i love that this hotel is near central bus terminal and train station. the staff are helpful enough. and the room i stayed in was clean, although small.

Just don't expect your room as good as the picture they're showing you. Very convenient location though, within walking distance to petaling street (chinatown), central market, kasturi walk and bukit bintang area.

My overall rating of this hotel is moderate. For a price below RM150, you can get a room just nice for a night stay. That rate is consider cheap for a hotel in the city center with such of a privacy. For those who are driving, I personally do not encourage the stay here. Since there are no allocated parking service. The parking area next to the hotel […] is too expensive. Cleanness of the room is also moderate. But if your coming down with public transport such as express bus, train etc. and you hang on your feet to move around. location ok, reception staff nice, no wifi, my non smoke room stunk of humidity, mold and stale cigarettes. sheets clean but the carpet, blanket and towels were shabby at best.

I'm happy for this room and find the location is easier for me to find the place like shopping mall, KLCC tower, Gym etc....as well as meeting my brothers and friends. But only one comment which I need to highlight is: The bath room water is very slow and it take me a long time to bath. Hopefully the hotel management will look into it. I needed to stay one night in KL and wanted a cheap hotel that was fairly central. Citin Pudu is exactly this. I walked to the monorail (600-800 meters or so) twice and this was ok. The price is low, and the standard is fairly low. My aircon was in bad shape, the fan had a loud smattering sound, the aircon leaked water, and the on-off switch was wrongly […] wired (on meant off, and the other way around). The TV didn't work either, but I didn't care about that. The bathroom was adequate, approximately what I expeced in this price bracket. This is a low cost hotel and it shows, but the staff is quite helpful (they loaned me a power adapter so I could use the power outlets) and friendly (I was always greeted when I ran into one of the security staff in the hallways). This hotel is NOT a three star hotel. More like a two, did not expect anything when I booked it and was right, it's cheap and at a good location, it's located in chinatown, just meters from the market and one step from the bus and trainstation. Close to shopping and petronas. The hotel itself was okay but the staff was typical for this town, lazy and […] not helpfull at all. The carpet in the room was not cleaned after the previous user. Tissues on the floor were not picked up during the four days we stayed. It was very loud from the street. The bathroom was cleaned daily, also the towels changed daily (not necessary in our opinion). The bottled water daily was very estimated. You get what you pay for. Average rooms, well-assorted breakfast and good location.

Very small room, barely any space left. Bed is very basic. Room was old, badly designed. More like a dormitory room. Overall, disappointing.

The Citin hotel is centrally located easy for the vehicles and the surrounding places but hotel itself is not value for money what they charges are not value of money.Rooms are not properly clean some odour in the room mattress are very old need to replace urgently . I have made booking by Internet but got disappointed when I reached hotel.

Hotel is clean with basic necessities , though rooms are smaller than they appear in pics. Most amazing thing is the location. Its perfect for exploring the inner city and the major tourist attractions.

Convenient to KL's attraction. Comfortable stay. Has tv but only local channel which in bahasa except for AXN. Clean but beddings are not new.

Conveniently located near masjid jamek and plaza raneyek LRT stations. 2km walk to petronas towers. Great front desk staff and breakfast buffet adds to the overall bang to the buck! Not for People with families and kids that can probably look at better hotels at affordable prices in the area.

Cheap hotel didnt expect much, stayed for one night. Stop over on the way to HK rather have stayed in the airport. Just dont bother booking spend another fiver, and book a different hotel. Or One i recommend is the swiss inn... all round good.. ive written a review for that too..

Hotel location was fair enuf for strategic location betwen bukit bintang and chinatown. Room air cond ventilation was bad though.. Body ached all over the next day cos the aircon vent duct most probbly not maintained or was too old. Most likely suitable for a quick checkin, put bags n luggage and getout thingy. The hotel rooms are dirty, the mattress old and smelly and worst of all, there are bed bugs !!! Would not recommend the hotel although the location is quite good.

Very good location for touring around in KL as near attraction and interm of public transport is easily accessible. Hotel interial is clean but the facilities is poorly maintain.

yes there were bugs. so i ve been bitten all night. it sucked my blood. i saw blood when i smashed 3 of them. i was so tired to go downstair to ask change my room. so i pulled out my yoga mat and put it on top of mattress to sleep. hotel was bit smelly too. it looked clean though. liked toilet and reception staff. but they need to hire more staff i […] guess because guests were lined up and phone was ringing and only 1 staff was there. anyway i won't stay here again. was horrible night if i wasn't tired i couldn't fell asleep. Spending a little bit more better than staying at his place

I like the staff more than anything else. Very nice, respectful and accommodating. They even allowed us to heave our luggages even after we check-out. The room was a little warm but it got colder as we stayed in the room. Wi-fi was intermittent. Breakfast was average. But VERY GOOD DEAL for your money. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very close to the subway, though the subway system in Kuala Lumpur is a bit complex (you have to buy new tickets for every transition). The service was great, there was always someone to open the doors and help you. The tour office in the lobby was convenient. We got an upgrade to a deluxe room (because we stayed more than 3 nights) and […] got a large room with a great view. I had gone for a 4 night stay. Hotel was easy to locate, but the traffic was too much and my friends were grumbling to come and pick me up from there. I guess it was cause of some road works. Everything was good, compared to the cost of the rooms, except that the AC was not cool enough, and the room no.502 was very small. Buffet breakfast was also okay, […] but water is not available in the rooms. You have to go to the 2nd floor and fill it from the filter. Reception service was great, and they were controlling all other services. The safe deposit locker was not functioning properly, & I had to make several complaints for the same. place of the hotel is good..but the rooms are much smaller then shown in photographs..toilet so small ...i am sorry to say but this i will surely not recommend to other .... photographs are very attractive but real hotel is not such.. thanks

The chinese man staff was very helpful in explaining the procedure and neigbourhood around. He helped sincerely to settle my booking (i reach in the dawn) before he changed shift . The check-in shift would be took over by Malays which I might have difficulties in communicating with. The location is just opposite Puduraya.

the hotel was a totally crap!!! dirty small the real name should be Shitin and NOT Citin!!! is a hotel for one night stand and not for holidays!! the only sun shine in the whole hotel were the stuff smilling and kind all the time.

it fine staying for 3 days 2 night and the place is suite fore us..

i stayed in citin hotel for 3 nights on august 1st week.drinking water available only in 2nd floor,water can can has be placed in all floors. indian food is not available.The hotel is good and located near pudu raya bus terminal where we can get buses to all parts of malaysia.nearest to all shopping destination,

Its really worth for the money.

They do not pass on messages or flight changes. Rooms are very small.

If you are staying for a day it will be just fine to stay there. The room they gave us, the tv was crack, but still in use. One of the lift didn't work so we had to use the stairs coz the lift didn't want to take us to level 7. Walking distance to Petaling St. & there's KFC 24/7 and there's a indian shop selling roti canai just beside the hotel.

The air con was not cold and I end up sleeping sweating and the bed sheet need to clean up itchy not just vacum .the air con filter was not clean until I make serval complain

I was in the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days in room no. 903. I must say that the hotel is very nice, comfortable, decent and spacious room. Only if the mirror was a little larger, but it was in room 707 where my friend was staying. Overall, its a nice hotel for its cheap rates. satisfied :) . Cheers to Citin !

When i book and pay for 3 person stay,they give me 2 person that your booking state.

Photos looked better than the hotel room itself. Quite disappointed with the cleanliness, room may look good, but the carpet was dusty with trace of hair too. There are also mosquito at night, plus the rooms are too closely packed, neighbors made a din at night and early morning, can hardly catch a rest.
