Best Western Paris CDG Aéroport - Roissy-en-France

bad service all around. no food service at night even though front desk insisted that kitchen is open until 2:00 am but kitchen staff said it closes at 10:00 pm. Did not get wake up call two days in a row even after I asked to front desk and operator. Very limited breakfast options. Expect half hour waiting to get a shuttle bus to and from airport.

Staff was great, beds were comfortable, room was clean and the shuttle dropped us right at the terminal. What more could you ask for!

Getting to this hostelry is no easy task. First, you have to find The Black Bus, and the signage (in either English or French) is less than helpful. The bus then takes about 15 minutes to reach the cluster of hotels that includes Best Western, stops at one and, though the Best Western is directly across the street, proceeds to every other hotel before […] -- finally -- dropping guests at Best Western's door. Though the hotel seems geared toward business travelers, its business amenities are scanty at best, and its WiFi capabilities seem not to recognize mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. While the restaurant is quite nice and relatively spacious, the rooms themselves are more along the lines of "go to sleep, wake up, and get out." You're not going to stay there for a nice relaxing evening watching television after flying for 12 hours. Devamı

Hotel is new and very well equiped. Large rooms compared to ones in downtown hotels, clean, with new big, flat screen TVs etc. No noice, you can sleep well. The only struggle is to find a shuttle that can take you to the hotel. Once in hotel, it is an excelent choice and good value for the price.

"Shuttle service" is actually a bus shared between 6 or 7 hotels and the Best Western is the last stop. This makes for long, slow, crowded journeys both ways. No coffee-making facilities in the room, although there are supposed to be. When we asked for a coffee-machine at reception, we were told that "that would be imossible". Very hot in rooms as the […] air-conditioning was not working and it is impossible to open the windows. Floors need to be cleaned. Unhelpful staff. There must be much better hotels in Paris, especially at such an extortionate price. Devamı

For a best western we have certainly stayed at better ones, desk staff spoke english with a very thick accent which made it hard to understand them, and were not very friendly either. All in all it was okay, nothing wrong with the room or anything like that but i expected better service for what we paid. The airport shuttle leaves from a bus station; […] not from the departures level on terminal 2, we were told to wait at 2F for the black bus that drives around past the hotels, for pick up and drop off. The hotel is near to CGD airport, nice and clean and good breakfast,ideal if you have an earlier flight fron CDG

We stayed at the Best Western Paris CDG just for the one night before our long flight home to Australia. We found the hotel very confortable and very close to the CDG airport. The free shuttle to and from the CDG was very convenient. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, the main meal was very dissapointing but the desert was delicious.

Great beds. Nice bathroom. Food could be better. No cheap restaurants close to the hotel. Temperature was very very hot. Could not lower the temp.

typical 4 star airport hotel. Comfortable beds and good in-room internet connection. The breakfast menu could have been better but I guess that's typical for French hotels. Overall good value for money.

Hotel was convenient to CDG and offered a free shuttle. No problems there. Hotel restaurant seemed pricey, but we walked into the nearby village and found several small restaurants. Actually, walking down into the village of Roissy was very nice.

This is the third time we have used this hotel for our return trip to Australia-and it will definately be the last!! The hotel was supposed to be overhauled after being rebranded from Holiday Inn to Best Western but all they have done is made the rooms smaller without actually upgrading anything other than the reception. The room was very small and […] the bathroom smelt of mould-we had to close the bathroom door whilst we slept as the smell was very strong. My husband went down to the bar to have a beer before dinner and access the free wifi in the common areas ( which didn't work by the way) and as the attendant brought him his beer he sneezed into it wiped his nose with his hand and handed my husband some peanuts with the snotty hand! When my husband said he couldn't accept the drink he was told 'Too bad-it is poured now!' When he asked to speak to the bar manager and told him his worker was sick and shouldn't be attending the bar all he received was a shrug! Dinner was very expensive and only the meat was edible-so much for French cuisine. I would definately NOT recommend this hotel to anyone-there are many alternatives on the same road for the overnight stay! Devamı

The hotel is close to the airport but with little aircraft noise. The rooms, service and cleanliness were very good. The restaurant is over priced for what you receive - better to eat in the village of Roissy, where restaurants are a few blocks away.

