A convenient hotel and front desk so far responsive, butgjndamentally still left to be desired. At first night,i felt the bed cover a bit dusty,then I asked for a change; the helper just changed that in front of me( I suppose they should carry the whole thing out and bring the untroubled new one. Anyway, it turned out the inside was one with dried dirts […] too. The internet was problem, the helper didn't really know how to fix but initially said it might be my computer problem. I then went out to try wifi, it worked. The hotel could only fix that on weekday. So I had sat and Sunday without internet in hotel. But there are still some goodies, the front desk snnswered things quickly. And some of them could smartly attending to what i need : like where to browse, traffic, phone credit adding and taxi to airport. Devamı

Overall, this hotel is comfortable and has the basic amenities needed for a simple holiday. I booked the internal gallery window room for a total of 5 nights, and it is definitely value for money. The room is small and has no bathtub. However, the cleanliness, cosy ambience, good and prompt room service made up for everything else. There is free wifi […] in the lobby, and free internet cable in the rooms which was compatible with my Fujitsu laptop. There was an added convenience of being located right next to One Borneo which is the largest shopping centre in Sabah, Kota Kinabalu. Please note, this hotel is RM50 taxi ride away from the airport I usually stay at the pier side (Le Meridien) but thought to try another location. I wasn't at all impressed with the check in service, & feel they were being difficult for the sake of it. The hotel is way outside the city, but if you are going to K.K for shopping then it would be an ideal location!! The rooms are clean & comfortable, but it isn't the hotel for my personal preference.

That was my first stay at the hotel and I was a bit skeptical at first, but I had no reason to be skeptical at all. The staff on duty made me very welcome. That is, they were very helpful. 虽然酒店离市中心远些，但有免费班车（车乘25分钟），来回可以看到水上清真寺，酒店连着最大的百盛购物中心，超市，酒店房间干净整洁，前台服务热情，有个会中文的帅服务生。不错的酒店。

環境ok, 價錢合理, 離市區太遠, 商場之shuttle bus 每小時只有一班, 不太方便!

前台邵小姐是华人，她热情的接待我们。并为我们下一站去山打根联系华人出租车司机，我们并不相识，但她的真诚感动了我们。

Hyvä hotelli kaupungin laitamilla. taksimatkat keskustaan onneksi halpoja. Huoneet melko huonosti äänieristetty.

다른 부분은 모두 만족하는데요.,, 깔끔한거,,,ㅎㅎ 그런데, 시티와 거리가 쫌있어서(30분) 시티로 왔다갔다하기엔 쫌 많이 불편해요. 셔틀버스가 있긴한데, 30분마다 오고, 정원이 다 차면 다음버스를 이용해야 한다는 불편이 있네요^^ 패키지로 오시는 분들껜 추천해드리고요~ 자유여행으로 오시는분들껜 쫌 비추천해요. (호텔이 저렴해서 좋긴한데,, 차시간 못맞추면 택시타고 나가는데,, 그가격이나, 시티에 있는 호텔가격이나,, 뭐) 3층에 수영장도 있는데,, 수영장을 이용하지 못해서 아쉽네요~ 전체적으로 봤을땐, NOT BAD!!
