I stayed at Sol Caribe Sea Flower from Dec 29, 2012 until Jan 1, 2013 and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone travelling to San Andrés Island. This hotel is conveniently located very close to El Centro and several other stores. Also, it's worth mentioning that the food is just great. Everything […] is OK but there are some things the hotel should work in order to improve guest experience. 1. There should be an option for an earlier check-in because 15:00/3 PM is quite late 2. The hotel doesn't look old but it needs some renovation. Not a deal breaker for me but could be for some people 3. Wi-Fi should be available in all the hotel even if you'd have to pay extra for it. It was quite umconfortable going to the lobby every time I needed Internet access. Overall, a good hotel. If I ever go back to San Andés, I'd stay there again. Best Regards Devamı

San Caribe Sea Flower is one of three San Caribe hotels on San Andres, and it is the one without a pool or access to a private beach. The one with the pool is in the central area of CBD five minutes walk away and the one with the private beach is about 5km away (a 20 minute drive by golf cart). The main public beach is about 7 minutes walk away. We […] found the staff very helpful for a couple in our 40s, providing information about local attractions, where to hire cars and where to visit. The complimentary breakfast and dinner while of a standard fare was plentiful and well cooked. But the staff were let down by a poorly maintained building. There were two air conditioners in our room and only one worked, and while it was permanently set to 17 deg C, was pumping out air at close to 28 or more (the wind coming in through the open windows was cooler!). There was sellotape covering up a gap between two windows, and it was with some great difficulty that I was able to open the sliding doors to the balcony (only one opened, the other would not budge). The doors to all the rooms looked battered and only one of the lifts worked. The exterior of the building had a number of obvious large cracks in the plaster. The valance around the base of the bed had been probably never been cleaned. Devamı

i had a great experience at this hotel. The only thing that bothered me was that i kept leaving the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and they would go in and clean the room. This happened multiple times. Everything else was great! The food was amazing!

This was by far the hotel with the worse bed ever seen. You wake up in such a pain. Plus we found a cigarette by the trash in the bathroom. The cleaning service missed the throw and the hotel staff acted like they had no idea what was going on.

This could be a good hotel to stay at for business purposes in San Andres. It is missing one essential ingredient for the business traveler - internet in the rooms. An English news channel would be good too. Otherwise it was great value for money, clean comfortable and excellent service all round.

Though not ultra modern the great location, professional and generally friendly service but especially outstanding facilities that made more thyan worth the stay. Positives-- Huge room with two balconies overlooking the Caribbean. Meals were simply delicious and the menu was changing every day. Si bien no es uno de los hoteles mas lujosos de la zona, la verdad la pasamos genial. La atención fue mas que excelente, muy buena la limpieza, la ubicación y las comidas. No tiene piscina, ni esta cerca de las mejores playas, pero podes coger la chiva que te llevan al club de playa que es hermoso o caminas apenas dos cuadras y vas al Sol caribe centro […] que lo tiene todo. Gostei muito da localização do hotel, mas alguns detalhes não me agradaram: 1) informações turísticas apenas c/ a moça da agência que chega às 8h da manhã e não fica no hotel à noite - o pessoal da recepção não dá NENHUMA orientação. 2) wi-fi só funcionava no saguão do hotel. 3) durante as refeições (almoço e jantar) ficava uma senhora controlando a […] quantidade de peixe/bife/frango que se consumia. Una muy linda estadía. La belleza natural de San Andres Islas simplemente espetacular. A pesar de haber tenido un par de días de fuertes vientos el resúmen fue positivo. Estuve desde lunes 26 a sabado 02 de diciembre, me encantó la isla, muy buenas vacaciones, lo malo, es que desde mi habitación dia miercoles me robaron mi cámara fotografica, hice el denuncio en el Hotel y en Fiscalia de San Andrés....obvio que no apareció lo más molesto fue que todo el tramite que involucraba, y además sin ninguna respuesta, preocupación […] y sin siquiera citarme por parte de la gerenta del hotel....nada....pregunte todos los dias, y nada...mi check out del dia sábado esperé por último que me dijeran "disculpa " o lo que sea.....no se si están acostumbrados a que ocurra a menudo, pero no recomiendo el Hotel, no va de la mano calidad V/S servicio Devamı

