Our stay was wonderful! Based on other reviews we were worried about the beds but they were very comfortable! Even the fold out sofa! Our kids LOVED the water park and MagiQuest; just beware, some of the MagiQuest items were very difficult to find. We called for help several times! You are only allotted so many armbands per room, no matter how many you booked for the room. Hotels.com needs to have this information in the room description so you are not surprised by the additional $40 fee per person if you need more armbands for the waterpark than what the room comes with. We stayed in the Grizzley Room suite which sleeps 8, it's […] the biggest room they offer, but only comes with 6 armbands. All rooms come with either 4 or 6 armbands. We surprised the kids with a weekend stay. We had so much fun doing all the hotel activities. We bought the Paw Pass and it was money well spent. All 3 of my children ages 11, 9 & 7 had so much to do. We plan on having another family mini vaca very soon at the GWL.

I could not have been happier with our experience. We rented a family suite with 5 adults and one child. We had the best time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was set up so nice. The waterpark was so much fun! So much to do for the kids. And plenty for adults, also. We will definitely go back!

I was very pleased with the fact that upon entering our assigned room, we were over run by the smell of smoke. We told the front desk and were immediately given another room that was perfect! They apologized and thanked us for letting them know about the other room! All staff were friendly and polite! It was a great stay!

This is our third trip to Great wolf and as always the kids loved it. The waterpark is great and the staff was friendly and courteous. rooms are clean and comfortable and also your kids will love it. Also close to Grapevine mills mall and bass pro shop for the adults and those wanting off site dining.

We took our family of 6 to Great Wolf Lodge and had a really fun time. My kids, ages 8, 5 and 3 all loved the water park and there was something for everyone to do. The only thing I found disappointing was that the magic wand experience wasn't included in the cost of the hotel stay. We weren't about to drop extra money per child just to do that. Only thing slowing this place down, literally, are the elevators. The stairway can be full, too. Oh, and the line for both the breakfast buffet and Starbucks on a Saturday morning would deter anyone (except for all the people in the line???? : )

Great place to take the kids. Never need to leave the hotel. Definitely get the Paw Pass when checking in. It's MUCH cheaper than paying individually for everything... and trust me.... your kids are going to want to do everything. I mean, that's why you're staying there, right!? One major problem we had was the air conditioner in our room was broken. […] Maintenance came in 3x to fix it and never fixed the problem. They NEVER offered us another room. I thought that was pretty lame of them. There's only a thousand rooms in this place! Also, be prepared to walk. The hallways are about a mile long. Ask for a room away from the elevators because at night, the kids are running around the hotel crazy doing the quest game. Most of the clues and objects they need to get are right by the elevators. It gets really loud! But the rooms at the end of the halls are really quiet which surprised me because there were a LOT of kids there. The indoor water park is a blast. Have fun! Devamı

Our kids are in love...and planning a return visit soon so they can bring more friends and cousins to share this great resort. Nice safe place for older kids to roam with some supervision. Kids' hottub needs some supervision from staff to police swim diapers....

For the price you pay I was really disappointed in the look and comfor of the room. The beds were really hard. We got a family suite for three kids and two adults and no one slept! The waterpark and other activities were great but after a long afternoon of playing you would like to have a good's night rest!

This place is very kid and adult friendly. Great staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Food is mediocre, but not bad price for the convenience. Recommend having well planned meal for hungry children after a fun-filled, safe play day at a nice park/hotel.

