Very good. Clean , Convenient helpful staff. Iffy location.

The hotel was very clean, the staff at the desk were really friendly. Although the street on which the hotel is situated seemed to attract a few "undesirables"..., but was very well located; just by the main station.

The location was excellent being a few minutes from both the main station and the Marienplatz. My complaint is that the bedroom described as a " comfort double bedroom" should have been described as a" comfort single bedroom" having a narrow bedspread, one pillow and one towel. Reception did arrange an additional bedspread and pillow but poor value […] at the price. a pity as otherwise very good.. Devamı

Having stayed near the main train station in Munich before, I knew the area. The price of this hotel was very good, and I had some trepidation, knowing that there may be a lot of variation in quality of hotels near the station. Much to my surprise and delight the hotel was easily accessible, bright, modern, clean and professional. The room, although […] not huge, was very adequate in size and beautifully and recently decorated in a very chic and up-to-date style. I couldn't have been better pleased. Although Munich is not my favorite German city (contrary to most people), I will definitely stay here again if I have occasion to return to Munich. Devamı

The hotel was safe and clean. It was across the street from the train station. We had a good-sized room, but nothing extravagant. The staff was helpful and They stored our luggage on the day we left. It was a good deal--we'd stay there again!

Hotel was nice and very well located. We had to request to change rooms as the hair dryer was found not to be working. This was facilitated after some initial hesitation and slightly strange suggestions. There is building work going on on the street but with the windows closed you can't hear it. What was ridiculous was the cleaners called at 8:20am, […] loudly knocking repeatedly even thou check out is 11am. We were told this was our fault as we should have put a do not disturb sign out! Apparently its normal according to the receptionist- not in any other hotel I ever stayed in. Devamı

Good quality business hotel. Recently refurbished to a good standard and in a convenient location within 5 minutes walk of the main train station.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. In Munich, the train station is very centrally located, and we were just across the street from the station. It's only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the city center area. Also since the train station was so close, going on our day trips to Dachau and Neushwanstein Castle was very convenient. The room was very comfortable, […] and the bathroom was really nice. Internet was not free, but it is pretty standard in Europe to charge for it, just like in the states. Mycket trevlig personal och bra service. Rent, fräscht rum med de bekvämligheter man behöver. Supergod frukostbuffe. Mycket bra läge nära tågstationen, vilket gör det enkelt att resa med tåg och flyg. Mycket shopping i närheten och gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Detta kan jag varmt rekommendera till andra resenärer.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof und ziemlich Nahe der Einkaufsstrasse. Ich finde es aber sehr schade, dass in dem Hotel für alles bezahlt werden muss und das nicht unbedingt wenig. Wi-Fi, Frühstück, Parking, etc. Glücklicherweise hat der Receptionist uns ein Päckchen Streichhölzer umsonst gegeben. :) Ausserdem wurde uns ein […] Raucherzimmer gegeben, obwohl wir bei der Buchung angegeben hatten, dass wir Nichtraucher sind. Wir wurden nicht einmal gefragt, sondern erhielten einfach den Schlüssel (bzw. Karte). Aber ansonsten Lage, Hotelzimmer, Sauberkeit war es unserer Meinung nach sehr gut. Devamı

A rua onde se encontra o hotel é bem feia, mas isso não parece trazer maiores consequências, até porque a maior parte dos prédios desta rua são hotéis. A proximidade com a estação central também é uma grande vantagem. Muitas linhas do metrô passam por lá e você pode pegar o trem para outras cidades. A internet é paga, mas você pode usar um pouco, desconcertar […] e depois voltar a usar. No meu caso, 3 horas de internet foram suficientes para dois dias. Super rapport qualité-prix. Petit-déjeuner super. Personnel sympa. A recommander.

Sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre

Positiv: zentral gelegen, praktisch direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof, großes Bad, Riesendusche, Zimmer und Bad sauber. Zimmer relativ klein, störte uns aber nicht, da wir ja praktisch nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren negativ: der Zimmerservice wollte an zwei Tagen (auch am Auschecktag) um 09.00 Uhr ins Zimmer (no go!!!!). Obwohl unser Fenster zum Innenhof […] ging, war es nachts sehr laut weil auf dem Dach gegenüber irgend ein Gebläse, Klimaaußengerät, Kompressor oder was auch immer lief. Die erste Nacht war es bei offenemFenster nicht auszuhalten, die nächsten beiden Nächte war es etwas leiser. Devamı

Zentrale Lage in München -Bahnhof, Innenstadt- ist sehr viel wert. Die Atmosphäre -Empfang, Zimmer und Frühstücksraum- ist sehr angenehm.
