Pleasant, quiet and convenient

When I booked the room I paid extra for a harbour view. Upon arrival we were put in a room on the forth floor with a view of a weed covered roof and a wall. My wife complained and we were then given a room on the tenth floor with a view of Pratt St. with the harbour somewhere off in the distance, hardly what I would call a harbour view. Fantastic hotel, stayed there to go to the orioles games. Camden yards is right across the street that gets shut down so it's a perfect place for families to stay

First floor signage is poor at best for finding lobby. Hotel consists of two buildings with lobby in farthest building from convention center. Even second floor sigmage can use improvement! In-room air conditioning/heating is constantly blowing which can be annoying since it blows right where the desk is. Otherwise clean and comfortable. It was our 46th Wedding Anniversary. The bellmen, the attendants, and particularly, Hannah the front desk rep, made things a lot better. The exercise room and pool are a plus. The buffet breakfast, the short order cooks, the servers and the hostess made the mornings really great. Two things I would like to mention should be marketed differently. The room was very clean, staff was very friendly, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is 2 blocks from harbor and in a friendly neighborhood, so you can walk.

It was very nice. had an extra day to spend ahead of business on Monday. Only problem encountered was the parking garage,,,spent 30 minutes waiting for a spot to open..

We had two double beds with the ballpark view and I have to say that the overall experience was amazing for me and my family. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything was clean and organized, the bathroom was nice with granite countertop and a chrome sink. The lobby was very nice and the location couldn't have been better. Our room service was […] quick the staff was very friendly and the lady at the front desk didn't hesitate to print us out directions when we were ready to leave free of charge (despite the fact that upstairs they would have charged us). This is a wonderful hotel and very close to all attractions at Baltimore Harbor.

We stayed at the Hilton to see the Yankees game at Camden Yards.The hotel is literally across the street. Very convenient. Every hotel staff we encountered was extremely friendly and courteous. They asked "can I help" before we even knew we needed help. Even the parking garage attendant (in the building, but not sure if it's run by Hilton) went out […] of the way to adjust our parking fee ticket... running up two flights into the lobby to make an adjustment for us. Wow. We will definitely stay there again. Only complaint... double beds a bit small for our family of four. Devamı

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked with very nice products. The lobby was inviting, the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was literally right next to Camden Yards, wonderful view from the workout room and the 2nd level ... awesome, I would recommend this hotel to all I know traveling to Baltimore.

we got put in a 2 bed bedroom instead of the king room we requested also there was no refrigerator in our room. Due to those factors which are very important I would not recommend this hotel to others. When we go back to baltimore we will be staying in another hotel.

Reserved a harbor-view room.. Was not at all what I expected to see a view of for the extra charge. Room didn't have mini fridge, was rather shocked. Pool/exercise room was a plus. Noone offered a hand with all the luggage between me and my girlfriend, merely a glance from the staff and nothing else. I guess overall visit was nice; however I expected […] a little more. Could not find DoNotDisturb signs and housekeeping was going around at 9am knocking on doors, so much for sleeping in. Devamı

We had an event in the Baltimore Convention Center in December. Being able to stay so close, never going outside was a very big plus, especially for the children. We could leave our coats and heavy clothing in the room and not have to lug it all with us. Very nice hotel, clean rooms, surprisingly the beds are only double beds rather than queen beds, but all in all good value and comfort.

Very nice hotel. 10-15 minutes to Aquarium and Fells Point neighborhood. A few bars are conveniently around the corner and hotel restaurant is amazing! Our sweet potato fries were the best ever! Overall delicious food and good service.

On negative was I was told valet parking cost was $36 by the attendant and the next morning when I checked out, I was told the price had raised to $40 overnight. I informed the hotel manager and he stated, "valet which is owned by a outside company is not suppose to raise the rates". NYE - what can I say? I'd expect a heck of a lot better service on a holiday like that! The room I booked was nice - the Executive King - which stated we'd have complimentary bath robes & slippers, and there weren't any to be found. I'd also expect this type of room to include a mini-bar and iPod docking station. Again, nothing of the sort!! We stayed […] on the 20th floor; had to use our room key to access that floor on the elevator and had numerous troubles with it every time we needed to go to our room. After the evenings events, at approximately 1:45an, we proceeded to hit the lounge/bar area just off of the lobby and were immediately turned down by the closing bar manager with very rude comments of 'we all need to go home too, ya know!'; even though the customers that were still sitting at the bar and other areas were being served. One of the servers was shocked as well, she looked at us and said 'I'm really sorry he's acting this way, but I can't override his decision' WHILE she was getting other drinks for her customers. We proceeded to our room, wanting to take a shower prior to bed for the evening... No hot water... In the morning, figured maybe hot water would be available, we were still taking cold showers. Unbelievable!!!! The only good part about check out was the Valet company that was contracted to retrieve our car. They were extremely pleasant, prompt, and courteous. This was the first time in Baltimore, excellent staff at restaurant and bar. Directly across the street from the ballpark. A steal at the price, thought I was staying at a Ritz property.

