Although hotel is good and clean. The service is not good at all on many occasions. Breakfast menu was not there in room almost everyday. Everything for room service goes to reception and when I ordered breakfast room service on the phone the lady at front desk showed attitude saying "please slow down I am not a fast writer". Also 15 percent gratuity […] is charged on any room service on top of any delivery charges etc. Location is far from town center although they have shuttle , when you need to come back you have to inform them in advance. I think that is stupid as most customers are external (without a phone) and wont be able to call them in advance. I didn't get my room until check out and as given a temporary disabled room. Devamı

What a very pleasant surprise. Hotel seemed really upscale for the price. We had Jr. Suite and well worth the upgrade. Really large room, extremely comfortable bed and bedding with sleeper sofa and granite bar area. Room had balcony as well-a nice surprise. Bathroom was VERY nice with separate shower and tub each with dual shower heads. I would definately […] recommend this hotel to anyone, you can't go wrong especially with the price. Penthouse pool was nice with a view from the jacuzzi of the mountains in the distance. Devamı

I absolutely love this Hotel. It's super clean. The bedding is the absolute most comfortable. Very modern, and upscale, at a reasonable price.

Stayed over the weekend for a wedding ceremony and we were absolutely pleased with the service of the hotel staff! They even upgraded us, for what, I don't know...But thank you! The room was emaculate, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful!! We will definitely stay there again in the future!

The hotel is lovely and convenient. The lobby is modern and pretty. The people who work there are accomodating and nice. However, as with many hotel chains, the room service menu is deceptive, overpriced, and mistakes seems to always happen. If you order breakfast off of the "convenience card" and hang it from your door (thereby giving the hotel ample […] notice and helping them out), the choices are arranged in such a way that when you think you are ordering a choice for your meal, you are actually ordering an extra service. (What type of juice? what type of coffee? but actually it is juice OR coffee... it just doesn't say that). To spend $50 on a breakfast (nothing fancy) for one person seems a little ridiculous. Such a beautiful hotel! The staff was very friendly and the room couldn't have been cozier. I would highly recommend any of their suites anytime! My wife and I booked this room due to the location, ambiance, and familiarity with the chain. The hotel has wonderful aesthetics. The room and lobby had great decor. This place would have received a 5, except for a few issues including the room service order being flubbed. It involved the manager bringing part of our order after it was screwed up a […] couple of times. Lets just say he felt above the duty. Wireless Internet is a joke at upper floors, and would set you back $12 a day. You would think that a hotel of this standard would have multiple access points throughout the premises. I paid $30 extra a night to have a balcony. I was told $30 extra for the stay. Poor communication by staff. I am not sure if I would stay at this particular location again, but I still like the chain. Be aware this place is a non-smoking property, which I think is a bit extreme for those who wish to go right outside the hotel. Devamı

Wonderful place to stay. We checked in and were given a balcony suite. Nicest hotel room I've ever been in. Lovely balcony, we watched the local fireworks displays. Seperate walk-in shower and tub.

Beautiful hotel with a great location close to the highway.

We stayed in this hotel in order to visit Washington, which was a 15-20 min drive to downtown. Hotel room was amazing! Beautiful room at a great price - can't go wrong! Highly recommended. Only issue is price of restaurant, which is high.

Large room for a very reasonable rate. Ample parking. Air conditioner seemed a little small for the room because it never got cool enough.

Our stay was awesome!! Besides the internet costing more than $10/night, everything was great! Staff is friendly and prompt on needs/wants. Best hotel we've stayed in!

Great hotel. comfy bed. Gave a 4 for service quality because we were short sugar for the coffee (only had 1 pack) and had to chase down the cleaning cart to get more. Gave a 4 on cleanliness because there were round water marks on the granite top of the wet bar. It had not been cleaned from a previous guest. Other than that, everything was wonderful. […] There were jacks mounted into the desk for A/V equipment so we were able to plug our stuff in easily to review pics etc from our camera and other devices on the TV. I loved this hotel. I travel a lot for business and know a great hotel when I experience one. The room was large, comfortable, nicely decorated and suited all of my needs. The restaurant was pretty good for the lunch sandwich that I ordered and the wait staff was pleasant. I got a ridiculously low price for a junior suite through hotels.com which is […] what drew my attention to this particular hotel. Convenient to Dulles airport. Free shuttle. Comfortable hotel. Restaurant in hotel. Chilis short walk. Nothing else nearby.

Check in was a breeze. Very professional and courteous staff. Room had a great view. The pool is smallish but stil good for laps and the hot tub is great! The bed and sheets are to die for. My room had a separate shower and tub. Both had dual shower heads. I highly recommend this hotel. The parking garage is around back. There are many big companies […] near this Hotel. Hotel is located right down the street from the toll road which takes you into DC or out west towards Leesburg. Also close to RT 7 and Fairfax County Parkway. Hotel is up the street from Reston Town Center. Which has some great dining locations, shopping and a movie theater. If you go east on RT 7 you can get to Tysons Corner, Which has 2 Malls. one of them is an upper scale mall. There's also a very nice movie theather there. And lots of nice places to eat, including the Capitol Grill, the Palms and several others. Devamı

The hotel was a standard Westin.. but for some reason the prices were just jacked up here. It's really not worth the extra money. Stay at a more reasonably priced hotel near the area instead.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions, including the first night of our honeymoon. It is easily our favorite place to stay in the Northern Virginia area.

The room was large and bright. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the two shower heads in the shower.

Beautiful hotel w/very friendly and helpfull staff. Our second stay in 45 days and loved it again. Very good restaurant on premise.

The hotel really lives up to what we expect from the Westin name. Great restaurant on premises. The whole experience was a Great value.

Although the hotel meet my expectations from a look/feel perspective - safety wise it fell short. Someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. I thought I was dreaming, heard allot of noise outside the door. Sure enough someone had pushed the door open but luckily I had the latch on so they were not able to get into the room. Scary!

Nice hotel. Wife said it was the BEST shower ever. Only issue I had was the housekeeping staff left all the lights on after they were done. Minor detail, I guess.

This hotel has free garage parking. It's in a quiet office park, thus the reason for cheap weekend deals. There are a couple restaurants and a convenience store close by. Reston town center is like a 2 minute drive, and there are a ton of restaurants. The room, facilities are fantastic. Very nice. It's about 10 minutes to dulles airport. Perfect location. […] I will be staying at this hotel every time I go to D.C. from now on. You can't go wrong here. Devamı
