Very accommodating and friendly staff. Easily accessible, Room was dusty as cleaners did not clean under the bed. However clean bedding, towels etc. good sun bed area, but small pool. gym needs an update as the working of equipt was sporadic. Sky t.v has only news channels in English, Windows in some of the rooms are not child friendly. Fridge was useful […] as were the bathroom accessories. Good aircon in room. Devamı

we have had a perfect stay in this Hotel. A very warm welcome and on arrival we received an upgrade. I would come back to stay in this fantastic Hotel.

I stayed at three hotels in Spain during my vacation. The AC Almeria was the most spacious of rooms. Besides the queen size bed, there was a desk, table and 4 chairs, a couch and coffee table, and three separate sections for the bathroom. With all that, there was plenty of room to move about between furniture. The walk-in shower was really nice. I really […] have no criticism to give on the hotel. It is near the shopping streets. One secret is that you can go into a fantastic restaurant through a back door one level up from the main floor. It seems that no one seems to know about it. we arrived at about 1.30pm so probably a bit early for check-in as double room with queen size bed we booked was not available. had to wait for an hour or so until it was ready but not a major problem as there were several good bars and cafes nearby. the hotel was clean and the staff were excellent and very helpful. car parking was undertaken by hotel […] staff and they were very prompt getting it out for us.. although, unexpectedly, it turned out to be a bit expensive.!! however, it was central to Almeria and parking otherwise would have been very difficult. Trendy, modern hotel in a great city. The hotel advertising doesn't mention the pool much but it was fantastic and on the roof overlooking the morrish runins behind.

El hotel es nuevo, en el centro historico y con muchos detalles. Sin embargo, cambiaria muchos de ellos por una doble ventana, para evitar que el ruido de la calle te despierte con frecuencia. El descanso por la noche es lo mas valorado en viajes turisticos y, aun mas, en viajes de trabajo

Das Bett ist viel zu klein für ein Doppelzimmer, die Sanitäranlagen haben extrem gewackelt und der Pool, wie auch die Dachterasse waren trotz 30°C geschlossen. Das Personal war zwar höflich, jedoch nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist das einzig wirklich gute daran. Elegante, cómodo y céntrico. Lo único malo es la situación en pleno casco antiguo, lo que hace el aparcamiento imposible en los alrededores, y la necesidad de aparcarlo en el parking del hotel, con las molestias que supone el tener que ser metido y sacado por empleados al ser su acceso por ascensor. La piscina perfecta.

Mi marido y yo venimos muy satisfecho y muy bien atendidos en dicho hotel, las prestaciones e infraestructura nos parecio magnifica, ubicado en todo el centro de Almeria, con un ambiente estupendo y a la vez zona tranquila, el personal muy atento y correcto, la limpieza magnifica, por poner un defecto fué en el cambio de toallas que aunque las vieron […] sucias no las cambiaron y eso es lo único que no me gustó. el hotel en sí está muy bien, por situación y diseño, los empleados serviciales y amables, pero el gran problema es el ruido de las habitaciones, primero por el extractor del cuarto de baño que en cuanto enciendes la luz salta automáticamente y no se desconecta hasta después de 2 minutos de haber apagado, se oye el de tu propio lavabo y el de las habitaciones […] contiguas, segundo por la insonorización de las habitaciones, oiamos a todas horas las conversaciones, gritos, lloros de niños, una pena porque no pudimos descansar y tercero porque tuvimos la pega de que al estar preparando la feria el ayuntamiento se dedicó a instalar lonas en las calles para paliar el sol pero a cualquier hora del día, horas de siesta e incluso hasta las 12 de la noche, hay que tener en cuenta que lo hacia desde un camión que elevaba las lonas con un ruido tremendo, es increible que se tenga tan poco respeto por el descanso de las personas. en el apartado de "recomendaria el hotel a otros viajeros" dudaba entre el sí y el no, ya que depende de si corrigen los problemas antes citados, he puesto sí siempre y cuando el hotel tome nota y lo haga.
