorry to say it

Room we stayed in was newly renovated with new carpet, linens, furniture, paint, sink and more. No smell issues, and everything worked properly. Easy access to area locations. The only issue we had was the neighboring hotel had several "party animals" which were loud all night, but we doubt that would always be a problem and the Thunderbird can't control […] issues at adjacent properties. We would stay there again as it was nicer than other places we have stayed at on the Cape for more money. Devamı

I bookede this motel last minute before 4th of july weekend since all other options were not available. the rooms were clean and check in was easy enough. I was not blown away but I was not very disapointed either. For a last minute option it got the job done.

The Hotel was close to all the must see sights bed was very comfortable. But it needs up graoo ding.

It was inexpensive and clean. The other reviews made me a little nervous about staying there, but they must have corrected the problems. I didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on the condition of it. It really was a pleasant surprise! It is located in a convenient place. Easy access to the highways and approx 15 minute drive to the beach.

Very pleasant experience.

The hotel Staff doesn't know how to speak to customers and are extremely unfriendly. Hotel staff have the habit of peeking into guest rooms. Some of the rooms had a bad smell.

great place and great price on the cape!

Good for a couple days stay. We were going to nantucket, so this place was in a good spot in our case. It had all basic amenities. Our bathroom flush stopped working, but they fixed it soon. It was raining in Hyannis and the corridors ceiling had water dripping all the time. The rooms were fine though. The staff, room, accomodations and location are all great. However, the walls are so thin that we heard every car in the lot and person in the hall. We aren't light sleepers or particularly fussy but four of four of us agree that it was too loud for us to consider another visit.

The pool was closed. It was a indoor pool but apparently, it's even though seasonal and we were very disappointed.

I had a feeling the place was gonna be shady. When pulling in the first thing we noticed was the caustic bright white fluorescent lighting. The room was very damp and smelled like a cellar. Based on the condition of the door jamb, the door had clearly been kicked in before. All I could think about was the room's most likely former life as a crime scene. […] The pool was very cold and dark, but had water in it...unlike the hot tub. Breakfast area was filled with people speaking diverse foreign languages looking like they were surprised they made it through the night. hotel was close to town of hyannis-good easy to access all major roads-good comfort- bed was great and pillows were really great , for one that has a back and neck problem.

My friends and I had headed out to Hyannis to see a comedian at the Melody Tent. This motel was the cheapest in the area. We figured for one night it wont bother us to stay in a rinky dinky motel. Boy were we wrong!!!! The motel needs a major clean up!! Only 2 pillows were on each bed so we called the lobby and asked for extra pillows. He then called […] the room asking me to go to the door so he can give me the pillow and he only had one. But when I walked outside the door he was all the way down the hall and didn't want to walk the pillow to my room. Horrible customer service!!!!!! I do not recommend this motel to anyone!! not even an enemy. It's disgusting please look around before you book!!!! Devamı

I honestly have to say this was a wonderful deal for the money. It was clean, the front desk was friendly, and even called me to check on the condition of my room as soon as I checked in. There was no ice bucket so the front desk sent one up. On the second day the maid service forgot to leave shampoo, we called the front desk and they sent some right […] up. Overall the location was perfect and the staff was very attentive. They offered a free continental breakfast to the guests which was a nice show of appreciation, and we also had a coffee maker with coffee in room. although overall room was okay for my family needs, the conditions in the room were sub-standard: bathroom paint was peeling and there were cracks in the walls.

the hotel had a great location, ten minutes from beach, 15 from mall, great Italian restaurant across the street. Free bagels in the morning. The only negative was the wifi was acting up a couple of days. The hotel was exactly what you expect for the price. Would stay again.

This is a very basic hotel. Rooms were neat if tired. Staff was very nice. Looks like they are slowly renovating.

it was terrible. the room smelled awful. we will never stay there again.

It is a typical motel, but if you are on a budget, it is definitely a choice to consider. It is very close to Hyannis Main Street and Harbor where you can shop and dine. Since Cape Cod is not that big, you don't need to stay in the more expensive Outter Cape, of course, except during the busy season when the traffic is bad.

When I turned on the shower, brown water pooled in the tub. I can only assume that the tub hadn't been cleaned in a while and had some icky residue on the bottom. Other than that, neat room. If you just need a place to stay for the night and aren't willing to spend a lot, the Travelodge will do. Breakfast was wimpy, but it was free.
