Hilton Garden Inn Toledo/Perrysburg - Perrysburg

I booked this hotel with little information on the area and was very pleased when I arrived. The hotel is situated in a town center that had a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel was also very nice, welcoming and pleasent and the hotel appeared to be new. Very nice surprise!

This hotel is above average quality, and the location has a lot to offer.

This is a very nice hotel, well run and well maintained. It is in a very convienient location, with MANY very nice resturants and shops within walking distance or a very short (<1mi) drive.

I found the room to be very clean and comfortable. I would stay again with your hotel chain. Keep up the good work.

It's a very nice hotel. It's nicer than some Hiltons I've stayed at in the past.

I think the breakfast should be complimentary like the hampton's.

This hotel is located in Levis Commons - a wonderful outdoor shopping center. The hotel stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend purchasing the bed and breakfast rate, as the full breakfast was great. Rooms are very nice, though the bed was a bit firm for my liking. This is a perfect spot to stay. Plenty to do right around you & only a short drive to Bowling Green or Toledo. I would definitely stay here again.

The adjustable bed was a bit uncomfortable. We took turns trying to figure out which setting was the best, but we couldn't tell much of a difference between the firm and soft settings. I could tell that the mattress was changing, but not by much. I set the bed to the optimum setting for most people, and didn't sleep very well. Arrived at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night- the desk clerk was extremely rude and acted as if we were putting her out when we asked if there were any restaurants still serving food - only one which was odd considering this is located in the middle of a large complex with several dining places within walking distance. When we finally got to our room it […] was one queen sized bed, not the two we had reserved. Back to the desk, new crew, nice male clerk informed me that the only room available with two beds was a handicapped or a smoking room because of "several weddings". I even said we would upgrade to a suite ... none available. We finally agreed to a smelly smoking room. Great beds, great location, wonderful surrounding shopping. No exhaust fans in the bathroom so you had to wait for the mirror to unfog. Probably wouldn't stay there again. For the price you expect great customer service - this didn't even come close! The staff was rude and unaccommodating. The manager on duty was blaming other employees for issues. The adjustment on my mattress didn't work and it was incredibly hard. My phone didn't work and the front desk told me to just try again. There was marching band practice in the parking lot at 6am, so I couldn't get a good night's rest.

New, upperscale hotel. Impressive lobby. Handicap room was very spacious. Quiet interior. Located in outside mall area with upscale shopping. Lacked coffee/tea service in lobby, which is very surprising for type of service level. Beds firmness is adjustable. This hotel is located at the end of an outdoor mall. One can shop, eat, exercise and play games in the "central park" area, then relax in a very nicely appointed hotel.

This was our second stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. We stayed there last year when we were in Toledo for my spouse's high school reunion and were pleased with it then. This time we stopped on our way home from Michigan. We got a room with a king size bed. The room was nice-sized, and there was plenty of floor space for me to do my morning yoga practice. […] Their elevators are fast and they "talk " to you. A voice announces "Going Up or going down" when you get on and also announces the floor. Their breakfast buffet was a great value for the price - much nicer than we one we had at another well-known chain in Dearborn the day before. The fresh fruit was delicious and the price includes omelets made to order. In addition to bread, bagels, muffins and pastries, they served scones, which are one of my favorites. We had dinner at a Japanese Steak House right across from the hotel, which was very good. The hotel is at the end of a village green type shopping mall with several restaurants, a Starbucks, Minnie Moo's and shops such as Christopher and Banks and Coldwater Creek. There was an art fair going on while we were there, which caused some traffic congestion, but also gave us something else to do. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to the Toledo area. Devamı

Excellent location in Levis Commons with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Feels like its own little village. Very nice!

Although one would think the Hotel being located at the end of that beautiful mall would be wonderful, an additional entrance/exit without all the pedestrians who be wonderful. The hotel furnished me with two different Hotel Keys, which neither worked to open my hotel door or the door to the "ice/snack room". I had requested a non smoking room, the […] room I was assigned had an ash tray and matches and smelled like smoke. The beds were extremly hard and uncomfortable but the rest of the room was very clean. Overall I was not impressed. Devamı

Everything about the hotel was perfect except the breakfast needs some improvement. It tasted like nothing, and we tasted everything! Looking past this mishap, everything was perfect including service. I was a part of a wedding there this past weekend and everyone through the banquet service and the food on the banquet side was great.

Very happy with the this hotel from the rooms themselves to the location of the hotel. I was looking for a weekend getaway for the family and went to hotels.com for a last minute hotel. For the money, this was a great room. It was the best room I've stayed in for many years. The hotel is very new.

I found the hotel to look very nice but you need to be able to sleep. There was VERY loud music for some sort of a party on both Friday and Saturday night that would make your room rock. We were on the 5th floor and you would assume it was next to us. The hot tub was cold and I had to go ask them to turn it up. That was an hour before the pool closed […] so we didn't really get to soak. The staff was very friendly though. Devamı

very nice hotel, the only problem was the loud music until 2am, I believe they had a wedding reception and I had to listen to the music all night and we were on the 7th floor.