This hotel was very good. I liked the rooms and it was quiet. The hotel was very close to the convention center so I liked it very much. The rooms were good but the pillows weren't that good. The services were good as well.

the view of the Harbor was wonderful. The view from the gym/balcony to the ballpark was amazing. The lap pool was terrific for getting some exercise. It was everything we had hoped for.

I was quite unhappy with my stay at the hotel. Hot water was NOT available the last night of my stay and did not came back by 8:30am before I leave my room for my meeting. As a result I had to completely reschedule my last day and travel around the availability of hot water to take a shower. Furthermore, the executive lunge, was closed for most of […] my stay. The hotel was beautiful. I wish I could have picked up the bathroom and taken it home with me. It was an enjoyable stay. I would stay again and will recommend to others.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the heating system was silent. Very close to all Inner Harbor sights and activities. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, confortable and convienient. I was surprised that as one of the expensive locations, I didn't get any bottled water in the room, internet access was extra and I had to pay over $60 in parking. The Hampton Inn is across the street. You get breakfast, water, free internet access and cookies there.

The Hilton Baltimore has a surprisingly good restaurant attached, the Diamond Tavern. Otherwise, it is in no way remarkable: rooms are clean, reseaonably attractive, but typical of just about any other large hotel you may visit. The down comforters and pillows were a luxury, but during my three day stay my complementary bar of soap and shampoo sample […] were not replaced; I had to make them last. Hotel is great. Camden yards is across the st.. charm city circulator (free) sttops right out side for a conveniant way to inner harbor, but is also just a quick walk. From airport take the light rail to convention center stop also right next door for a fast quick cheap round trip to hotel. $1.60 each way. Very happy with my stay

The room was very small. There was a used bar of soap in the shower with body hairs attached to it. No channel guide for the TV. Even the pen and notepad were cheap. They counterbalanced their stinginess by charging higher than the already inflated prices on vending machines, gift shop items, internet access and parking. The concierge is never at the […] desk, but he'll be happy to keep you on hold for a few minutes if you have a simple question. There is a restaurant in the next building, but I sat for a few minutes and the bartender was nowhere to be found. Great location, right next to Camden Yards, in a great city, but by the time I left the hotel I felt like I had been paroled. Devamı

This hotel was just perfect in every way. And coming from someone that has what I call "the Howie Mandell" syndrome or that my kids call me "Ms. Monk" is really saying something about this hotel. I tried to find something not clean in our room because I knew it was too good to be true but I could not find a thing that was even slightly dusty. And did […] I mention I am the person that ALWAYS gets the dirty fork,dirty glass, order prepared wrong, the one in a million chance it will have a bad side effect on you it will have it on me.......The view was spectacular. I figured the hotel was priced in line with comparable hotels in the area, which we tried to book another hotel very close to this one first (just because the pics looked a bit swankery)& they were full so this hotels price & "stars" were the same & we were able to book here. After checking in I was so glad the other hotel was full & we were here. I would have even/expected to pay way more for this hotel just for how clean it was!!! We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Our main purpose was to go to the football game. We also took a train to Washington DC. The location was great for the game, walking to the Inner Harbor area, and going to the train station. The room was nice and clean. The service was good. My favorite was the pool. The hotel was very nice, clean rooms, pleasant service but the parking costs were excessive. We spent $60 for self parking and were not even there 24 hours. We had to go out a few times and every time we re-entered the parking lot the meter started running again. There should have been a single set fee per day for parking.

It is a fabulous hotel unless you have an issue. Bellmen were amazing. Staff friendly, but not well trained.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the Baltimore Hilton, we did receive the room that we booked through hotels.com. We booked a room with a king size bed and paid extra for a harbor view. We did not have a harbor view.
