Spacious rooms. Convenient location for Waterfront, but immediate neighbourhod is a bit rough. Small roof- top pool has a wonderful sundeck with views of city, coast and mountains. Watch out for the sharp pool ladder, I cut my heel! The check in was painfully slow but otherwise the service was excellent. "Great luxury & location, poor gym & wifi"
Lovely hotel - have stayed here twice now. POSITIVES - Great location, only short walk from waterfront - Hotel's complimentary shuttle will take you to waterfront or town centre whenever you want - Great roof terrace sunbathing and bar/cafe - Amazing luxurious feel to lobby and rooms - Often reasonably priced 2 bed suites that feel like a luxury apartment NEGATIVES - […] free wifi but it's really slow and intermittent - gym isn't very good, just 2 running machines, 1 bike and some mini dumbells OVERALL - great hotel that I'd recommend if you want a real luxury feel, friendly & helpful staff and good location near waterfront 5/5 Devamı

"super stay"
Good location w/ free car service . Super friendly and helpful staff; Spacious accomodations; note that the regular suite we stayed in does not actually have a separate bedroom - that is with a door. However, it is quite separate and I could fix breakfast and putter around w/out bothering those still in bed. Excellent value.

"Cape Royale Cape Town"
Wounderful hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is ideal and within easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. Transport always laid on whenever required including pick up. Our suite was well laid out and at the back of the hotel with no noise from the main road.If you want a good breakfast just turn left out of the hotel […] entrance past the night club and you will find a nice caffe which serves tasty breakfast's. You must not miss out on the top floor pool deck with wounderful views including table mountain if not covered in cloud. We really enjoyed our stay. Devamı

"Fantastic hotel, Incredible location"
Luxurious accommodations in a the heart of it all. All amenities were terrific, although some of the service lacked (i.e. towels would be taken each day and often not replaced unless requested). But in general the 5 star experience in in Cape Twon
"Beautiful hotel disrupted by construction"
There are many reasons to recommend the Cape Royale--excellent location, huge rooms (actually small apartments with full kitchen and washer/drier), lovely lobby, incredible roof top deck with some of the best views in CT, your own butler.... However, the construction in the hotel means the gym is inaccessible and the spa has been crammed in to a guest […] room with many services no longer available. This is frustrating because I had read a review saying the gym was closed so I wrote ahead and was assured it was open. I guess it may be technically open but you can't get to it through the construction and even if you can (at night once the crew leaves), it is now crammed in to a small room that wreaks from the painting they are doing. Also, you'll find their Internet is very intermittent with a weak signal at best and a "business center" that is the size of a closet and usually about 100 degrees because of the lights and faulty AC. Even on their computer the connection is weak. I complained and they said they were fixing it but then I met a man who had stayed there before and he said it is always very poor. Two other tips: Forget their mediocre restaurant, including room service, and opt for one of the restaurants or delis in the neighborhood where the food is much better and less expensive. The neighborhood is very safe and you can walk to the waterfront or use their complimentary shuttle. Do not use their airport shuttle which will cost you much more than the easily available taxis. All in all, the Cape Royale is much like all of Cape Town these days, seeming to be in recovery from the World Cup and doing all the maintenance put off for the last year. Even the cable car to Table Mountain was closed, so do check ahead before you go. But once the construction ends, I'd go back to this hotel mostly because of the location and the ability to cook and comfortably live in the very large rooms. Devamı

"５星グレードに納得"
多くの観光の起点となるWATERFRONTには1KM弱あり滞在中2度ほど歩いたが1０分程度、また半径5km範囲内無料の専用送迎車も手配してくれる。WATERFRONTはもちろん範囲内でこれも数回利用したが大変便利。3名宿泊のため部屋は2BRタイプを利用したが広くて高級感があり満足度きわめて高い。出発便が23時と遅かったので、夕方観光から帰り預けていた荷物のピックアップをしたがシャワーのため無料で部屋を貸してくれたのには感激した。ホテルスタッフも親切でいい。リゾート地の５星ホテルといえる。次回ケープ訪問の機会あればまた利用したい。
