Aside from the fact the television did not work well my brief stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Would stay again

Nice people , room clean, bed comfy, & everything worked. Had to be the noisiest place I have ever stayed. Huge party in room next to us. went on for hours nobody did anything. Could hear every ice machine, door opening, conversation inside & outside the motel. Cleaning lady walked in on me in my underwear at 9:30 am. Isolated from restaurants, grocery […] stores or anything to see. Some suburban blightness going on. I would not stay there again & would urge other to do the same. Devamı

This is a good hotel to stay at. We don't have a single complaint. The staff was nice and helpful. I requested a later check out time and they let me without charging extrra. The hotel is in a weird location and next to a convience store but a small shopping center is a short drive away with places to eat.

Okay, lets face it people, this is a "Sleep Inn" it's not the Ritz. That being said it's clean, you have to use your key cards to get in to the hotel (after 10pm,) and to then use the elevator you have to use your key card as well - aka it's totally safe. It's also off the heavy trafic streets and surrounded by a greenbelt, it's next to a church and […] a totally getto convienience store (my how convienient.) This hotel was easy to find coming from Reagan with a rental car that had a gps. It was also a $40 cab ride (= 30minute,) to downtown. I'd recommend this hotel and I'll totally stay here again. I found the hotel to be quiet lovely. It is a brand new place, so the room and the linens looked new. I had everything I needed and it was nice and quiet at night. Check-out was a breeze also. I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon.

It smelled and was incredibly hot in the room during 23 degrees outisde it felt as though it was 90 in the room. Even after turning the A/C down to 60 and the fan up to high it never got any cooler in either of the two rooms we rented that night. I will not stay here again.

The place is brand new and very clean. Very adequate for an overnight while traveling for business or duing a roadtrip. The free breakfast was meager, but I didn't expect much either. The test will be how the place holds up after a few years of use.

For a week-long stay, DC was way too expensive, especially since I needed a car. The commute to SE DC was less than 15 minutes for me and the Sleep Inn was close to a number of good restaurants and places to go (National Harbor, Upper Marlboro). Clean, quiet, and safe. Will definately stay here again when working in SE DC in the future.

The hotel was new and clean. The staff was courteous and informative about the locale and directions. I think you will be very satisfied with this hotel.

Two of the three mornings we attempted to have breakfast the entire area was swarming with guests who just could not be accommodated. The first night at 2:30 a.m. the smoke detector battery went bad and started beeping requiring a call to the desk, the wrong batteries, then the correct battery and replacing it myself. All three nights we had a thundering […] herd of wilderbeasts on our heads - the top floor is a must. We twice had to deal with reception staff and they were untrained and had to call for assistance on check-in and basic transactions. It was convenient for our needs. Devamı

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a pizza delivery place right next door and a barbaque place across the street. Both have good food and will deliver. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay enough that I will be staying there again when I return in a few months.

The staff was excellent and knowledgable about the D.C. area. The room was spotless and comfortable. The Breakfast was good but selection was very limited. Overall a great deal!

Needed a room near the County Courthouse - this was an excellent value and easy to get to. The front desk staff was unfamiliar w/Hotels.com and tried to charge me for the room twice, but once we got that settled, all was good.

This hotel worked great for a vacationing family. The front desk help was very knowledgeable about the area and how to get around DC. The room was very clean and accessible. My only complaint would be the breakfast, which gave old-tasting hard boiled eggs as the only protein. The rest; bagels, pastries, etc., were OK.

Very good value for the money paid. The staff was very friendly. They even printed out maps for us on how to reach the Metro and local restaurants. Breakfast bar was a bit skimpy, but OK. Rooms clean and in good condition. Location is convenient to I-95 and only a 10 minute drive to the D.C. Metro.

Good hotel for business travelers. Hotel was new, staff was friendly, 24 hour fitness center, business center, and free wifi.

the hotel is new and is very nice with courteous staff. Just need to improve on the continental breakfast

I like the front desk person, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean., and it was quite place. The neighbor was out of the city but nice. It not a bad deal with the place like that and good price. Free good breakfast every morning. I was very sastified with my stay.