My family and I went to the Great Wolf lodge in Grapevine, Tx. From the minute you drive up to the entrance it definitely leaves an impression with the beams with statues of two big wolves that are there to greet you. When I went to check in we had arrived 2 hours before the 4 o'clock check-in time since they let the family start to enjoy the water park at 1 p.m. on the day of the reservation. They actually had our room ready for us at 2 o'clock which was great! We went to our room and it definitely went above and beyond my expectations. We all changed to get ready for water park and we began our weekend of fun at the Great Wolf Lodge! We didn't even have to leave the hotel because they have everything we needed right there in one location. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family! The hotel accomodations are very nice. We had a kid suite with our 4 granddaughters and it met all of our needs. The lifeguards were excellent as was the staff. My only complain would be the cost of everything once you walk in the door. We had been told before we went how expensive everything was so we did bring snacks and breakfast with us. We went for my sons birthday celebration with our family. Hotels was comfortable, and waterpark is great! I will recommended specially through Hotels.com since was cheaper than Hotels website.

This was our second trip to GWL. We had just as much fun as we did the first time we visited. The hotel is so nice. The waterpark is clean and comfortable with areas for all ages. We really enjoyed taking the grandkids here. The only thing we thought they could improve on was the comfort of the beds. They were kind of hard. Everything else was great.

My children and I enjoyed our stay at Great Wolf Lodge, and we look forward to going back.

Great place for a birthday road trip for kids.

Perfect place to spend the night if you don't mind kids running up and down the halls until midnight.

Everything with the room was fantastic. The actual waterpark was colder than I expected it to be. When it's 44 degrees outside, maybe they should turn the temp up inside.

We had a great time,there is so much to do. The water park is great but the food,arcade and magic wands throughout the hotel are great.

This is an amazing experience for kids of all ages. We went with our kids and grandkids for New Years weekend and had a blast! The water park is huge, but has age appropriate areas for everyone. The hotel itself is geared toward children... from the animated characters in the lobby to the knee-high buffet in the restaurant. They recently upgraded the beds at Great Wolf (but they still aren't great); however, the pillows are still hard as a rock. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. I ended up sleeping on towels and when that didn't work I propped several pillows up and slept sitting up. EVERYTHING else is GREAT - so safe and kid friendly! Fantastic!!! We had so much fun. the hotel was great and the waterpark had something for everyone. We saved a lot of money by leaving the property to eat.

Beautiful location and property. Water park was very fun, kids enjoyed. They try to nickel and dime you on add-on packages, and entertainment for kids, but if you just say no thanks they aren't pushy! Family Suite was very nicely set up and big. Wife and 3 kids (14/13/11) for 1 night - The wand game goes in all public areas and stairwells, kids loved it. Technology is very cool with wristbands being the room key/charge card. Food was ok but expensive. Front desk girl made a mistake and deactivated the kids' wristbands but was defensive when we asked her to fix it (and didn't nor would get a […] manager to help). This place is amazing! We took our 3 kids ages 2, 5, & 7 and had a blast. We only stayed one night but you get 2 days of waterpark for that, but really wish we would have stayed 2 more nights! We are actually thinking about going back over Christmas Holiday!

A/C didn't cool the room and the bathroom was small

The kids loved it, it was a blast. My only complaint was with the food options. I would recommend bringing your own. We tried to eat at the bar and grill one night, and left after sitting there for fifteen minutes without any even taking a drink order. Not good with two sleepy/hungry kids. Other than that, was a great experience.

My 8yr & 3yr old loved it here. There was always something to do. There were great waterslides even for adults and several little ones for our toddler. My daughter loved the magicquest game and I got more exercise than I had planned to running up & down the stairwell with her. We only stayed three days and we could have stayed longer but three nights […] are expensive enough. Brought in alot of our own food after reading previous reviews. The food is pricey inside hotel. Went to Grapevine Mills right down the road for some meals. I would have rated my stay a 5 if only the AC is working good. The room is just warm despite setting the AC to 72.

Room was ok overall. A/c could've been better. Toilet was clogged and the bed wasn't great, but not bad either. For the money one would expect quite a bit more out of the room. Staff was very nice and restaurants are good just very pricey.

Beds were not comfortable the water park hours did not seem fair for the price you pay.

The stay was awesome and the waterpark was great for the kids and adults. A great alternative instead of being in the 104% temps in the hot Texas sun.