This was a great location. Shuttle was easy to find , follow signs, and ran frequently. Was close to airport and used train at CDG to go to Paris. Nice clean facility

The staff was very friendly and helpful.....I also work for a Best Western hotel in FL.....and found the acommandations very good.

This is a great place to stay for a night before a flight. I read that getting there may be difficult, especially if you don't speak French. I got off the train at Terminal 2 and went up to the TGV station. From there I took the elevator to the fifth floor which is street level and waited for about 20 minutes for the black bus which took me to the hotel. […] It was easy! Getting back to the airport was easy too. The staff was great and were helpful. The room was nice. I would stay here again for an overnight stay. If you are there for longer than a night, choosing a hotel that is actually in Paris would be a better idea. Devamı

Big, nice and neat rooms! recommend it

I was a bit nervous, never having been to Europe at all and not knowing what the hotels were like there. We were very impressed with this room, it was perfect for our last night, very close to the airport, clean and comfortable. I would stay there for longer if I needed too.

After travelling by TGV to CDG, this hotel was welcome relief - spacious room, very comfortable bed, big bathroom. Breakfast extensive, with good service - watch out for those who use the breakfast to supply their lunches! Location of shuttle bus at CDG was very hard to find, esp. if you've arrived by train. We had already paid for another hotel to stay at, but decided to switch to this hotel the night before our departure. this releived a lot of stress of rushing to the airport. The only problem was buying subway tickets to the city and back. We did not know that the subways, buses and trains stop at midnight back to the airport to go to our hotel and […] they also don't take US credit cards for subways once you reach the city of Paris. It is too complicated to explain, but you can buy a ticket at the airport with a credit card, but not in the city. You must have a european credit card or coins. crazy. So we had to take a taxi back to hotel. just a warning. otherwise the place was perfect. Devamı

I'd spend the extra dollars and stay at the Sheraton. It was a pain in the neck to find and catch the Hotel Shuttle which, by the way, Hotels.com told me did not exist. It did, you just have to search it out at CDG because Taxi's won't take you there. It's too close to the airport.

After a 10 day, 4 city visit with lots of walking, it was indeed gratifying to stay our last night in the comfort of the Best Western.Bus service to the airport was right on time. Highly recommend to anyone.

Free Bus to Hotel from Airport. It was a little difficult to find the bus pick-up area, but happy I found it. Hotel was clean and nice.

The hotel in a new "neighborhood" just outside the airport was new, clean, and convenient for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to airport and train/bus station was prompt, covenient, easy. Overall excellent experience. The free wifi was a bonus not found in many European hotels we have travelled to. The hotel was modern with all amenities for business traveler and others seeking to stay close to CDG airport. We were 4 people and the rooms were like as if we were staying in the states. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower pressure and hot water just fine. There is even an excellent gym as well as dry sauna available. We tried the […] restaurant and it was very good. The free shuttle service with monitors indicating arrival as well as flight infor monitors make this hotel a great find for any traveler. Devamı

The hotel is very nice and very easy to get to from the CDG airport. The only downside is that the internet wasn't available in the room. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, I would stay there again.

the hotel was satisfactory except there was no internet service in the room - changing room didn't help. sitiing in the lobby for several hours is not an acceptable option

Loved the hotel and its location. Clean and modern, very comfortable. Wish the bathroom had wash cloths. The shuttle system could be improved, too few buses, does not come often enough and stops had every hotel before stopping at the Best Western.

We were freezing the coriddors are cold, not heat and that transfers into the room. They make you think that breakfast is included but you have to pay for it.

Hotel is clean and close to the CDG airport. However, shuttle from the airport does not run 24 hrs. There is no place nearby to have dinner especially at late night hours. They have few wending machines which allow you to buy microwavable food. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was very nice but the room was cold. The thermostat was set as high as it would go, but still COLD. Restaurant a little pricey.
