Evolution Apartments - Brisbane

Nice apartment in a reasonable location. Unfortunately our room faced neighbouring construction sites so we were woken by the sounds of indistrialisation at 6am each morning.

Good, clean apartments with great views. Well situated in Brisbane. Slow lifts.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Queen St Mall, short walk to Brisbane Transit Centre (Roma St Station). Just across the river from the Museum of Modern Art. Comfortable room with all the comforts of home plus a view

Highly Recommended. Good location, spacious, generous balcony, clean, good service and competitive rates. Liked the river view room which we stayed in. Have stayed there before and will do so again.

The appartment was beautiful however, the view was a little disappointing! Close to all the action though!

We stayed for 4 nights at the Evolution Apartments and loved the location. It was about 4 blocks from Queen St Mall and close to restaurants and the casino. All in all our stay was a good experience. The staff were helpful and the rooms clean and ample in size. Fascilities were good except the spa was not working - needed maintenance, which we reported along with our dishwaser. The position of the building is great for access to city, but also for access to freeway and travel away from city. We will stay […] here again on our business trips to Brisbane. Devamı

Good location, reasonable room but at least $100 over-priced. Hallways dark, dingy and stuffy and the rooms showing signs of wear & tear

Evolution Apts is in a great location. It's a quick walk to Queens Rd, water taxis, arts center, etc.

This is a good way to stay in Brisbane as you have more room than an equvilent hotel plus the added bonus of a fully fitted kitchen. The cleaning varies from very good to adequate and all the staff are helpful. The parking is very secure but expensive. I stayed two weeks on business and would stay there again if I have to come back to Brisbane.

Great location, easy walking distance to Roma St Railway Station (main station). Nice rooms, balcony, queen bed, clean & serviced daily. Had a problem where the door couldn't be opened one evening - the manager quickly got us access & it was repaired quickly the next morning. The air conditioner requires a university course to operate, but all instructions […] are in the room manual. Great restaurant across the road (The Tank Restaurant) & a couple of good cafes as well. Our one bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated,clean and fully equipped with all essentials e.g. laundary /kitchen/utensils/crockery/ tv/dvd . Its location perfect for us - on the north bank at the entrance to the new footbridge connection to the south bank where walkways/restaurants/bars and a sandy lido could be found- together with Brisbane's […] smaller equivalent of the London eye. Also approx. 5 mins walk to Roma St station where we needed to be at 6am on our last day to catch train down to Sydney. The 6th floor activity area was superb with a good size sensibly shaped lap pool together with sun loungers/tv/dvd cine room , kitchen and bbqs. All the staff were very helpful and friendly this hotel/apartment contributed significantly to very enjoyable stay in Brisbane. Devamı

Very impressed with the layout of the apartment I stayed in. Will definitely stay there again. Is a nice change from hotel rooms. Clean. Lots of space. Nice location.

We spent 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment at Evolution Apartments in Brisbane & found it very convenient... walking distance to Queen St Mall, Roma St station & right next to the pedestrian bridge acrossthe river to Southbank. Plenty of coffee shops nearby for breakfast & not far to restaurants & hotels for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable […] with everything you need including a flat screen TV, great view from the balcony. The staff was always helpful & polite. We arrived very early & they allowed us to store our luggage securely until our room was ready. Devamı

The studio apartment was supposedly new and was cozy and comfortable. We were there for two nights and basically used the place to sleep, so did not use any kitchen equipment. The tea mugs we used were not cleaned for the next day. The shower needed to be placed higher and the flow of the water needed to be greater. The reception staff were quite helpful...once […] when we needed a mobile phone charger and once when the AC stopped working late in the night. Devamı

Very well situated. Found hairs in my bathroom and towels. Windows were not clean. Otherwise, there were everything I needed in the apartment. Really nice view and staff were nice. Beautiful decoration too. Go there