Estuvimos con mi esposa entre el 23 y 28 de noviembre de 2012 celebrando el aniversario numero 15 de casados y el cumpleaños de mi esposa (Noviembre 25 de 2012). Nos asignaron una excelente ubicación en el piso octavo con vista al mar con dos balcones dotados de sillas y mesas, habitación amplia con aire acondiconado, mini bar, cama king size, televisor […] pantalla plana, baño con secador de pelo y amenities, cajilla de seguridad, buena decoración, aseo excelente tanto de la habitación como del baño y en general de todo el hotel. Quiero destacar la calidez humana y vocación de servicio del personal que trabaja en el hotel, en especial de Olguita en la recepción quien sabía del aniversario y nos tenía una botella de un buen vino chileno; Andrés el botones, siempre atento a indicarnos los sevicios del hotel; a Nidia, Cándida, Joanna, quienes en el servicio de comedor siempre tenían una sonrisa con los huespedes. La comida excelente, muy variada tanto en el desayuno como en el almuerzo y cena. En general un excelente hotel con una ubicación estrategica, cerca del comercio y de la zona rosa (sitios de restaurantes, cafes y discotecas), así como de los embarcaderos para visitar los cayos. Lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado. Volvere allí en mis proximas vacaciones. Ah, se me olvidaba, tiene un Club de Playa en la zona de San Luis donde están las mejores playas de la isla y el hotel cuenta con servicio de traslado ida y vuelta Devamı

Buena relacion costo beneficio, lo necesario para una buena estadia, aunque si pienso que podria ser mejor la condicion fisica. Detalles como azotar las puertas para que se puedan cerrar incomodan por el constante ruido de cada piso. Pero en general bien!!

El hotel está ubicado cerca de la zona comercial y a 3 cuadras de la mejor playa de la isla,:desde mi habitación grande y cómoda con doble balcón se podía ver el mar azul incomparable y el cub de yates,.Pertenece a una cadena con tres hoteles en la isla y aprovechar las ventajas de cada uno, una "chiva" te transporta gratis al sol caribe campo, apovechar […] su playa exclusiva , comer allí y aprovechar las piletas, en sol caribe centro los espectáculos y también cenar en sus restaurantes, solo tienes que hacer la reseva. Aun cuando la planta fisica en algunas partes requiere mas mantenimiento debo decir que estuvo bastante bien. La habitación supero mis expectativas amplia, comoda, baño amplio, aseada, buena vista. We stayed for 4 nights and had a nice room (bed a bit hard, but I prefer a bit to hard then too soft) a great view (specially requested) at the ocean and an nice balcony and good working airco (necessary!). I don't recommend dinner (it is not bad but def not good either) better are breakfast and lunch (changing is no problem per day basis). We also […] went to visit the Sol Caribe Campo hotel 1 day (free transport, you can change your lunch to this hotel) and however this hotel is more beautiful I'm still happy with my choice to go at Sea flower one (better location) and better lunch! The building of the Sea flower is the biggest 'negative' as it is very ugly but we didn't care to much about this and on the inside it just looks fine. Some other tips; go to Piscina West View and Rocky Cay isla (both in my opinion better then main attraction Johnny Cay isla). People are great all around on the island! Devamı

O hotel é velho e mal conservado, no site eles colocam a piscina que fica em outro hotel da rede, no hotel não tem piscina, o hall é sujo e muitooo mal conservado, no elevador o calor é insuportável, não vale custo benefício de maneira alguma, não recomendo a ninguém, o café da manhã é sempre o mesmo, sem muita opção e as meninas que atendem deixam […] muito a desejar, camas velhas e lençol parecendo que vai rasgar. Ningún problema con el servicio ni el hotel, la gente es muy amable, la comida muy rica. Nos tocó una buena habitación con vista al mar, y todas las comodidades. Eso si espero puedan invertir en la infraestructura del hotel que está algo deteriorada, las escaleras de emergencias y por fuera la pintura y esas cosas. Lo recomiendo!

Infelizmente, me basiei nas fotos do hotel no site para efetuar minha escolha e também (e principalmente) na sua tarifa, que era a melhor em comparação com os outros no site. O hotel possui instalações velhas, escuras, um calor insuportável, principalmente, no elevador. O serviço deixa muito a desejar. O quarto que foi dado possuia um vazamento de água […] na parede, tanto do banheiro quanto do cômodo propriamente dito e apesar de ter sido avisada a área de serviços do hotel nada foi feito. Uma TV do tempo do "onça", apesar da programação ser nova. Foi uma experiência decepcionante. Se "tiver" que voltar à ilha, o que não pretendemos fazê-lo, jamais retornaria a esse hotel. Devamı

Está bien ubicado,en un ratito estás en la playa que es linda y en dos cuadras estás en peno centro comercial, olo necesit´s taxi si deseás recorrer la isla o ir al aeropuerto, la comida es agradable, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. No es lujoso, pero lo recomiendo.
