personelin samimiyeti gerçekten takdire şayan, her türlü kolaylığı sağlıyorlar. check-in saatine henüz 8 saat olmasına karşın bekletmek yerine bizi odamıza aldılar hiçbir fiyat farkı çıkarmadan. çevre turları için çok uygun fiyata anlaşmalı turları var. eşyalar biraz eski ama rahat ve temiz. ulaşım açısından tam merkezde bir noktada.

The thing we liked the most about this hotel was the location. It is close to the "old Dubai" city centre which is great. There is a subway close to the hotel and bus stop even closer - bus will take you directly to/from the airport! The price was favourable but you have to expect to pay for the good price. The hotel room was far from clean (also the […] old towels did not seem too clean) and the daily cleaning was poor. Some parts of the room were not cleaned ever. The rooms are quite basic and the furniture is used, no way it can be called !executive studio". It is a basic room giood to stay for about 3 nights. We did not use the small kitchen as it was very dirty - and included only 2 plates, 1 spoon etc. But there is a small fridge which helps a lot. The hotel offers internet connection even quite expensive - but that seemed to be standard in Dubai. Generally if you want to be in a close proximity to old town and transport services and you can survive older equipment and not really good cleanliness, this hotel is good for few nights. Devamı

Dirty hotel not recommended. The bathroom was dirty and there was no soap. The sheets also was dirty. If I pass Dubai again I would avoid this hotel.

Jormand Apartments are really close to the downtown amenities and located on the edge of a very densly populated area. Parking is easy whether in the very limited apartment's free parking or street parking paid by the hour. The room given to me was very small compared to my last stay, not equiped with any appiances such as a kettle etc. and it took […] 3 hours to get some towels delivered to the room. Luckily I was only in the apartments for 1 night so it wasn't a big deal but it has put me off staying there again - maybe time will be a good healer ! Devamı

It was cofortable enuf, but not wat i expected at all? Quality of the rm was poor, stains on chairs n stools etc. Wi-fi n internet were very slow indeed. Some of the staff were very nice. Overall not good enuf 4 DUBAI..

They gave us a room in a second floor at back of the hotel with 24/7 noisy main aircondion outside our window between our hotel and next hotel.Did ask for transfer to a quieter room for 3 days,but they ignore us,tele keeps goes off and by bushing a plug it cames on ,volume very high can not reduce from romote control,did ask to rectify or change as […] usual ignore us,and one off them said put a towel on the speaker to reduce.Not much off cutlery for excutive studio flat,and 20 minute walk to main shops Devamı

I always booked my hotel thru Hotels.com and usually was very satisfied on the hotels i choose but unfortunately we we're not happy and satisfied on this hotel,the hotel building could use a total renovation,the furnitures are old and gray,there's a lot of molds on the walls,bathrooms,the AC is sentralised and not working so good.I would not recommend […] this hotel to anybody i know. I got a bad experience at Jormand, and the hotel staffs are not friendly and adjustable. I would say I wont prefer the hotel again on any grounds

Small rooms, oldish furniture, non working appliances (which were replaced on complaint soon) but comfortable stay. Price was reasonable and location was very accessible. Good place if you don't care about being pampered too much and are just looking for a place to stay at a good price.

The Bur Dubai area, where the hotel is, is not very exciting, but it's kind of midway between the airport and the shiny stuff that you're probably going to Dubai to see, so it's convenient. It's about a ten minute walk to the metro, which will take you most places. You can walk to the Burj Khalifa in about 45 minutes. There are a few supermarkets within […] walking distance (5 minutes), including a nice upscale market called Spinnys. The room service and hotel restaurant are inexpensive, but not especially good. There are restaurants in the area, but none really seem worth eating at. The room is not spectacular, but it's not a dump either. For the rate I paid, I felt like it was pretty good. The Wi-Fi is way overpriced, though. The area is full of hotel apartments, and I recognized many names from the Hotels.com listings while walking to/from Jormand. Of course, I didn't go into the others, but just peering in the lobbies while walking by, I could not see any difference between any of them, so I think you're probably best off booking whichever one has the lowest rate at the moment. This hotel does not deserve 3 star rating. The bathroom was filthy and lots of mold. In USA this hotel would have been sued. I got sick. We stayed 2 nights and the bill was prepaid. Only one positive thing is the security person Mr. Kader khan was very helpful in every way. When we were looking for a van to take us back to Airport, the manager and the […] other pakistani guy were no help. Even though the hotel had one van and we wanted pay for the cost. When I arrived, my room had mold on the walls and dust inches thick. I requested a second room. This one had blood and urine stains on the mattress pad, plainly visible through the sheets. If I could have afforded another place, I would not have stayed. The changed the bedding. The room was not clean to any good standards. Great location, within walking distance to the stations of both metro lines. Kitchen a bit sparce, but adequate. There were several grocery stores within walking distance. The two of us stayed for 20 days with minimal complaints and discomfort, considering the price. We enjoyed our stay there, and the staff was friendly and quick to solve our problems. […] The best is the two block walk to the C1 bus stop that took us to the metro station that goes right into the airport terminals. It was a good room for the price. However, the location given by the map is slightly wrong and there was no room where we could leave our luggage (like we were told by email), but our luggage was left in the lobby until we could check in. The rooms were fine though. Nothing fancy, but clean. And the rooftop pool was much nicer than expected.

