Burası tam olarak bir otel değil; geçici süre kiralanan bir oda. Bu bakıma mutfak olması avanajlı gibi dursa da açıkçası sadece çay kahve ve buzdolabı kullanımı açısından avantajlı. Odanın mobilyaları biraz bakımsız. Yataktan başka bir iki sandalye ve bir iki koltuk var. Fakat onlar da normal otel odalarındakine göre oldukça bakımsız kalıyor. Bunun […] dışında hiç bir konfor yok. Bunun yanında asıl önemlisi servis sıfır! Web sitesine göre 21:00' e kadar birileri orada olması gerekirken, Pazar dahil. Pazar günü 18:00'de vardığımda kimseyi bulamadım. Resepsiyon falan da olmadığı için öylece dışarıda kaldım. Bu da otelle daha önce iletişime geçp geliş saatimi bildirmeme rağmen. Recently renovated. Clean spacious apartment in central location. 10 mins walk to Trajans Colum; 15 to Colisseum. Very helpful staff. Free washing service. Well equipped kitchenette. Great place to feel at home in Rome.

the place would be a straight 5 except for that quirky ancient elevator and the master bedroom bed. bed was hard as a rock and killed our backs after 2 nites, so swapped to the softer living room hid a bed. The apartment was clean and very close to everything we wanted to see in Rome. Staff were friendly and accommodating - even helped us book our reservation for Borghese Gallery. The accommodations were as posted on the website - which was a very welcomed surprise. Very pleased with this booking.

We loved this place. Four of us stayed here and it suited us perfectly! It was clean and the room seemed newly renovated. As North Americans we appreciated how whimsical the building was and thought the tiny elevator was hilarious. If the elevator is out of order there are a lot of stairs though! Went to Rome with parents for mums 60th. This apartment is great for location and perfect for self catering. Only a 15 mins walk away to major attractions e.g Trevi fountain.. Colosseum A taxi ride to any attraction will cost you no more than 10 euros which is fab for older travellers or if you ge tired.. Taxi rank is 1 min from apartment. Supermarket […] is 1 mins away too and you can get most things from there at reasonable prices. The apartment isltself is an old building but the apartment have been recently refurbished and are super clean, modern with good facilities. My only little moan is no kettle provided so heating up water in a pan can take a while on the electric hob. Also the lift is old and small (but very clean) so needs to be operated properly e.g. Shut doors otherwise you'll find yourself walking down or up some heavy duty flight of stairs as apartments are based on 4th floor! Apart from that I would definitely recommend the apartment. The service from reception staff is outstanding. Friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we had checked out. The Wifi is free and works fine. The area is great for shopping with small boutiques alon the main road. There is a lovely little restaurant/Cafe right below apartment and it's reasonably priced with average food. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend to families or larger groups.. Even for couples this is a great option as you have location, space, cooking facilities, modern facilities (wifi and air conditioning) and you can walk everywhere safely and ifs quiet at night for a decent night sleep. Très bien placé, Colisée et centre ville accessible en moins de 15 minutes à pied, bus et métro à proximité, petit supermarché et autres commerces juste à côté. Grand appartement (de 2 pièces) entièrement refait et fonctionnel. Bonne adresse à recommander.

Enkla rena rum i centrala Rom. Allt finns inom gångavstånd, mkt smidigt. Mysig innergård med ingång till rummen från balkong. Receptionen endast öppen från kl 14 med trevlig personal. Bara några hundra meter från bra mataffär, bra när man reser med barn!

O apartamento é muito bom. Reformado recentemente. A localização é boa, mas a entrada do prédio é bem antiga. Bom acesso ao Termini e perto de pontos de ônibus. O atendimento foi excelente. Pudemos deixar as bagagens na recepção após o check-out. Havia um cheiro ruim na pia da cozinha.

A cerca de 10/15 minutos a pé de todos os pontos turisticos de interesse. Muito perto de um Super Mercardo onde pode adquirir tudo o que necessita. A menos de 30 metros tem um óptimo Restaurante Pizzas e Pastas (EST EST EST). Um óptimo Hotel para quem está de passeio, procura uma boa localização e um local aprazível para dormir com comodidade. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied de tous les points d'intérêts de Rome centre. Très pratique, plutôt calme et dans un quartier plus que correct, proche de la gare (moins de 10min de Termini) Le studio en lui même est très spacieux, voir même un peu trop pour un seul couple. C'est un peu vide et impersonnelle mais très utile lorsqu'on désire […] économiser sur les repas. Un petit supermarché Spar est situé à quelques mètres sur la "nazionale" (attention aux prix mais pratique). Hotel et chambre très proche,au coeur de Rome,agréable pour le tourisme. Le seul point négatif nous étions situés au dernier étage 5eme , les fenetres n'ont pas de double vitrage, et malheureusement c'était très bryant la nuit.Les murs manque d'isolation cela est a revoir. A part cela très bon séjour a recommandé a tous.

Når man ankommer skal man ikke lade sig skræmme af stedets fremtræden. Der er kun et meget lille skilt på porten som man skal ind ad, og derefter skal man igennem 2 små romerske baggårde og med en gammel elevator op på fjerde sal. Men når man så først er ankommet så er resten meget idyllisk. Personalet er søde og afslappede, men meget hjælpsomme. De […] leverede straks kort over byen og masser af gode råd og kunne f.eks. også hjælpe med en italiensk forlængerledning til den bærbare som af en eller anden grund var en lille smule større end de andre stik medbragt hjemme fra. Rengøringen er også meget fin (den søde dame have endda vasket op og ryddet op i det rod vi havde lavet. vi troede egentlig slet ikke at der var rengøring med i prisen, så vi regnede ikke med at der ville komme nogen.) Lejligheden i sig selv var ikke luksuriøs. Men der var rent og pænt og der var alle nødvendige faciliteter og airkondition. Et pænt lille køkken med de fornødne redskaber i billigt turist plastik. Det er ikke et hotelværelse man ville nyde at tilbringe timer og dage i, men hvis man bare skal bruge det som base for ekspeditioner ud i Roms myldrende liv, så er det helt i orden. Lige uden for porten ligger der en fin lille cafe på højre side og en udemærket isbar på venstre. 30 meter nede af gaden på venstre hånd ligger et af byens bedste pizzariaer som hedder Est Est Est. Her kommer der både turister og lokale og man skal være heldig for at få bord hvis man kommer efter klokken 8. Hotellet var alt i alt en rigtig positiv oplevelse. Ikke luksus men en god base hvor man kan komme hjem slappe af og holde siesta eller bare spise hjemme hvis man har brug for et afbræk fra de romerske restauranter. Devamı