Location is nice. It is just a block from Mankool Road which is a major bus route towards the Metro Trains. You need a bus pass though that you can get at the Metro Station. if you like the price... thats great... but dont expect anything more than the basics... i can handle the shabby decor and the threadbare carpets...but what i cant put up with is the attitude of the staff - who seem to resent being asked to assist you with anything! this hotel will spoil your stay in dubai! forget saving money - go spend alittle more […] on another hotel and it will save ur holiday. I come to dubai on business 3-4 times per year - i will Never stay at the Jormond again - just to save a few bucks! clean&good. but i... no teebrush.. no waer in the room.

This was chosen as the cheapest option I could find for a short stopover in Dubai. I've seen some uncomplimentary reviews, but the hotel was fine, within easy walking distance of the creek, museum, old quarter, the metro and loads of good restaurants. I had a big comfortable room, a little tatty but clean, with a lovely big fridge to keep the drinks […] cool. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food in the hotel restaurant wasn't that great, but it was cheap and it WAS great that it was open 24 hours, so I could get a meal in the middle of the night, but 21.00 European time. I'd stay here again any time. Why pay ten times more for an unfrayed carpet and a turn-down service? This place has everything you need. Devamı

Room was smaller than expected. Other than that good for resting and seeing Dubai. Well within area for getting to other hotels/shops.

This hotel is poor by anyones standards. The hob in the kitchen in all 3 of our rooms were very dirty. Kitchen utensils old and dirty. We definately wouldnt eat here. The rooms are shabby and dirty. The bathrooms are mouldy. The bed linen is old and shabby. The beds are rock hard. The chairs in the room are ripped and stained. The carpets are dirty. […] Really not a very good standard at all!! I guess it's a luck of the draw. It's not exactly a place of luxury, depite it being advertised as a 3-star hotel, and it is clearly budget, but it was nice and cosy and the staff were very polite and prompt. There are two Jormand complexes so if you venture out, take a hotel business card with you in case you get lost and need a taxi back. I do not really know how cheap accommodation can be in Dubai but this is definitely the cheapest I can find online. The room is of decent condition, rather spacious and every room is equipped with washing machine and kitchen (which I don't really find it very useful unless you plan to stay for very long, since you are unlikely to cook during your short […] stay in the hotel). There's no daily room service though. I must say I was rather disappointed on this. The shower area is extremely small, I would say 70cm x 70cm. And the cold water in my room doesn't really seem to work. No matter how I adjust the cold water and hot water, it is still hot like boiling water! Imagine having to take hot shower after you come back from the scorching weather of Dubai (41 degree C)! The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from Karama Metro Station, at the quite neighbourhood without much to see and discover. The weather makes it unbearable to walk around anyway (even the short 15 min walk to the metro station can be excruciating). Devamı

good hotel, pretty good value for money, nice location

My stay at the hotel was ok, airconditioning wasn't the best it didn't blow much cold air and the room felt a bit damp. The staff on the reception didn't have much urgency. Location to the city centre wasn't accurate as on the website it states under 1.0 mile but it is more like 3-4 miles

Et hurtigt ophold i Dubai. Jarmand er ret decentralt beliggende i forhold til selv byen, men ok standard. Lidt gumpetung service. Gåafstand til ok spise/shoppe-muligheder i Lebaneese Village

Hotel med god belligenhed til alt, hjælpsomme og flinke medarbejdere. Service i skabene på værelset. Her halter det meget, eksempelvis, 1 underkop, 1 teske, brødkniv der ikke kunne skære, men generelt mangel på alt. Værelset booket til 2 personer derfor bør der som minimum være grej til 2 personer. det hotel der ikke svare til de 3 stjerner. dårlig engøring. der er flere lag skit i alle kanter. låger er fyldt med fedt. morgen mad er ingen oplevelse, men ristet brød kan da spise. køb ikke udflugter på hotellet.

Jeg fik mig en ordenlig chok da jeg så hotellet. det er slet ikke en 3½ stjernes hotel. der er lugter af urin over alt. Ingen ting fungerer normalt.. der var ikke varmt vand, deres fitnessrum var ødelagt og deres svømnings pool var uden clor, dvs. masser af bakterier der kunne vokse i vandet.. VALG aldrig dette hotel, du kan kun blive skuffet...

Dette hotel er på ingen måde værdig tl at være på Hotels.com. Det er så beskidt og misvedligeholdt, at man tror det er løgn! Rengørring hver dag, men det yndrer mig at der så ikke er rent. Der blev dog skiftet håndklæder og sengetøj. Der var dog utrolig beskidt på badeværelset (Mug alle steder) møgbeskidt køkken (Gamle madrester på kogeplader og køleskab) […] Og vægge og gulv var simpelthen møgbeskidt! Det er bestemt ikke i orden!!! Dette hotel har potentiale til SÅ meget mere, synd at det hele er røget i vasken. Beliggenhed er helt i top! Men igen, alt er misligeholdt og møgbeskidt! Har taget billeder som dokumentation, og skriver til hotels.com! Det bør ikke være på hotels.com!!! Gratis begrænset parkering på hotellet er dog klart et plus! Devamı

Hotellet var slitt, og betjeningen likeså! Selv om innsjekkingen gikk fort, så var det dårlig service. Rommet var slitt, så skittent ut og det luktet fryktelig innestengt. Det var også fryktelig lytt, både fra de andre rommene på hotellet og fra gaten og inn. Men for dem som kun skal ha et rom å stue baggasjen mens de nyter Dubais fantastiske atmosfære, […] så kan man alltids sjekke inn på Jormand Hotel Apartments ;) Devamı
